The Christmas of ’09: Riding The Rhone

Such a time of profoundly important Judeo-Christian sacredness, with our pride in its significance increasingly muzzled by “Progressively political correctness”, should and, I believe, will be honored more deeply because of the inferential shame our New World Order leadership would like to immerse it in.
Apparently, and for the entire history of America, its Judeo-Christian roots have been, in the eyes of Progressives, one of our nation’s incessant problems, and the main reason the United States has found it impossible to join the … uh … “community of nations”.
“Is this another diatribe, another imbecilic slap at the United Nations, Mr. Moriarty?!”
Yes … among other shots at the Progressive certainty over the apparently incontestable New World Order.
The Copenhagen Climate Summit and the American mainstream press make it sound like “It’s all wrapped up!”
Hmmm … not so fast!
I know that my old television series, Law and Order, with the invaluable help of that insidiously low key, Marxist agent provocateur named Rene Balcer, is a perfect example of the Obama Nation’s farewell to anything but “cultural equality” as an increasingly militant, Progressive demand. However, I think the likes of Dick Wolf, Barack Obama and George Soros are counting their chickens before they hatch.
The United States fought and won a World War with three tyrannies … simultaneously – Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy and Imperial Japan – a nightmare that actually dragged the nation out of its first Great Depression.

Right … now, however, the combined forces of Far left America, neo-Soviet Russia, Red China and a worldwide, Islamic Jihad – are threatening the entire Judeo-Christian civilization of not only all of Europe but the two American continents as well. The New World Order wants the Western Hemisphere wrapped up and delivered … with a Public Option Health Care Bill, by Christmas.

Yes … this is a reminder of who still holds one of the purse strings within not only the Obama Nation’s Game Plan … but that of neo-Soviet Vladimir Putin as well.

The 2009 Law and Order is nothing more than a shamelessly arrogant, propaganda arm for the Obama Nation and its profoundly seminal importance for the Progressive aim of dragging the United States of America into the New World Order … kicking and screaming, if need be.
Of course, leading all that “kicking and screaming” is the dauntless Glenn Beck!
Just days after I buttoned up my own enterstageright.com editorial, Senator Reid prepares us for our second civil war, after I ended it with threats of impeachment.
Glenn Beck was exposing the potentially “high crime” – the “misdemeanors” are already bleeding from the graft, blackmail and corruption within President Obama’s Czarified and, I believe, highly unconstitutional advisory staff – the impeachable offence of threatening our national security in order to bully a fellow Democrat into voting for the Complete Obama/Reid/Pelosi Health Care Bill.
Hmmmm, indeed!!
This isn’t Bill Clinton caught in a Tiger Woods dilemma!
This Chicago-style muscle which the Obama administration has been putting upon many Congressmen and Congresswomen, coupled with what I believe will be found indisputably unconstitutional, the Cap and Trade Bill, these acts of reckless disregard for the Constitution are treading dangerously into impeachable offenses.
However, with a Democratic majority in both Houses of Congress?
Must we wait?
Or will the growing schism within the Democratic Party, that between the True Progressives and the Blue Dogs, widen to at least the width of the very Potomac River which our First President rode across to defeat taxation without representation.
With, as I say, the Obama Nation riding on the high horse of a Rhone Progressive Tyranny, the likes of Soros, Obama and, yes, my former producer, Dick Wolf, may very well ride off the “precipice” which President Obama spoke of so affirmatively the other day … but which will turn out to be the classic, old “precipice of disaster we all fear.
In this case, we needn’t fear it. The Law and Order of the Obama Nation, however, might end up falling off that cliff … all by itself!
In light of that possibility, I wish my readers the Happiest of New Years and the Merriest of Christmases!!

You know, I think even the people who didn't take the destruction of our country from within are finally starting to realize what is being done. And to support my belief, what evidence do I offer? Two simple words: "Merry Christmas." I am out every year, like any other father of two, husband of one, in the thick of the Christmas shopping season and I don't think that I've ever heard as many people tell me Merry Christmas instead of Happy Holidays. Sure, I would always get one or two tepid responses in the form of a hushed, "A Merry Christmas to you too," but it seems as if people who believe in this country and it's idea are more bold in their proclamation of such beliefs.
I know it's not a revolution in the terms of our founders or even some of our great Presidents, but it could be the start of one.
Another great read Michael! The left has indeed overplayed their hand. The things that bind this country are unassailable, (Christmas, 4th of July, In God We Trust, etc.) and will be the lefts undoing, starting in 2010. Excuse me while I stick it to the man, “Merry Christmas.”
Definitely a step in the right direction. And the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

We certainly live in interesting times, and troubling times.

