So in a recent AP column, Michael Blood says it’s up to Andrew Breitbart to prove that Tea Partiers didn’t yell the N-word in Washington last Sunday.
He writes:
“Conservative columnist Andrew Breitbart disputed accounts that tea party activists in Washington shouted racial epithets at black members of Congress amid the health care debate, although he didn’t provide any evidence.”
“Although he didn’t provide any evidence.”
Okay, this would be funny if it wasn’t so slimy.
I mean, first of all – The burden of proof is on the person making the accusation. And get this: Breitbart put up 100 grand, to be donated to the United Negro College Fund – if anyone provided evidence. So far, nothing – which is why the AP writer, is left grasping for brain cells.
Look, this debate is basic: it’s small government vs. big government. So how cowardly do folks like Blood and Frank Rich have to be that they can’t man up and defend their love for collectivism? The only reason they scream race, is because that debate scares them. They know a racial accusation prevents dialogue, because such a harmful charge far outweighs any benefits of winning an argument.
But next time someone says it’s about race, Simply say, “Is that all you got?” and then ask them these five questions:
1. How could adding 32 million people to the health rolls SAVE us money?
2. How is hiring 14,000 new IRS Agents to enforce this NOT an expansion of government?
3. How can you be considered a “child” for the sake of health care until you are 26 years old?
4. How is forcing everyone to buy something constitutional?
5. How could there be no tort reform in this?
If they respond “you’re just asking that because he’s black,” then respond with, “you’re just saying it because I’m hot.”
Then take their wallet.
Say you’re “spreading the wealth around.”

Well then it must not have happened. Because surely there would have been proof if it happened.
Its been said many times "its the severity of the accusation that warrants an investigation. The actual events have nothing to do with it. The appearance of impropriety is sufficent in itself to warrant denunciation but only where conservatives are involved. I commend Mr Breitbart for fighting back. The local news in my area claims the amount is $10,000 bucks and no word yet from the Congressman involved. This should be very interesting.

If, at 26, the Illiberals/Regressives/Secular-statists are going to require the insurance to cover people that old on their parents' insurance, let's stick with the they're-not-old-enough-to-be-treated-like-adults theme. No marriage, voting, drinking of alchohol, home ownership (communist would love that) or any of the other adults-only activities/constructs/expectations etc. that are usually reserved for those of majority age. You make a baby, you have to hang on to that baby until they are at least 26 years old.

So Michael Blood is requiring Andrew Breitbart to prove a negative. Well two can play that game. I would like Michael Blood to prove that he didn't think about yelling the n-word while he was writing his AP piece.
The fact that, in the liberal mind, the only reason anyone could oppose Obama is due to his skin color pretty much proves the only reason they support him and voted for him is because of his skin color. Which makes THEM the racists.
Do you ever cease being a "child" of your parents? Why stop at 26? Let's just keep everyone on their parents' insurance coverage for the remainder of their lives. When their parents die, so what? Just keep going as if they were still alive.
I did not have health insurance from the time I was 21 until I was 28. At that time, I had a job the provided health coverage and I signed up for that coverage. I didn't go to the doctor every time I sniffled like people are prone to do today.
It became noticeable to my young mind during Watergate and the shenanigans of the Washington Post and its two hero journalists (gag reflex working overtime).

I have gone over some of the videos and here is what I noticed, as a police officer:
1) Security details where not stressed. They didn't feel any great threat.
2) Security detail did not react to defend the Reps. under any perceived danger
3) There were no reaction from all the aids with the flip cameras, if someone would have spat or said something threatening, human instinct is to automatically react to determined if there is a threat to yourself.
4) See #3 + sure as anything if something was something said or done, they would have had that video viral on YouTube and plastered on every lapdog news network before their Rep. made it in the chamber.
There were tons of video cameras there, if anything was said or done, you'd think it would have been out long before now. I figure one will mysteriously show up sometime, probably on MSNBC, but the network will refuse audio analysis or make it so rough as to verify it. But it will be enough for Chrissy Mathews to wee wee all over itself.

I´d like to remind you of something that DID happen. During the 2008 GOP convention in Minneapolis, liberal protesters dropped heavy objects from bridges onto moving vehicles and threw bricks at bus windows. A number of people were injured. They might easily have killed someone. Nobody remembers because the GOP can´t do outrage – real or fake – nearly as well as the Democrats.
Oh, and an Obama donor was just arrested for making death threats against Eric Cantor. An isolated madman? Most likely – but when I look at these Democrat arseholes I don´t feel like conceding anything anymore.
Law? hell, no need to go that far; what about basic logic?
People on the left make a mistake when they suggest that detractors of health care reform are "racist". Not everyone criticizing HCR is a racist. There are plenty of reasonable concerns that have nothing to do with race.
People on the right make a mistake when they say "you can't prove it" or "race has nothing to do with it". Of course race – and wealth – are factors.

I find the never-ending hypocrisy of the left both fascinating and tiresome. The liberal colleges and universities insist that all students over the age of 18 are adults, and therefore should not be subjected to such tedious restrictions as rules and regulations and the enforcement thereof. Parents are NOT provided with information such as GRADES, even if they are PAYING the tuition bills. Students may drink, drug, screw, commit crimes, etc., even get abortions with impunity, complete privacy and no parental notification, because according to the university administrations these kids are ADULTS! But on the other hand, we must also consider those same over-18 individuals CHILDREN for the purposes of providing them with health insurance.
Another interesting factoid, even if the parents are PAYING for the health insurance for their darling children over the age of 18, under HIPAA rules, the parents are NOT privy to any health information about said child unless the ADULT child authorizes it. I guess the term ADULT CHILD says it all.
I read an interesting article recently about the alarming number of ADULT CHILDREN – even over the age of 30 – who are currently living at home with Mommy and Daddy. (Mark Steyn was also commenting on this phenomenon on Rush's show today.) Most of these "boomerang kids" are males. Many are unemployed. This is not just a phenomenon in the U.S., but is even worse in liberal, Socialist Europe. In my day a guy who was 30 and lived at home with Mommy and Daddy would be called a LOSER, even if he was employed. Females tend to be more self-supporting and live on their own. So what has happened to us? Why have we raised a generation of LOSER males? I bet most of them voted for Obama.
Leftards aren't just morally bankrupt, they are intellectually bankrupt as well. Nobody who has taken Logic 101 would do anything other than laugh derisively at Blood's imbecilic formulation: "Prove the negative!"
I'm not the smartest person on the planet – just ask my mom… or better yet, my ex-wife – but I poop more brains and pee more talent than Blood has.

Did you watch the many, many video's out there on it. If it happened, there would have been a very good chance that one of those cameras caught it on tape (either audio or video) but nope, nothing. One of the guys looks like he has two cameras in the group walking through the crowd.

There is proof of of a couple of things on those videos. 1- Those congressmen are LIARS because no video or audio exists to verify any of their accusations, and 2-those congressmen are RACISTS, because they're wrongfully accusing those Tea-partiers of racism simply because THEY ARE WHITE.
