They are an offshoot that practices polygamy, and is not condoned by the LDS community. As for Terry Schiavo, the problem I had with it mainly was due to the fact they starved her to death. If it was deemed legal, not sure why, then couldn't they have found a more humane way to end her life? They do better at the vet, for an old dog. As for abstinence only education, I have a problem with schools teaching anything about sex, other than biology, in any sense. That is the job for PARENTS. If they don't do their jobs, then they should be the ones punished.
