To have 6 networks actually be campaign workers for "their side", to lie, and distort so that "their side" never has to worry about facing the hard repurcussions of their actions, and to self censor themselves, leads to EXACTLY what we are dealing with today. This administration makes Nixon look like he stole a candy bar from the 7-11. Where is the factual and objective reporting that Americans need? Someone needs to step up and enforce the regulations in place and force the MSM to tell the truth, and not the fairy tales and lies that have taken the place of actual hard news reporting.

That's too easy a concept. The left/liberals/socialists have gone into conspiracy mode because their maker has made it so.

Of course it's the insurance companies? Do any of you on the left actually think for yourselves? Or do you take at face value everything the Minister of Propaganda Robert Gibbs tells you? I'll vote for B. I know those old ladies are really insurance company lobbyists. You guys on the left are a riot!

The Czar idea was a bad one with Clinton and Bush as well. America is based on a division of administration from legislature from judiciary with them mutually checking each other as well as of localities from states from federal government. The idea dates back to Locke. Nothing new. The Czars are a way of avoiding oversight. The very use of the term Czar betrays its authoritarian associations - relating back to Czarist Russia who of course took the term as a corruption from the original term \"Caesar\" as a designation of the emperors who crushed the Roman Republic. Historical associations aside, the Czars are a bad idea. Just how bad an idea is evident from the behavior of the car czar who threatened the attorneys for the GM noteholders with being ruined and publicly attacked if they did not back off from fulfilling their fiduciary responsibility to the GM noteholders to allow the government to hand the company over to the UAW to an extent far in excess of what normal bankruptcy law allows. This was a rip-off for every retiree, every worker, or every investor who had lent money to GM in good faith. This sort of extortionate behavior is not how the government in free countries treats their people. It is typical of what one would expect from a Putin but I would hope for better behavior from an American administration. Wouldn't you?

--- On Wed, 8/19/09, IntenseDebate Notifications <notifications@intensedebatemail.com> wrote:
