Where’s My Stimulus Money?!
by Steven CrowderIt seems that a lot of people have completely forgotten about the billions of tax-payer dollars that have already been spent. Don’t you worry folks, I’ve got you covered. Steve the P.A. from Iowa and I hightailed it across the country to see if our money was truly being put into a legitimate recovery program… Or being spent on frivolities. Take a guess!
PS: Don’t worry. Nobody actually swam in the Salton Sea during the making of this video. Well, a German tourist did, but I think he got shot.

Actually, I think it is doing exactly what they intended it to do. Just not what they told us it was supposed to do. That's the fun of politics. I love talking with people that actually believe what they say. ____Paraphrasing "believe me, I have no intentions of being in the auto industry", "we have to spend money to avoid going bankrupt", "the CIA lied to us", "this is not going to be government run healthcare", "there won't be any earmarks in my budget proposal", etc.
Okay that video was disturbing. No not cuz of the government wasteful spending but the Steven and Steven road trip.
Anybody that is old enough to remember how the government money was spent by the Katrina "victims" when they got their debit cards surely can not be surprised by how politicians spend money, afterall they have a lot more experience at that sort of thing.
indeed, the strip club trips by politicians are paid for off the books.
I have relatives in the Houston area, and I remember clearly on what these people spent their stimulus. It is no surprise they vote for creatures of the same habits.

It is infuriating to see how the government is wasting our money. Now the hotel – I work in real estate with developers, and if it were profitable to build a hotel there the money would be found and it would be built. It sounds like it is just theft going on, on a huge scale.

2 things.
One, I have personally received stimulus money. There is an extra 25 bucks in my Unemployment Check. I use it to buy conservative books, subscriptions to PJTV and the like.
Two, your videos are living proof that with a little bit more money, spent how you want to spend it – quality improves tremendously.

your videos would be a lot more watchable if you bothered to balance your sound levels. I spent the entire video moving the volume slider up or down due to the bad sound mixing job you did. You're not doing PJTV's reputation any good if you can't master this filmmaking 101 procedure.
Well, a PROJECT that the PROGRESSIVES wrote and forced through does NOT work?? cmon really?……Now, I heard this morning that some of the STIMULUS money is going to be used as a supplement for the CASH FOR CLUNKERS deal and a caviate for the next FACE LIFT that PELOSI will get!!!! its strange, they are also talking about a TAX on plastic surgery….funny how that works

If they give me 1 Billion dollars I will dig a ditch to throw all spending bills into before they are approved. That would save the tax payers trillions of dollars. Of course they would have to pay me before I dig the ditch.

My town got stimulus money for modifying a highway. That sounds useful, but the plan and money for it were already in place. I wonder where the money originally set aside for it went. It is depressing.
Last I checked, the military is still hiring.

I'm with martinla here. Maybe the others don't get what you mean. While I could hear everything, sometimes it got too loud, other times rather quiet, thus requiring me to adjust constantly. I agree that the sound levels could use better mixing.

I haven't laughed that hard in ages! My daughters and I laughed until we cried – the crying started as soon as you pointed out that yacht club and the wasted 'stimulus' money 'spent' on it.
Thanks for doing this project. I hope it opens up more folks' eyes as to how our politicians on both sides of the aisle are wasting our hard earned money. Maybe you can make enough people aware of the waste & angry enough to vote out the weasle incumbants of congress in the next election, and work to finding and supporting a better choice for the job of President than the one we have, or the 'moderate republican' he ran against.

Stimulus Money………..oh where to start……….How about with the "Cash for Clunkers" Program?……….Just my opinion but it seems that the "Cash for Clunkers" is actually "stimulating" the economy………..
Imagine what the "Stimulus Bill" could have done if we had taken the $787 billion and divided it up as a "tax rebate" to the approximately 230 million American over 18 years of age……..
$3420 is a good chunk of change to spend how you want………
