Getting Louder With Steven Crowder: Hamas, Prop. 8 and Sarah Palin
by Steven CrowderAs a follow up to my “GO TEAM ISRAEL” video, I dissect the moronic arguments commonly made by young Liberals involved with the “Pro-Palestinian” aka “Pro-Hell-bent-on-the-destruction-of-Israel-Hamas-bastards” movement. If the arguments addressed seem too paper thin to even give credence… Trust me, I’m right there with you. However, someone has to pestle these points into their astonishingly hard noggins… And I’m just the man to do it.
The unfairly attractive “Sarah Palin” is covered. I also touch upon what are commonly referred to as “liberal elitists” and their gay marriage antics. Oh leftists… What will they do next?

Go Steven!! It’s about time some of the mindless on the left were adddressed with facts and credible thinking. They have already begun to devour one another before King Ob@ma takes his throne. I say let’s exercise free speech before it’s no longer an option. I wish the leader of the free world all the best in his reign. His worse enemies are going to be of his own. btw: you really don’t have poofy hair.
GREAT JOB — YOU HAVE THE BALLS TO SAY WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK ALREADY… THE MAJORITY AGREES WITH YOU!!! KEEP IT UP
Outstanding presentation! I don’t type you as a conservative or liberal but a clear thinking American.
Gosh, I was right there with you on your riff about Israel/Hamas. You nailed it.
Not so much with you on Prop. 8. Injecting a religion’s definition of marriage into state or federal law shouldn’t be permitted. Governing by that definition (as defined by one religion) isn’t right and isn’t legal. But even if you disregard all of that, how will it hurt anyone if same sex marriage were legal? How would it hurt you? It wouldn’t. Your kids won’t be brainwashed by tons of gay teachers, teaching them how to be gay. If you’d educate yourself, (I mean for real), you would understand that people do not choose to be gay. They DO NOT CHOOSE TO BE GAY. Why would anyone choose a lifestyle that is so shunned? And we’re not talking about teenagers with ink and piercings who act out. We’re talking about high ranking military officials, senators, governors, entertainers, maybe the guy next door to you. They do not choose to be gay, they just are. When you get this, and when you get that a Christian definition of “marriage” should not inject itself into our laws, and when you get that Prop. 8 is a smokescreen for hate (and reinforces the hate amongst many Christians), then you’ll understand.
And Sarah Palin was given a raw deal by that idiot McCain. I have come to believe that McCain really didn’t want to be president and did everything he could to throw the election. Sarah is the governor of a state. You don’t get to that position by being stupid. Yet she was thrown into an unfamiliar arena and mishandled, misled, and not defended vehemently. I guess McCain must have been trying to completely stifle his known anger streak because he never got angry on the campaign trail. He should have defended her loudly. Instead he rolled over. But if Palin wants to be taken seriously in the national arena, she needs to do her homework, build that foundation, and then perhaps come back in 2016.
But I do have one really important question/point. Why is it that most Jews in this country vote Democratic? They’re liberal to the bone. Their fellow liberals hate Israel and feel sorry for those poor innocent children being bombed by Israel. I have never understood why Jews are so liberal.
Great rant! Keep them coming.
You are spot on about everything.
And as far as Proposition 8, whether you agree with it or not (I do), it is the will of the people. Open and shut. That’s the REPUBLIC we live in. We go to the poll, we vote, the majority wins. Move on.
For those who disagree with Prop 8: you’re disappointed, I understand. I’m disappointed about Obama being the President of the United States.
But a vote has consequences. It has value. When it stops meaning anything, when it can suddenly and unconscionable be overthrown by judges, we are living in a dictatorial state with no voice, no freedom.
Personally, I like my voice. I like it being heard. I even sing in the shower.
Israel broke the cease-fire, this is not only reported world wide (except in the US) but is admitted by Israeli officials.
That was awesome! Thanks so much and I can’t wait for the next one.
Thanks for the replies, everybody. This is going to be a weekly segment on here, so the feedback really helps me cut the fat, and create more directly requested/dynamic content.
Expect higher production value and a more quickly-paced format in the coming weeks… As well as a haircut

