This is how it always works…

Obama’s Palace Guards at the race-baiting Washington Post create a phony racial narrative against Texas Governor Rick Perry. The truth comes out that proves just the opposite is true; that, in fact, Perry’s family merely leased a small potion of the land and were the ones responsible for painting over the offensive rock. But the MSM makes sure that information gets nowhere near the attention the original smear does. And so the false allegation lingers and now it’s time for liberal Hollywood to step in and cement the smear into popular culture:

Rick Perry isn’t going to live this one down for a long time: Sarah Silverman and several of her comedian cohorts are planning a live stand-up special — “Live From N—–head: Stripping The Paint Off Of Good Ol’ Fashioned Racism” — to raise funds for the NAACP.

The show, scheduled for Nov. 1 at the Paramount Theater in Austin, Texas [...]

The title of the show refers, of course, to the family hunting camp owned by Texas governor and presidential candidate Rick Perry. The name of the camp — which was painted on a rock at the entrance for many years — sparked a media storm for Perry earlier this month, but Silverman thinks the furor died down too quickly.

“This is a never forget moment,” she says. “The show’s provocative name holds a mirror up to an ugliness that seems to have become yesterday’s news without having barely even made news.”

The only thing that didn’t make news was the truth which makes this an act of pure race-baiting on Silverman’s part.

Furthermore, according to statements made by Perry, “The Wrap” is factually wrong in this story when they state the camp is “owned” by Perry and his family.

What you’re seeing through the use of celebrities like George Lopez, Janeane Garofalo, and now Harry Belafonte–all of whom have attacked Cain’s “blackness,” is more than just dumb, cruel Leftists spouting off. This is a coordinated attack that, with the help of Obama’s MSM Palace Guards, is determined to undermine Cain’s ability to attract the black vote.

Cain isn’t just a threat to Barack Obama; he’s an existential threat to both the left and the corrupt media. If just 15% to 20% of Black Americans start voting Republican, the Democrats are done as a party. And with each passing day, as conservatives openly embrace Mr. Cain, the MSM’s immoral and cynical use of the Race Card becomes less and less effective.

Those who remember how Caucasian liberals in the Senate and the MSM attempted to destroy Clarence Thomas also know things are going to get much uglier for Cain if he continues his political ascent. What we’ve seen so far are just scouting parties in preparation for what will surely be a ruthless ground assault on Mr. Cain’s identity.

Over the past of couple days at Big Journalism, I’ve written more extensively about how the MSM is using race to take out our candidates one-by-one, including Cain. Please see here, here, and here.

Is there anything more racist than questioning the very “blackness” of a black person? What could be more demeaning and insulting and bigoted than implying– no, not implying — saying outright that Herman Cain is “white” or “whiter” on the inside? It’s a deliberate attack on Cain’s very identity, who he is as a man, and it questions his authenticity as a human being.

There’s another word that was designed to have the exact same effect, and it starts with an “N.”

As we’ve seen before, George Lopez is not a good person. He’s some kind of self-appointed, fascist racial-enforcer who will decide who is and isn’t “minority” enough. And of course, it’s all based on partisan politics, disguised as “comedy,” and used to palace guard for Obama.

American comedians used to mock The Man. Today, too many of them are The Man’s primary enforcers.

Daily Caller:

I loved Herman Cain when he played Mr. Gaines on a different World,” Hughley tweeted. This prompted other tweets by Hughley and his followers that implied Cain was an Uncle Tom and not REALLY black because he is a conservative who doesn’t choose to believe in Democrat plantation policies that keep blacks economically oppressed.

Apparently, Hughley was too absorbed in his racist Twitter banter to notice a recent Rasmussen poll that found Cain trailing Obama by just 5% in a hypothetical match-up.

Several tweets later, Hughley wrote:

This enticed others to compare Cain to the “original Cream of Wheat,” “Stepin Fetchit” and the “butler in Gone with the Wind” — all of which conjure up demeaning, racist caricatures used during the pre- and post-Civil War era to describe the “dutiful slave.”

It’s shocking that, in the 21st century, blacks would so viciously attack a black man because he didn’t agree with their politics. Martin Luther King Jr. would be horrified because this isn’t the freedom he fought and died for.

Even more surprising is the fact that Hughley hasn’t removed or denounced any of the tweets, particularly the one which makes an offensive reference to Sarah Palin.

—–

Speaking about the rise of Herman Cain’s bid for the GOP nomination for president, Garofalo released the “logic” of the left.

