As per usual, you can’t even GIVE Obama-voters the right answer. When only 34% of them can identify our Vice President, I start to think of P. Diddy’s “Vote or Die” campaign. If given the choice, I think some of these folks should opt for the latter.
NOTE: No bears were actually hit by a bus during the making of this video. Actually, I think there was an incident in Wyoming, but that wasn’t us.

Considering the location (SoCal), statistically, more interviewees were likely to be Democrats that Republican.
And you did not, nor can you, refute the facts that:
1. The liberalization of American public education is turning out more nitwits than ever (compare the drop in education scoring compared to other countries).
2. Democrats are, in reality (and in many parallel universes as well), nitwits.
There is no better antidote to Mondays than a Steven Crowder video. (Okay, the timely demise of certain members of Congress would be a close second).

I thought it was hilarious but, honestly, over the years nobody ever really knows who the vice-president is. And you know what? That's really the way it should be. The vice-president should be totally invisible except for sitting in one of the big brown chairs at a State of the Union speech.

You interviewed probably a hundred people, and 10 of them couldn't name the vice president. The same thing would have happened when Bush was president. What does that prove?
Your math is a little off. If 34% of those interviewed correctly identified the Vice President, that means 66% did not. Therefore, if a hundred people were interviewed, 66 of them do not know that Joe Biden is the Vice President. I'm not trying to answer your question; I'm just fixing your math.
Now, in all fairness, some of the people sounded like foreigners, and I know plenty of foreigners (I'm studying in Jolly Old regulation-burdened England) who have horribly misguided and (perhaps understandably) uninformed views of America. No excuse for those who are American.
I have long believed that the franchise should not be freely granted to every warm body who has achieved eighteen years. In a more perfect world, people would walk into the voting booth, and then, before being allowed to cast a ballot, have to answer correctly a few basic questions such as the ones that Steven poses in this video:
Who is the President? VP? Speaker? What is the Bill of Rights? As you cast your vote for Senator, how many years are you granting him/her in office? Etc.. All the sorts of things that used to be taught in Civics class ("Civics class? What's that?").
These are the same sorts of questions we demand prospective citizens be able to answer in order to achieve citizenship status. Is it unreasonable to require that those born in this country not be held to the same standard?
This was amusing – if highly unoriginal – as entertainment, but it seems to me that if you're going to the trouble of doing this sort of thing it would be better to think the point of it through first rather than merely going for cheap laughs. As it is, the only message is that a lot of the interviewees are morons and Steven is funny. It doesn't make any point in service of the cause like Steven's better videos do.
I missed nothing. The only thing missing is all the stuff Steven left on the editing floor. You think these are the only people he interviewed? He probably stood out there sweating in his stupid bear suit all day and met lots of people who know who Joe Biden is and put the ones who didn't in his pathetic attempt at humor.

I think the answer to Biden's lack of name recall is that he isn't sleeping with Angelina Jolie. If he was EVERYONE would know his name.

Be that as it may, it doesn't change the fact that with all the inappropriate times Biden has opened his mouth you'd think even these people would know who he is. Add to that the fact that he had run for president and the big stink that was raised about him being chosen over Clinton for V.P.
While I agree with you on the strange views foreigners seem to have, but I've also found that the ones that have or are studying to become American citizens tend to be the most well informed on how this country's government is supposed to be run and who is doing what. Not that this matters in this case, just something I've noticed.
If we expect legal immigrants to pass a test on how our government works before they are allowed to become citizens, why can't we make that same test a requirement for a natural born citizen to be allowed to vote? And voter id cards on top of that.
How many of America's problems could be solved with those two changes?

The Founding Fathers originally set up our Republic so voters had to have some kind of stake in the future of the country; this, like Leno's "Jaywalking" segments, demonstrates the wisdom of that original position.

In 2004, someone put together an online questionnaire that asked your position on taxes, the war, foreign policy, abortion, etc. When you push the button at the end, it gave a breakout of which presidential candidate (there were four that year, I believe) best represented your positions. I think that would be a better way to solicit votes from the populace. Have them identify how they want the country to be run and elect the candidate that best mirrors the majority…

People should be required to pass a bare minimum intelligence/civics test before being allowed to vote. We have laws that they are required to pass a written test before beling allowed to wreck a car on the street, but they don't have to pass a written test to vote for a president whose policies will wreck the country?

Over the years, no, I wouldn't expect the general public to remember who the VP was. Here we're talking about today and although it's rare, sometimes the VP becomes president. People living here should at least know who the current Veep is.

Well, here's something I never expected. This video actually makes me happy I live in New York.
Unfortunately, that scenario wouldn't pan out well. When politicians run for office they will usually lie about anything and everything under the sun to get elected. McCain and Obama for example. McCain ran as a conservative even though he most certainly wasn't; Obama ran as a slightly left of central moderate and see how that turned out.
The honesty of the candidate, or lack thereof, is part of the process of choosing them. If you looked further back in time, before the campaigns started, Obama was very open about his statist views.
Identifying by questionnaire who would be president would fail because of this, and fail horribly.

Bring it on. As a University of Utah college student, and a friend of many Brigham Young University students, I gotta say, we'd kick the Berkley kids' butts, no contest. While I'd say about 30% of my university is at least semi-liberal, they know to pick their battles and be civil. They get called out all the time in their stupidity. It's pretty amusing.
That being said, Texas Christian, Baylor, and Air Force Academy (all the military universities), would probably make great interviewees. I think the one problem is that Crowder would get recognized a whole lot by fans and the video couldn't be done undercover.
Your service is a tesitmony of what it means to serve for the "greater good". Thank you so much for your selfless sacrifices. Your sons should be proud to have a father with integrity and character who will protect others EVEN when it is not appreciated.
