No. But I AM under the impression, that anyone who took Philosophy 101, wouldn't make the error in logic that you just did.

There are people who have studied science, on both sides of the debate.

There is also Al Gore. Who did not.

The professor that Algore studied under in college was the one who came up with the C02 AGW idea. After many years of his predictions not working out like they should have and the empirical data proving him wrong he said he was incorrect. That typically how science is supposed to work. Algore responded by saying that his college professor was senile.

How many different parts of his slide show has he had to take down so far and be proven wrong or blatant lies?
How many different a credited colleges have asked him not to link AGW to their research data because he was misrepresenting it?
Courts in the UK called his movie propaganda.

Folks, we have a new target to set our sites on. Al Gore is on the way out. Now we have Thomas Friedman on the corporate speaking circuit pushing his book "Hot, Flat and Crowded." He argues for even more drastic measures than VP Gore, and it is being pushed to corporate America as a "Live Executive Leadership Series Event with Thomas Friedman." Come one, come all, learn how to make outrageous decisions based on questionable evidence with no regard for unintended consequences! We call that leadership?

actually, you can find even more scientists who dissagree with what Al Gore believes than those who are simply positioning themselves for governement grants. I know because I work with them, and being a private company and not a government funded organization, we are not forced to pay lip service to his fool ideas. And no, I did not study the bible in college (I would have had to go to Yeshiva for that), I work in Civil Engineering (geotechnical, enivironmental, water treatment, infrastructure, etc.).

LOL, are you under the impression that people who "actually studied science in college" would take the OTHER side of that argument? You must have meant "studied Bible in college." Most scientists believe more or less in what Al Gore believes.

Hey, the guy coudn't carry his home state in the election. That tells you pretty much all you need to know. Oh, and he did flunk out of at least two colleges that I know of.

Nice idea, but it wouldn't work. Free market thinkers vote with their wallets. Why would anyone want to spend their hard-earned dollars to watch a slide show?

Let's not forget the all-important Producers Guild Award he received just before the Oscar. I was there. It was the biggest suck-up fest I'd ever witnessed.
