once again your cynical but ultimately wise take id very solid. Native Americans are a case in point. While freedom naturally courses through their veins they have been fed collectivist nonsense so long they are hopelessly conflicted- and incurred huge health issues as a result...

I don't mean to be any more grim than the reality is. Agreed, when they first arrive Mexicans are conservative peasants. I find them sincere and hard working.

Growing up here is a problem because they are habitually being misled. It's something like how the Indians had no defense against the plague. Their kids have no defense against Big Media's voice of God, which misleads them into self-immolation.

You and I agree on the need for a wake up call.

pretty grim read- we can tell you've been around the block... our experience has shown Mexican hispanics to be pretty solid and conservative citizens; that doesn't include the Central Americans which are a huge problem. Either way a huge wake up call is needed-

And being issued...

'68 was before the hunger strike. The spades were in.

I wouldn't count on Hispanics realizing anything in time. When they get across the Rio Grande, their families are intact. By the second generation they are following pop culture, the commies and the gangsters, and 50% of them don't have fathers. If this continues, they might rival the blacks who are at 70%.

As much as I despise an invasion that can eradicate our freedoms, so long as conservatives don't go up against the leftist organizations who are focusing their world view in the minds of the Hispanics, we are doomed. It is just a matter of time. Our own organizations have to tell the Mexicans the truth.

Dick Gregory- haven't heard that name in a while... was that before or after the hunger strike? As far as Rodriguez pretty soon all Hispanics will see the left is using them- not helping them. They are, after all, Catholics and hard workers- and entrepenuers as well...

I agree that the inflection point right now is with Congress, but any Hollyweirdo who stands up for Frank, Shcumer, Reid, Pelosi, et cetera doesn't deserve to be coddled in the short run.

Paul Rodriguez recently realized that all the fundraising he did for Dems here in California got him nothing when environmentalists shut off the water for 80,000 farm jobs in his area.

I am hoping Lopez's HBO special counters the commie Maldef, La Raza, Mexican Mafia and Zeta influences. I liked the fact that he said that his show would be subtitled in Spanish, not the other way around.

Hey in '68, I voted for Dick Gregory. Bring em along if you can, but for the most part I don't feel like taking any prisoners.

we were simply speaking of our Hollyweird brethren- not the Pelosi, Schumer and Durbin crowd... they need to be stopped now, and stopped cold. Schumer has said they will do a procedural vote on health care if necessary to get it passed- they aren't kidding on this. If he fails to get this done it's a failed Presidency and they know it. They think that the public will get over it once it's done.

Wrong.

If they will come back into the fold, ok.

Socialized health rationing, cap & trade or illegal immigration can destroy our freedoms a the very least for a few decades and possibly forever. Right now, this lurch has to be stopped, whether we can make nice with them or not.

Great read Michael! It would seem that BH has a reoccurring theme with your, Scott Graves and now Evan Sayet posts on injecting conservatism into liberal Hollywood. I love it and is part of the reawakening of America. As a consumer of movies my wife and vote with our dollars, we will not support any America hating ba$tards product again.
