To the author: You don't need a check from the vast right wing conspiracy; you already get one from the vast Jewish mafia conspirators who control this site. That would be the same people who tried to put me in jail for speaking at a debate when I ran for congress last year. This site has lots of BS about fighting for rights, but its simply a controlled-opposition platform, where abuses committed by the Jewish mafia will never get reported on. Why doesn't this site ever mention who the neo-liberals are and who funds them? JR

Charles Krauthammer had an excellent solution. Make medical malpractice awards like workman's comp, overseen by a medical board. A Dr would lose his license over serious ones.

The crisis in health care amounts to one thing and one thing only. Serious Tort Reform. Until you throttle the lawyers, you can forget affordable private health care. Take the ambulance chasers out and put a complete halt to the lottery malpractice awards. Now, you're getting somewhere. Institute a loser pays all legal fees system. You'll be seeing a lot of lawyers hanging their shingles on the drive-up at Taco Bell. And I would laugh my a$$ off.
