So my girlfriends and I were talking the other day how Ned Rice got his nickname, "Two-inch Shorty" when one particularly busy gal admitted she'd experienced little Ned and all its non-glory. We're still ROFLOAO! HA

Poor Ned. But it says a lot when he seems to only write lies about the vice president of the United States.

Somehow, I think the Two-Inch Shorty handle is going to get around the Internet, don't you Ned? See how this works?
