Bruce Jenner: Obama’s ‘Done Nothing’ to Earn Nobel
by Kathryn Jean LopezI normally hate revealing “overheard” conversations, but something tells me Bruce Jenner might not mind. Waiting at Reagan National for our bags a few months ago, I was struck by how discerning Mr. Jenner was about politics.

Jenner was recognized by someone at the baggage claim. Conversation ensued. It was just a few months into the Obama presidency and Jenner started talking about how he wanted to give the president the benefit of the doubt but seemed especially struck by the stimulus at the time as a bad idea. There was criticism of Bush, too, on the bailout, but Obama was clearly trying his patience as he tried to wait and see.
So that Jenner’s come out and point-blank said “He’s done nothing” for the Nobel Peace prize doesn’t surprise me. But since it’s such a brief comment, as a CHiPs fan from back in the day, I know it’s not just bomb-throwing. Sounds like just another concerned citizen.
BTW: Can’t a guy pump his gas without a camera? If only the Washington press corps put half as much effort into their jobs as the Hollywood paparazzi does theirs…

the Nobel Peace Prize: Celebrating Mediocrity since 2009
I am happy for Brazil getting the Olympics. I have worked there and spent nearly two years there. It is a great country. It has a lot of problems, like anywhere, but I loved the people and the Geography. The Mountains are beautiful. Everyone talks about the beaches so I wanted to say something different.
By the way, Bruce is right, Obama has done nothing of any real substance that deserved any kind of award.
I've heard Bruce Jenner call in to conservative talk radio shows several times.
Of course, Obama's earned the Nobel! It's easy to believe when you live in:

I can not accept this prestigious prize as I have not earned it and there are others much more deserving of it then I. So I wil go back to my job as the America President and I will use that positon to improve the lives of our citizens and hopefully be able to help others arond th world. I only hope after I have accomplished these things you will once again consider me for this great honor.
That is what a better man then Obama would have said.

That is brilliant Mr. Jenner! If the MSM had any pride, integrity or shame left in them, that statement would cut them to their core. But they don't, and you'll probably be labeled a racist just for pointing it out.

No seriously, I knew there was a reason I had nothing but respect for Bruce Jenner. He appears to be a good, honest guy.
He's tried to fix it a bit in the last year or so, and that's helped a bit. But yes, it is starting to enter Michael Jackson territory. I feel sorry for people who are that insecure.

Obama said Special Olympians get applause and prizes for doing nothing, so really, the Nobel panel gave the usurper the Nobel Peace Price Special Olympics gold medal.
The Nobel prize does not mean anything. So perhaps Obama should have gotten it. Think about it. It is a political and useless award. Given to dictators and other useless people. In that vain Obama most certainly should have gotten the award. He is one of the most useless people around. Along with useless Gore and Carter, he fits in that mold well. So I say congradulations to the messiah, he well deserves it.
Every day that goes by that this President and Congress does nothing is a day for which I am thankful. God forbid they do something. When they do things we get stuff like the stimulus package and federal funding for third-world abortions. I am of the firm belief that there is virtually no law that this Congress would pass of which I would approve.

Well, to be fair, Obama has done far more than Bruce's spolied son Brody. And how about his step daughters? Those are some classy gals. I mean, who among us doesn't want our daughters to emulate his, with the sex tapes, the slutty behavior on reality tv and all that other wonderful work they do. But at least Bruce seems semi normal.

Bruce Jenner was a sports hero. A man that defines meritocracy at its best. I don't think its very much of a leap to see one of the finest athletes the USA has ever produced vocally criticizing Obama. Obama gets kudos for merely existing. He has never I don't actually ever EARNED anything of the accolades has he?