First a word about Mr. Cain. In case you have been living under a rock for the last year, Herman Cain is a businessman, a talk show host, a former executive of several multi-billion dollar companies, he is a man with a long list of degrees and such. Herman Cain is running to become the Republican nominee for president. He has for the last several years been a mainstay at Tea Party rallies all across the country and draws big, enthusiastic crowds among these conservative activists. He’s a powerful speaker and really knows how to wind up an audience. Lately he’s won several straw polls and is ranked no less than the number 3 candidate to take the Republican nomination. He is also black.

So, here is the tortured “logic” that Garofalo used to explain why Republicans are loving this guy — this black guy.

People like Karl Rove liked to keep the racism very covert. And so Herman Cain provides this great opportunity say you can say ‘Look, this is not a racist, anti-immigrant, anti-female, anti-gay movement. Look we have a black man.

Yes, only in the illogical world of the hatemongers of the far left-wing can this make sense.

Think about this claim.

Garofalo is saying that a person that hates blacks will love a black man so that he can hide that he hates blacks!

There is no sense to this whatsoever.

You see, the thing that makes racism so potent is that it is unapologetic. Racists feel no compunction to hide the fact that they are racists. Their hate is visceral, not incidental. Their hate is the purpose of the concept, not just an accidental by-product that can be pushed aside or ignored.

So, to say that someone can love the thing they hate to hide that they hate it… well, this is idiotic in the extreme.

But that is the left. Garofalo’s foolishness is no different than the moral idiocy of someone that says that the U.S. is just the same as China or Iran, or that Israel is a “terrorist state.” These people are so filled with hate for their political enemies and, consequently, so arrogant in their belief of their personal sagacity, that reality becomes entirely fungible and nothing has any real meaning at all. Anything can be bent, mutilated, or flat out ignored to fit their ideological point of view.

It gives one pause and evokes a certain amount of sympathy for the idea that liberalism a mental disorder, doesn’t it?

“Deep down, some people are enjoying the fact that the most powerful nation on Earth is struggling a little – and then they deny that’s racist! And that frightens me. I’ve witnessed racism all my life. And of course there’s racism and discrimination in Hollywood. You go for a part and they say, ‘Oh, we really liked her, she’s amazing, but we wanted to go with something more traditional.’ As if I’m not a traditional American! I feel sorry for people like that. They need to educate themselves. Mostly you move on and say, ‘Well, I wasn’t meant to work with you or be around someone like you…’ Other times you might say, ‘You’re ignorant, you’re a racist. That’s it. I’m out of here!’ …

“We’ll definitely have a woman President in my lifetime.I just hope she’ll be a good leader. Some Republicans say, ‘Oh, you voted for Obama because he’s black.’ And that’s so offensive and condescending. I voted for him because he represents the things I believe in. And when it comes to a woman standing for President, I won’t campaign for her just because she’s a woman; I’ll campaign for her if I believe she’d b a good leader. Women have to stand up for what’s rightfully ours: equality. We don’t hate men – I certainly don’t – it’s just about getting respect.”

This music lesson given by Wintley Phipps is at the heart of what he stands for in the eyes of the young lost, those children of prisoners that he nurtures and fills with the amazing grace of hope.

Our President talks a game of hope.

Wintley Phipps is hope itself.

He mentions the name of John Newton, the captain of a slave ship … well … hmmm …

Let Wintley Phipps tell it.

—–

With divine charm and an amazing grace of his own, Wintley Phipps performs a minor miracle that brings the two most defining symbols of the American Dream: black and white, brings them together in his powerful rendition of Amazing Grace.

When he lifts it into a new and second key?

The divisions are erased, black and white notes are joined in harmony.

The metaphor is simple in the grandest tradition of 2 + 2 equals 4.

No, Mr. President! Despite what Harvard and the likes of Henry Kissinger may have taught you, 2 + 2 does not equal four-and-a-half.

That is a Progressive’s idea of “Progress” and leads all the “Elitists” into thinking that America and Americans must be denied their own natural resources such as oil and coal! Must buy such sources of energy from only two sources: the Sun and the increasingly Communist New World Order.

As we know, the “Global Warming Supposition” is under increasing suspicion these days.

However, there is no limit to just how “stupid” these Progressive Geniuses think we are.

The President promises us the tyranny of Marxist, Godless delusion, yet calls it “The Fundamental Transformation of the United States of America”.

Tragically America and Americans are blind. They don’t see the evils because of their own generous narcissism.

They are not, however, stupid! Certainly not as stupid as the Progressive Elitists would have them be.

“If the mountain was smooth, you couldn’t climb it!”

