Another titillating "experience" story revealed long after the fact. Why didn't you and your comic book selling friends come forward and tell your story to the cops when you had the chance? God knows the DA (and the media) were scouring the Earth looking for anything incriminating. The Press was even paying people to talk so you could have made a few bucks in the process while doing your duty as a (ahem) law abiding citizen outraged at the thought of children being seduced and abused. Of course the same question applies to the Chandlers — speaking of creepy people. Your kid says he's been molested and you call a lawyer BEFORE you call the cops?

what a load of rubbish! Have any of you read redemption by geraldine hughes or conspiracy by aphrodite jones. In 2005 tom mesereau had witnesses to testify that Jordan had lied for his father and he had told them so. Look at mjeol 2 community for that video. If this guy above thought anything was going on really he would have rung the police. Total Balony!

Another example of the way you guys are so blinded in your hated for MJ you can't even see the obvious. What type of parent would bring their kid over to sleep in the bed of a man who already had a history of settling child molestation lawsuit out court for millions of dollars? The ones hoping to win the lottery by making similar accusations. This is a no brainer. There is a ton of evidence pointing toward MJ's innocence. There is a strong possibility that MJ did not molest Jordie Chandler or Gavin Arvizo because their parents were hoping to hit the jack-pot. Haters just love to assume MJ is guilty, ignore all the evidence in the cases just because they get a sick gratification out of believing kids were molested despite strong evidence to the contrary. There is no water to wash those parents clean, they were either extortionists/con-artists (most likely due to their behavior) or pimps (another possiblity that haters never consider because they act like they're the accusers lawyers).

Now I know you are full of sh*t. You didn't see no Jordie Chandler or MJ. You are a liar. I saw a video of Jordie Chandler on youtube sitting on MJ's lap at the World Music Awards and he looked very young (with his little SISTER who also sat on MJ's lap, haters like to ignore this fact). He could have passed for a 9 to 10 year old boy. Even in Maureen Orth's criminally biased article (she tries to pass off the fact that the father demanded 20 million dollars that MJ refused to pay before going to the police as normal behavior) she claims that Jordie Chandler looked very young for his age. No way anyone could think he was 15 years old. You made this sh*t up to attract readers.

why are people so stupid? A pedophile has numerous victims over years (once they start, they can't stop)
there has only been 2 claims out of hundreds of children Michael got to know over the span of like 30 years
it is obvious that they were after $$

Also, if you are a citizen witnessing abusive or neglectful treatment of a child…try to ascertain the child/perpetrators names if possible and any other identifying info (licence plates, home address, school/teacher's name) . This will be needed by the social worker. And again you will remain anonymous.

Stepping in your sandals, I understand your rational about not reporting. But as a social worker I'd like to clear some things up and hopefully people will learn from this.
If you have reasonable suspicion abuse or neglect (say, by the kids parents!), you can make an ANONYMOUS call to the DCFS (in every phone book under child abuse hotline). You talk to a social worker and it's in their discretion whether what you relay constitutes abuse & if they will investigate it…you'll never be contacted again. Mandated reporters, like therapists, can not remain anonymous.
You're right, it's not okay for a 30-some year old man to be locking himself in a bathroom (on repeated occasions?) with a 13 yr old boy…unless say, it's a custodian of the child (and unless the boy is severely disabled , that in itself is inappropriate). It would have been best to have a third party initiate the investigation, instead of the creepy and apparently neglectful parents. Given the fact that they accepted a monetary settlement, the possibility of Jackson molesting the child can always be held in question.
(And yeah, innocent until proven guilty…)
