Daily Gut: The Al Sharpton History Minute

I speak tonight of Al Sharpton, who just attacked Rush Limbaugh’s attempt to buy the St. Louis Rams (I believe it’s tetherball), sending a letter to commissioner Roger Goodell, saying the wildly popular conservative host has been “divisive.”
Divisive.
Now, I made a decision late in my odd career that any time Al Sharpton would enter the fray and make a charge like that, I would act as a one-man “Al Sharpton Historian.” My role: to give you background as to why there is no one on the planet less mentally or morally fit to make a statement about race (or anything, for that matter) than Al.
In a nutshell, he was largely responsible for the Tawana Brawley hoax. Now, if you were born in the 1980’s, you probably never heard about this 15-year-old black girl, but she went missing for four days back in 1987, eventually turning up covered in dog poop with racial slurs written all over her. She claimed she was repeatedly raped by up to six white men in the woods. One of them even had a badge. The then unknown and obese Al Sharpton saw an opportunity for quick fame (he was dead right on that one, by the by) and became an advisor to Brawley. Sharpton and his pals manipulated the event to horrific, freakish proportions, claiming Brawley had been raped 33 times by one prosecutor. Al also helped conjure up a conspiracy involving a creepy police cult that helped perpetrate the gang rape. But there was never any evidence, and the case fell apart. A grand jury called it all a hoax – and Sharpton was order to pay roughly 70 grand to the real victims. Others paid it for him.
So that concludes our “Al Sharpton History Minute.”
For the next “Al Sharpton History Minute,” wait patiently for a month or so – and whenever some kind of racial controversy arises, he’ll pop up like a blister, there to inflame but never heal.
At least he had good taste in track suits.

What I don't understand is why we never heard from Al or Jesse Jackson after Kenny Gladney was beaten down by the SEIU thugs while being called all kinds of names…
it is interesting that Mr Sharpton would be called upon to weigh in on Rush Limbaugh's fitness to own an NFL team, dontcha think?
Considering the massive fraud that his whole career is based on would seem to somehow discount his passionate advocacy of all things Black. Jesse ('all my kids drink/own Budweiser') Jackson too. If this is the best they can come up with, we say go Rush!

Rush Limbaugh is too divisive? OK, then Mark Cuban has to sell the Dallas Mavericks immediately. He is the man who put his millions up to finance the unwatchable (and unwatched) piece of trash called, Rendition, which was a giant slam against our military. If Ted Turner still has an interest in any of the Atlanta teams, he has to go too.
By the way, the scum in the NFL like Michael Vick, Dante Stallworth, and company also have to go. They're just too divisive.

Recall also-this is man who was videotaped discussing drug dealing (in a cowboy getup in New York City!) with a made mafia guy. Whereupon he became a federal infromant. Sharpton doesn't discuss this, but it's a fact; he's a big fat rat.
He also riled up a lunatic on 125th Street to go inside a store and kill the people inside as "white interlopers".
When Shaprton lost his slander suit against Mr. Pagones(the prosecutor)he refused to pay and claimed he owned nothing. He has been convicted of tax evasion and violated fedral campaign finance laws. He used federal matching funds so he could take a campaign-time vacation with his whore girlfriend. He gets paid cash by stupid people at his rallies(he ahs no church) and by shysters to whom he refers cases. Every time anyone looks into his finances his office has a miraculous fire. This is called "illegal". If you or I did any of these things we'd be in jail.
A class act indeed. If the always wrong Sharpton thinks Limbaugh buying the Rams is a bad idea, by all means, sounds like a great plan. Good luck.
Team owners aren't really a museum of saints, are they. I mean some of the worst sports stories I've hear are about the various owners.
Maybe football owners are different but I don't see it.

Because the NFL is all about unity and love…Cowboys fans loving Redskins fans, Packers fans loving Vikings fans, Raiders fans loving everyone and everyone loving them right back.
My favorite part of a football game is when the players on the defense step aside so the quarterback can pass the ball to one of the friends on his team down the field and the players on the other team cheer on the receiver and if he catches it, the players on the other team slap the receiver on the back and say "Good job!"
Why do we have to keep score in football? Dividing teams into winners and losers is so….divisive!

Sharpton is free to say whatever he likes because the left views black people as pets instead of human beings. He ran for statewide elective office in New York while everyone, and I mean everyone, knew he lived in New Jersey. But nobody on the left ever calls him on anything. And it is criminal, because behind the affable and goofy persona the man has caused a great deal of damage and violence with his phony crusades.

I thought America was the land of 2nd chances. Heck, If Ray Lewis and Michael Vick are allowed to play in the NFL (No Fun League) then why should ole El Rushbo be given the chance to co-own the barely athletic Rams. Just who is Al Sharpton that we should care what he says? It always amazes me when Fox trots him out to give his opinion when nobody listening really cares. 1. His role in inciting anti-Jewish violence in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn in 1991
2. His role in inciting anti-Jewish violence in Harlem in 1995
3. His role in attacking Don Imus and Michael Richards for "racist" remarks, but passed on racist remarks by Jesse Jackson, Dave Chappelle, Isaiah Washington, Snoop Doggy Dawg, etc.

I love the trip down memory lane. My favorite is when Sharpton accused Jesse Jackson of rubbing MLK's blood on himself to make it look like he (Jesse) was standing next to MLK when he was shot. Sharpton claims Jesse was standing away when MLK was shot and ran over to MLK feverishly to get in on the action. One race baiter accusing another race baiter of trying to profit off tragedy. Neither are real "reverends" and both are racist to the core. Both make their living by shaking down people and corporations. Jackson even used $300,000 of Rainbow Push's money to pay off his baby's mama. How reverend like of him to have sex and knock up a woman that is not his wife. Actually, Sharpton's ploy with Tawana Brawley was absolutely brilliant. Of course he knew it was a hoax and a lie from the start, but so what? It did exactly what the good Rev. wanted. It catapaulted him from the ranks of local two-bit race hustlers into a national figure who was known and recognized by everyone, particularly those in the media. The MSM did their bit by forever after referring to him as a "leading civil rights activist." He gained that coveted positon as one of the go-to guys in a reporter's Rolodex when they are looking for a comment on race. 4. Al Sharpton accuses a mostly white Duke sports team of raping a black stripper, caqusing them to spend thousands of dollars in legal fees, and makes racist remarks about said team. Team turns out to be innocent of any wrongdoing. No apology from Sharpton.

If America applied the Sharpton, Jackson and others racist test, white people would be rounding up all the blacks and putting them back into the plantation in their place if you will. The crap coming out of Black sports journalists and liberal pundits is so incendiary that they set back race relation decades past. The only reason they are against Limbaugh is because he is a conservative and doesn't agree with Obama. Well, these guys do what they do, the problem is that none of them or the MSM had anything to do with Rush's rise to where he is today. So there is nothing they can do to take the wind out of the Sail. If anything its going to make what Rush dose even more profitable that it is. As for the Football Team, I was never a fan or see the point of it, But I could care less, good for him. The Rams will become very profitable. As for the Rev. Al, while I like the Rev Al Bundy the guy from NY belongs in jail if anything. No matter, the Senate sent Rush a letter and he put it on ebay and raised 4 million dollars for his favorite charity. I find it hard to believe that either Messiers Sharpton or Jackson are actually bonafide ordained ministers, with credentials. As a past student of theology myself, I see those people of all races and backgrounds who follow the tenets of the Son of God – FIRMLY and with conviction, adhere to his words and teachings to "Love one another".
Neither of these men of god(sic) fall into that category.They have broken every commandment, including murder by proxy in Mr. Sharptons case.
