For those of you who live the clean life, a “MILF” is a “Mother I’d Like to F—.” Now, you can’t blame Bill Maher for being Bill Maher. In fact, it’s this kind of rabid soundbite that makes him a regular guest on these kinds of shows. But why is he a guest?

Well, if you notice, when Maher refers to Governor Palin and Congresswoman Bachmann as MILFs, Morgan audibly chuckles.

That explains a lot.

Using Bill Maher and Jon Stewart and David Letterman and Tina Fey and other left-wing showbiz types is all part of the MSM’s overall gameplan to personally destroy conservatives. Phase one is elevating left-wing celebrities as serious commentariats by having them on as guests or presenting clips of their work or employing them as permanent hosts of “The View.” Phase two is for the MSM to use their commentary/comedy as a way to practice the politics of personal destruction. Case in point: Maher’s demeaning and diminishing of Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann — two serious, accomplished, and savvy leaders — into sexual objects. This is nothing more than a different play from the same playbook that found the MSM using Tina Fey’s Palin impersonation over and over and over again until it stuck in the minds of some voters. “Saturday Night Live” has less than 10 million viewers a week. But thanks to the mainstream media’s obsession with destroying Palin, EVERYONE saw Fey’s impersonation.

This is no accident.

What popular culture allows the MSM to do is to push destructive narratives against conservatives (especially women) and then wash their hands of the crime with a shrug and, “Lighten up, it’s just a comedian.”

Obviously, today’s narrative push is to personally destroy Bachmann (and there’s been a three-year push to destroy Palin) — two genuine threats to a failed president’s re-election chances and an existential threat to a Democrat Party that can’t operate with 1% fewer female voters. And so yesterday in the afternoon you had Whoopi Goldberg turning Bachmann’s concern for the destruction of the modern American black family into some kind of racial incident and in the evening you had Maher sexually degrading her.

Narrative. Narrative. Narrative.

As we’re seeing with the Palin documentary “The Undefeated,” as soon as the MSM starts to talk about ideas, positions and records, a politically attractive candidate emerges. Same goes for Rep. Bachmann … and that can never, ever be allowed to happen. Solution: the MSM employs mercenaries from the world of popular culture, elevates them with their brand, and then stands back and lets them say everything they would like to but can’t — if they want to retain their weapon labelled “objectivity.”  

I can hear the Left’s response already. “Well, Fox News puts Greg Gutfeld and Dennis Miller on their primetime shows.” Yes, that’s true. But I’ve never heard either of them stoop to the kind of cruel and dehumanizing  ad hominem we constantly see from the Left.

Regardless, how long do you think Gutfeld and Miller would be around if either one referred to the First Lady as a MILF.

To be clear, Fey, Garofalo, Maher and the rest have every right to say what they want. I have no issue with a comedian being a comedian. That’s what they do. That’s who they are. I may disagree and even personally dislike some of them, but the standards we hold entertainers to is something entirely different from the standards held by the news media.

What I’m seeing, however, is the MSM using the celebrity loophole in order to ignore those standards. In their minds, it helped to put Obama in the White House in ‘08 and might just help to keep the failure in place for a second term.

“We’ve decided not to share Storm’s sex for now – a tribute to freedom and choice in place of limitation, a stand up to what the world could become in Storm’s lifetime (a more progressive place? …).”

Yes, they want to raise a genderless child. No boy toys. No dolls! No surprise.

Kathy Witterick is Storm’s mom – who I’ll call Goofball, since Kathy is so gender specific. Goofball practices “unschooling,” which says a child’s curiosity trumps the learning process.

Forget report cards, tests or books – junior’s intuition should lead to the best decisions.

It did for me: I ate a lot of paste.

And then there’s Goofballs’s hubby, David – who I will call Doreen, because David is so patriarchal.

Doreen teaches at a school that deals with class, race and gender.

Yeah, that’ll get your kid a job!

Talk about a self-perpetuating machine of stupidity. Who needs the three R’s when you only need one, and it’s rage?

Man, your kids are gunna love competing for jobs with Goofball and Doreen’s kids.

A gender studies major? Prepare for a life of temp work.

Now, this couple is weird, for they place the political before the personal. So self-involved, they feel the sacrifices and oddities they burden their families with, are for a greater good.

They live communism to the fullest: i.e. making everyone miserable. They can tell you what’s wrong with America, but never buy any toilet paper.

But hopefully, despite Goofball and Doreen’s selfish idiocy – their children will grow up fine. And then they can wonder: when will their parents finally grow up?

Probably around the time mom and pop need cash.

So as I write this, the whole Egypt thing seems to have cooled down a little.

We’ve been told that, temporarily, the military will take over. And then there’s the Muslim Brotherhood, who swear on their sexy camels they aren’t interested in seeking power.

I dunno.

Here’s the way I look at this, which is based on my own “granddad bank robber” theory.

The theory is this: if you read about some dude robbing a bank, you figure he should be caught, and punished.

But if the story mentions that the dude is a grandfather, reporters focus on that.

Suddenly there’s something charming about a gun-toting thug who smells like toffee and poligrip.

He probably drinks Ovaltine.

That’s where the Muslim Brotherhood comes in. It’s being considered by our own Prez as having a role in Egypt’s future, just because, it’s been part of its past, for so long.

Because – as something ages – no matter how bad it is -it gains respect.

Except for strippers, this is the norm.

Now, never mind that the Brotherhood may want to crush the US. According to documents from the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing trial, the MB wanted to replace our government with Sharia Law in a delightful “civilization-jihadist process.”

That’s from 1991, which is ages ago (Friends hadn’t even started!), so maybe it’s not so scary.

Who cares that they called their work in America, quote “a grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within..”

Don’t worry.

People change.

Let’s go to a protester, teacher Lidwine Mure, to explain:

“It’s important to come out because France wouldn’t be what it is today if the generations that came before us hadn’t taken to the streets.”

And…what is France today?

It’s bankrupt, Lidwine.

And…what’s driving this heroic protest? Oppression? Fascism? Threat of war?

No – vacations. Really.

You know how folks in France enjoy not working for really long periods of time? Well, it turns out that, after a while – when you don’t work, you can no longer pay for stuff – like the pensions that allow you to loaf around.

The protesters are trying to stop a bill that would raise retirement age from 60 to 62. Yeah – 62 – still pretty much the youngest retirement age anywhere. But workers feel it’ll ruin a good time- including the long playful summers, subsidized health care, free berets and mime welfare.

So France is now rediscovering capitalism and fiscal conservatism, for they have seen the future and its name is Greece.

Hence this convulsive reaction by the public – which I’d like to think is simply because they’re French.

But I know better. This is what happens when you give something to someone, and then – in order to survive – try to take it away.

We were wrong: Taking candy from a baby is actually a bitch.

And only the truly ballsy can pull that off. Sarkozy – bless him – has more balls than a McDonald’s play pit.

But you don’t need Dionne Warwick to foresee America’s coming tantrum: just look to the land of French bread and hairy armpits.

Thankfully, I also see a Sarkozy marinating in Jersey. We’ll be needing him soon.