That from Phipps’ friend, “an ole black lady”.

She’s a poet, of course, and the leaders of the New World Order are “Intellectuals”.

Progressives are also the smoothest Confidence Men, The Slickest Willies, white or black, that the world has ever seen. Remember what the Old Black Lady reminds us: You cannot climb a “smooth” mountain! Those at the top of The Progressive, New World Order, keep the mountain smooth so you will stay where you are put: beneath them.

As Phipps plays the first few notes of Amazing Grace, the voices of the black and white audience fill the hall in the same way tears begin to fill my eyes.

“When I get to heaven … I want to meet that slave called ‘Unknown’!!”

That slave was also the Man On The Cross whose mother and disciples wailed with the same agonizing depths that Phipps shares with us as an introduction to the music and lyrics of Amazing Grace!!!!!!!!

What did Christ promise us?

“Unless you become like little children, you shall not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.”

Such heaven was there that night in what looks like an old haunt of mine: Carnegie Hall.

Bliss is brought into the lives of frequently troubled and beleaguered adults!

The simple truth is the only thing that can carry us up that old black lady’s “Rocky Mountain” is the ecstasy of simplicity.

That ecstasy and agony can be heard in the first chorus of Wintley Phipps’ rendition of Amazing Grace. In it he is the slave in the bowels of a ship headed for Southern Plantations in America. This Rocky Mountain of Suffering that must be climbed leads, of course, to a Heavenly City on a Hill called the United States of America, Carnegie Hall and the Ecstasies which Christ promised us.

Some day I hope my string quartets and symphonies will again be played in that legendary temple of the greatest music in the world. God willing I will have an old age long enough to compose what I dream of and hear at least some of them performed in Manhattan again.

My encore piece for violin was performed there by the gifted Soviet Émigré, Nina Beilina. It is based on the ancient melody of “I Wonder As I Wander.”

I wonder as I wander
Out under the sky
How Jesus the Savior
Did come for to die!

If I’m not mistaken, my other encore piece for piano and violin, Nina Bluesina, again composed for Nina, was performed at Carnegie Hall as well.

There is an exact duplication going on between Wintley Phipps’ concert and Nina Beilina’s.

How so?

Nina Beilina and her son were becoming virtual slaves under the Soviet Union. They escaped, first to Italy and then to America. I met her eventually through my composition for The Soviet Émigré Orchestra, my Symphony For Strings.

Now, however, both Nina Beiline and her son, face the specter of an American Establishment that is selling us the idea that freedom must compromise with the demands of necessity and the inevitability of a Progressive New World Order where an “ole black lady” doesn’t know as much about life as her Harvard-graduating, black President.

The crags and rocks up that American Mountain we climb are no longer white racists. They are Rainbow Marxists and their Jihadist allies.

American slavery has been transformed into the New World Order’s “offer you cannot refuse”: Progressive submission to Red Islamic demands, Communist ideologues who enjoy the terror which 9/11 threw into the soul of America.

Is the answer American, right-wing ideologues of righteous indignation?

No.

The answer is that “ole black lady” who climbs the mountain singing “Amazing Grace”.

After hearing the controversy surrounding “The Help” I knew I had to see it. I’m so glad I did. The most discussed criticism of the movie came from The Association of Black Women Historians which made a statement saying the film “distorts, ignores, and trivializes the experiences of black domestic workers.”

I have to respectfully disagree and even found reviews from liberal sites like Salon that also shot down the racial controversies.

—–

The association’s first criticism of “The Help” is that it resurrects Mammy: a stereotype black woman who is loyal and content serving the rich white folk. The maids in “The Help” are the exact opposite. They are only loyal because they don’t want to be fired. They were not content. When a maid addresses her white boss her facial expression shows that she has just accepted the fact that this is her life; it does not mean she’s content. Abileen (played brilliantly by Viola Davis) said she knew she was going to be a maid because her mother was a maid and her grandmother was a house slave. The only white folk they truly love are the children and the few white adults who are nice to them. This movie does NOT “reveal a contemporary nostalgia” for these days. Instead, it made me glad that we are no longer divided.

Another criticism is the representation of African American culture (absentee males) and speech, calling it a childlike dialect. Their example is Abileen reassuring toddler Mae, “You is smat. You is kind. You is important.” Well, Mae is a child. Unless my children are in trouble, I tend to talk to them in a semi-child like dialect. I also figured Abileen said “smat” instead of “smart” because of her strong Southern accent. It’s also wrong to point out that the black males are not shown because the white males are not prominent either. The whole point of the movie is women, not males.

