I never watch l&o. Saw the promos on tonights episode (1210/09) and thought it might be a good show. Didn't even pick up on the liberal crap in the promo. Was enjoying the show until the bashing of Limbaugh, Beck and I think O'reilly. Turned my stomach and I turned the channel. Wow, there was Hannity. NBC your programming sucks.

Make a casserole for that old lady or old man that lives down the street that can't get out much. Find a good church and go as a family. I gave up on L&O in 2006, when L&O:CI ran an episode called "The War At Home". Plot: An Iraqi army sergeant gave bogus information to Americans, leading them into a deadly ambush. The Americans then killed the sergeant and his entire unit. Back in the U.S., a female soldier who served in the unit learned about this and might tell authorities; other veterans decoyed and murdered her.

This plot isn't just a gross libel on American soldiers; it's totally implausible.

I had problems with L&O before (the Homicide cross-over episode which was a thinly disguised attack on Ken Starr, for instance). On the other hand, they went the other way, too, sometimes, and were usually apolitical.

I stopped watching Law and Order for this reason years ago. Why can't they come up with stories without making needless political statements? (Not to mention how they just make things up entirely.) Guess what? I doesn't make your show any better; it just makes me quit watching. I dropped ER and Without A Trace for the same reason. The joy of cable is plenty of choice!
