In his own words, you can read his several books outlining his idea of an "open society" where the soveriegn nation state is reduced to nothing more than administrative districts under the control of a loosely defined world financial body who exacts tribute from the subserviant territories by way of carbon offset taxes. The umbrella for this operation is the Open Society Institute, that is currently at work in dozens of countries, including the US. A case in point that he laments is the failure of their test case, the Soviet Union. The financial unraveling occurred at a rate much greater then they anticipated, before they were properly infused into society. They are not making that mistake in America. These groupd provide cover to the rich and famous, including hollywood types who don't want to be identified with the radical ideas that they support.