Steven….
I have a really cute, conservative daughter at UC Santa Cruz I’d like you to meet ….
You help restore my faith in the future of our country!
Genius! The bit about the palestinian children is great. Those little terrorist wannabe’s and their rock throwin’. They deserve everything they get. ‘Ooh, they took our land, wah wah!’ Deal with it like the indians do (by that I mean get drunk and contract small pox). I bet they can pile fifty of ‘em into a carload too, just like the Mexican’ts. You should take a swing at the illegals Steven; they’re practically begging for it, just like they’re begging for worthless jobs.
Re “desert” in Palestine area. Desert does not mean “sand.” The desert in the area is barren… and rocky.
Re Proposition 8: The gays essentially wish to redefine reality. It doesn’t matter what group wishes to repeal or redefine gravity, no amount of laws will alter it. Marriage is, by the nature of the case, between a man and a woman. Ergo, gays do not want marriage. They want to have something else and call it “marriage”… there is in principle no reason to call gay couples “married” any more than to say a sexual relationship between a human and a goat can be a “marriage.”
That was great! Good to know there are young patriots like you in USA!
I have never seen more insecurity in a video on the internet. That is saying something for a medium that is basically composed of nervy amateurs.
Steven,
First of all, I am NOT defending Hamas. I am only reminding everyone here of some uncomfortable facts:
* 14 Israelis have been killed, including 4 from friendly fire;
* The Israeli Army has killed 345 children (including babies) and lots more innocent adults (including women and old people) using bombs, artillery shells and white phosphorus in densely populated areas. If the Hamas bad guys are guilty of using innocent civilians as human shields, the Israeli army is just as guilty of shooting right though them.
* The Palestinian Authority is the “Government”, not Hamas, but in truth, Israel is because:
as they control the Palestinian territories and these are not a recognized country.
* Israel has made life for Palestinians hard for years. I wonder what you would do under these circumstances? We don’t know, but I think there are other situations in history like this one that have something to teach us about the limits of what a human can stand.
* There are lots of Israeli settlements on the West Bank that suggest that Israel is not completely innocent in this conflict.
Roughly paraphrasing Tzipi Livni (and Steven Crowder):
“Without admitting to anything, if indeed some babies were killed, Hamas was using them as “human shields”, so they were in the way when we were bombing and therefore, somehow, when the fires all went out they might have inadvertently become rendered, er, uh, no longer a threat. Oh, and sorry.”
Some of us find it disgusting when you try to make a joke out of what the IDF has done in the name of “self defense” – and that is really a problem, because our money is (in part) funding it. We give Israel over $3B per year in direct military and economic aid, along with billions more in loan guarantees and still more in developmental tech, intel and business.
All the while, IS has been caught spying on the US, they’ve assinated western citizens, sell our technology in the arms market (the Arrow missile and related systems) and they make things more, not less stable in the Middle East (like now). And, they have done close to nothing to help us with our current mid-east crisis. In fact, the current conflict has caused the price of oil, gas and gasoline to go up again all around the world. They also spend millions on lobbying to gain yet more money and other favors. It is now to the point where candidates have to go on record in support of Israel, whatever is happening there, just to avoid their onslaught of campaign contributions, PACs, profane bloggers, etc. Did anyone catch articles in the NY Times where IS wanted us to give them weapons & equipment and then allow them to fly over Iraq to bomb Iran and drag the US into another conflict?
At some point the US needs to ask itself, When is enough enough? Is our $3B best spent on Israel, or could we put this money to better use, like economic recovery, alternative energy development, etc? Maybe, if we didn’t give Israel so much money, they might be more motivated to make peace and surround themselves with neighbors and friends, instead of enemies.
Tara Lynn, your profile says, “I write, you read. And no one needs to get hurt.” Rita Hayworth, Lauren Bacall or Ava Gardner couldn’t have said anything sexier.
This is VERY funny and right on. My only disagreement is on Sarah Palin. I don’t think she should give in to the Quayle-ification of her own political future! She needs to fight back and run again! With the historic swearing in of our nation’s first socialist president, she could have a great chance! Have you seen how many scandals this Obama guy has already? He’s not even sworn in yet! Check out the Official Obama Administration Scandals List at:

Ok, so, Israel, not even in Gaza, has to put up with rockets fired by Hamas after Hamas announces they will end the truce.
Then, Israel goes into Gaza, chasing down militants and trying to stop the rockets.
Announcing that Israel has severely punished Hamas, Israel announces that it will cease fire.
So, what does Hamas do? Well, fire more rockets into Israel. Gee, who woulda thunk.
Hamas will not stop until Israel stops them. That oughta be the lesson.
The Daily Kos, on the other hand, restores your faith in humanity, right?
Regardless of any individual’s political, social or moral point of view one of the reasons Prop 8 succeeded was because the people against it assumed everyone else agreed with their point of view and the became lazy and complacent. For a community of people in a state who disproportionately come from the arts (and I yes I realize this is a generalization) they did very little creative outreach to those constituencies who voted their beliefs and supported the measure.
Yes on 8 used the power of traditional and interactive media to make their point and backed it up with a grass roots effort to reinforce the message.
No on 8 folks didn’t consider that those people who felt differently had what they considered to be perfectly legitimate reasons for their beliefs. By not communicating the intrinsic value of their brand they all but guaranteed they would lose.
To then turn around and blame it on black people and others who voted for it for is disingenuous at best.
==“Marriage” is an invented, man-made institution.==
Except that it isn’t. God created “marriage.”
==Opponents of gay marriage would be better off finding some concrete, real-world reasons why it’s all that BAD of an idea.==
We already have. You reject them. So what?
== Give me a solid, concrete, LOGICAL reason why this oughtn’t be done.==
Cuz Morality says it oughtn’t be done.
== Convince me that this opposition is based on ANYTHING other than “Eeeew, gross!” I’m listening.==
No, you’re not.
==Try and do it WITHOUT getting into “society,” “community,” “the greater-good” or any of the other silly little control-fantasies…==
You don’t make the rules about what evidence we get to bring.
==The Daily Kos, on the other hand, restores your faith in humanity, right?==
Oh, you mean The Daily Kooks.
OHPLEASE, I am in complete agreement with you. I have yet to find any substantive proof that homosexuals do not choose to be gay. Someone insisting that they’re born that way is not sufficient evidence. Heck, anyone who practices beastiality, pedophilia, incest, and other deviant behaviors will insist just as loudly that they are “born that way and can’t help it”.
And MR. INCREDIBLE just delivered a vicious knockout blow to MOVIEBOB. You made my day.
==And MR. INCREDIBLE just delivered a vicious knockout blow to MOVIEBOB. You made my day.

I had to put him out of our misery.
==how will it hurt anyone if same sex marriage were legal?==
My tax money would go to support the choice of the homosexual, alternative-lifestyle orientation option. My money and its use are my bidness. The effect of supporting the choice of the homosexual, alternative-lifestyle orientation option affects this society, this culture and this country. I am a citizen of this country in good, Moral standing. Therefore, the issue bears on what I have heard my Father in Heaven say, and, thus, it affects me, and I, for one, will NOT back off, no matter what.
