I was commuting to work with another cyclist, riding single file. The driver was also uninsured. I wanted to be mad, and for a time I was. I thought he had taken something from me. I realized only I could take my spirit from me, if I blamed someone else, I'd never move forward. How many times have we all lost concentration even if for a slight moment? I don't hold remorse or blame for him. It wasn't intentional and I was lucky to survive the impact. The driver was found at fault. I was commuting to work with another cyclist, riding single file.