Cynic that I am, I don't believe there exists such a thing as a "Blue Dog" Democrat. The appellation "Blue Dog" is just another device Democrats use to gain power. After all until they're elected to office, they cannot start undoing the election process (either by buying votes or turning a blind eye to fraud). Look what happened in the Health Care Debate. All SIXTY Democrats voted for cloture knowing only 51 votes will allow its passage. (To keep up the illusion the "blue dogs" then will vote against hoping their constituents are dumb enough not to catch the sleight of hand they pulled on the dumb but deserving voters).
So far as "taxation without representation", we've had that for at least forty years, so incrementally most of us don't even realize it. What we have today is Representation without Taxation, and those who don't pay taxes have an equal vote (and are growing more in number) than those of us who DO pay taxes.
The only words I can think of for our country are — we're so screwed!

We can only hope that there would be or will exist enough Senators and Representatives to actively and effectively pursue impeachment proceedings and ultimate banishment of Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Durbin, Schumer, Franks, Dodd and the rest of the anti-American dems as well as those RINO repubs.

Yes, Resistance is not futile. Yes, we have to "stand and fight". But we ALL need to do it. We need to support conservative candidates at the local, state and national level this next year (and in 2012). And by support I mean offer actual help in campaigning and getting the word out. Pamphlets, door to door, phone calls, whatever. Find the candidate to support and go do it. Use the opportunity to sort of "spread The Gospel" of conservatism. More Americans need to wake up. I mean, I know we are all awake, but I think there are plenty of others that still feel like they have no power, that it doesn't matter (my mom among them).

I have received quite a few Merry Christmas' this year as well.Although I did get a stuttering "Happy Winter Festival" from a schlub. I got a Merry Christmas today and it kind of shocked me. You don't really hear that here in Southern California. I am beginning to ponder what I learned when I studied the American Revolution during college (back in the 1970's, when actual history was still being taught).
Up until 1774, those we identify as our Founding Fathers identified themselves as Englishmen, proud subjects of the British Empire, seeking to get better treatment from King George and his ministers, whom they saw as their legitimate rulers.
From the mid 1760's onward, those ministers increasingly treated the upstart colonials with the same arrogance displayed today by President Obama, Speaker Pelosi, and Majority Leader Harry Reid towards those who question their authority to tranform this country into a one-party dictatorship.
In 1774, it was the brutal response to the Boston Tea Party forced upon Massachussetts which prompted those who had viewed themselves as Englishmen from different colonies to begin to see themselves as Americans, who had more in common with each other than with a home country that sought to force them into compliance with alien rules.
What will be the trigger event for today's revolution? The cynical travesty of "principled" Senators like Ben Nelson being bribed with OUR money to throw his support to a 2100-page bill which nobody outside of Harry Reid's office had actually read? The spectacle of President Obama embracing a Copenhagen summit to submit us to "global governance" to deal with a non-existent threat of global warming?
If there are still some peaceful avenues to correct these insanities, I'm out of ideas.

I currently live in China and I go one step further by explaining to the good average Chinese people with whom I interact with daily that Merry Christmas means Christ's day as in Happy Birthday Jesus. I do this because the country is full of Merry Christmas signage and the clerks in all the shops wear Santa and Elf gear but they don't know why. I'd like to add that what I've seen in China economically over 8 years is a freer country than my beloved America has now become. We need to take back our country from these hateful leftists led by sorry saps like Soros. Long live Capitalism.

George Soros' "Open Society" is nothing more than a glorified collective where the "individual" is subjugated to the "superior knowledge" of changing and where the individuals are merely in their "own station". I have been reading several of his biographies lately. After much thought and reflection, I believe that Soros honestly believes that he has solved the infallibility of other failed collectives and wants to impose his vision on the world.
After all, when he was a child he had a "messianic" complex and was convinced of his superiority. Now, although he goes to great lengths to deny it, he is motivated by power and being near power.

Do you guys know that one of the reason the Nazis became so powerful is that people in Europe at that time were turning away from the church? They then allowed Hitler and the Nazis to become their saviour. This is a very, very dangerous time in America. People need to really wake up before it's too late. Titov, there was a recent article posted on American Thinker that chronicles Soros' life. Youd do well to do research of your own. The onus of proof is on the one who contests the statement.

You are soooo right. Rand was a genius. Also, if you look closely at Soros' philosophy there is a distinct Brave New World element.
You see, in Soros' perfect changiness (he uses silly words like that) people wouldn't put as much stock in traditional attachments (aka families) because basically people would form attachments based on need and since needs change "relationships" are fluid. (Or something like that lol)
