Good on yer James, those fact thingys always trip up a liberal, whether they are a lawyer or not. I'll be interested to hear about those young students that secretly agree with you, come up to you after or before class to let you know that the do agree with you.

My pleasure. I completed about 2/3 of my schooling while selling cars and that was rough because selling takes priority. THen I moved to the "People's Republic of Austin" a great fun place, the libs are halarious, but the *school thing* was hanging out there. I'm now a pesky middle age student, one that drives the kids crazy or the secretly agree with me. A lawyer I have for a criminal investigation class went off on a tangent bashing Bush for going into Iraq, I raised my hand stood up and read a quote talking about "we should remove Saddam, etc." and asked the class who made the statement. All of them "George Bush". I said "Wrong, Bill Clinton" and sat down. His rant ended.

Thank you for the kind words, sorry it took me so long to respond to them.
While pondering as is my wont, I got to thinking, maybe I can claim to have a new and as yet declared and undiagnosed mental health malady, Educational Attention Deficit Disorder (EADD), perhaps Adult Education Attention Deficit Disorder (AEADD). With this new diagnosis, one can claim victim status, and as a result can receive special dispensation. For example no testing or studying, one will receive credit for just showing up. Since we seem to living in a new era where results don't matter, only intentions, we can all FEEL better about ourselves without those nasty expectations. LOL!!!
Oh and I have both a dimwitted brother-in-law, & sister, bless them, but both have masters degrees, and are thoroughly brainwashed libs as a result. So we share that pain, my friend.
Lastly I don't call a spade a spade, I call it a shovel. I know that MAY be considered a racist statement, but what the hay (hey?!).

I leave my lights on over night. I don't care that it costs me more on my electric bill. It just makes me feel good inside. I also like keeping my heat up and even open my windows sometimes with the heat on because I just don't give a damn.

Absolutely. The Democrat "brand" has to be repositioned in the minds of the er, shall I say, politically unengaged (sheeple)? They view Dems as "populist" givers and Repub as "rich" takers. That's crap. The Dems use fed,state and local tresuries as piggy banks to buy voters. That has to stop.

It will take a freshing of the image and a concerted effort to tear down the Democrat image with the truth. Ruthless and unforgiving truth? Damn right, but the truth none the less. Hollywood and media must be appropriated and turned on show and one movie and one "celebrity" at a time. It's gotta be ok to be a conservative in places other thatn the great states of Alaska and Texas and Nebraska and the rest of "fly-over-country". We must take the coasts.
