Can you imagine George Clooney or Sean Penn or Tim Robbins or any of the pretentious, flatulent , self-righteous leftists joining the Army? The only one I can think of who is even close to having the guts and honor of a Jimmy Stuart is Denzel Washington, who is passionate about supporting the troops, and a Conservative.

Here's the bottom line: if you've accomplished nothing in life, then you deserve nothing in life, not even the respect to be taken seriously on your own blog. That's how it works.

Moore is a liar. One doesn't need to claim 'accomplishments' (on whatever scale) to identify him as a teller of untruths.

My point is simple: Michael Moore is an extremely accomplished film maker, and here you have Nolte blogging that Moore is a failure, pretending to be an authority on the matter, but the truth is that Nolte's insignificant to the movie industry, isn't at all an authority on anything, and is basically worthless.

I also disagree that what's behind Nolte's blog is "Schadenfreude" as you've suggested, but rather a failed film maker's unchecked envy of the monumental accomplishments of Michael Moore.

Anyhow, you, just as Nolte, may have whatever opinion you wish without a single accomplishment in life. Just don't expect your opinion to have any real authority, meaning, or credibility, which Nolte and you none of.