I didn’t find any comic relief when it came to their fears. There’s nothing funny about that. Minnie provided comic relief when she told off people, but deep down the audience is scared for her because you never know what will happen. At the same time, though, you admire Minnie for sticking up for herself.

“The Help” did not include the KKK or more prominent fighters for civil rights. If they did this movie would be a mini-series on HBO. Besides there have been so many movies and books about that area of the Civil Rights movement and this movie gives us a different viewpoint. They’re showing us how normal every day people lived their lives and how racism affects the lives of these normal people. Adding all of that would have clouded the plot too. The movie also shows that it just wasn’t men and the KKK who were racists. Even the everyday stay-at-home mother was a racist. They instilled terror into the black people just as much as the KKK. History tends to gloss over that. It wasn’t the same kind of terror the KKK caused, but these white women caused the black maids to walk on egg shells.

Finally, the association says it’s a coming of age movie for a white character. No. It’s a coming of age movie for Abileen and Minnie. Skeeter is just a supporting character. And at that time, unfortunately, especially in the heart of Jackson, Mississippi a white person was needed to tell a black woman’s story. Abileen and Minnie knew they could lose their lives if they were caught talking about white people the way they do.

I never knew how the everyday black woman faced life in the deep south in the 1960s. “The Help” gave me a new appreciation for the them and a deeper understanding of their struggles. It’s a movie everyone should see and I hope the Association of Black Women Historians changes their minds.

—–

Classy response from the former Godfather’s Pizza CEO and GOP presidential candidate.

Bottom line, Janeane Garofalo doesn’t believe a Black man can or should think different from her, and if he does, he’s either corrupt (taking a pay off) or crazy (suffering Stockholm Syndrome); and that kind of thinking makes Garofalo the one with serious racial issues.

Of course, both she and Keith Olbermann have gotten away with this because our corrupt MSM is too busy screaming racist at those on the Right who use such sinister phrases as “basketball,” “food stamps,” and “dark clouds.”

None of this should be surprising, though. After all, this is the same MSM currently freaking out over Michele Bachmann and Rick Perry’s faith after spending all of 2008 assuring us that The Man Who Would Be President’s attendance for 20 years in a racist church run by his mentor — a racist, anti-American demagogue — didn’t matter.

Janeane Garofalo wouldn’t know Stockholm Syndrome if it were the applicator she uses for her wheat grass enemas.

Stockholm Syndrome would be better applied to a group of people who still vote for the party that:

Fought to keep slavery legal.

Founded the KKK.

Imposed Jim Crow laws.

Created the Jim Crow Minstrel to boot (Thomas D. Rice – D)

Imposed the Dred Scott Decision.

Revoked special field order 15, or “40 Acres and a Mule.

Revoked federal positions for blacks.

Pro segregation in schools and military.

All these things Democrats were for and Republicans against.

And no, there was no party switch, that is, unless you’re talking about black voters. Blacks started voting Democratic long before the supposed “party switch,” before the supposed Southern Strategy. The black community was disenfranchised by Democrats, and then established as a voting stock for the Democratic party as early as FDR’s first term, as he brought in the entitlement society.

Furthermore, the Dixiecrats went back to the Democrat party, as they said: “We would vote for a yellow dog before voting Republican.”

It would take too much time to list all the Dixiecrats who went back to the Democrat party, but liberals always showcase that cherry-picked exception known as Strom Thurman. Thurman should have remained a Democrat. He would have been forgiven for being a bigot, like lifelong Democrat and former KKK Grand Wizard, Senator Robert Byrd.

But Janeane Garofalo says we Black republicans have Stockholm Syndrome. And where is this proof that Herman Cain is being paid off? Where is the proof that any of us conservatives of color are being paid off?

Is Janeane Garofalo so full of herself that she thinks it takes large amounts of money for us to think different than she does? I got news for ya! We take great pleasure in knowing we think different than Janeane Garofalo! It didn’t take money, either. We did it because it’s the rigjt thing to do, because people like Janeane Garofalo have the same sour attitude of a slave owner whose ego was bruised because one of the slaves was able to outsmart ‘em and escape.

Janeane is bitter because more and more blacks are seeing past and through her.

Black people, if you vote Democrat that’s your choice, but please consider where the real bigotry comes from. We don’t call you what Democrats call us: Uncle Toms, sell outs, house ni**as, boot lickers, oreos, twinkies, bananas, coconuts … the list goes on.

These are racist terms used by the Left. That’s where the real bigotry is.

Please re-evaluate the notion of who does and doesn’t have Stockholm Syndrome.
