Daily Gut: Why I Love Charlie Sheen

Yes, the star of Scary Movie 3 – and Scary Movie 4 – believes that the Bush/Cheney regime were behind the attack, and feels that our current President should investigate immediately, in an effort to answer a “bottomless warren of unanswered questions surrounding that day…”
Now, never mind how insulting this is to anyone personally affected by the tragedy – or who saw it firsthand. Sheen is just awesome for illustrating the three key components to being a conspiracy theorist/loser:
-the egomania. In this “open letter,” Sheen actually uses Obama’s made up words to compliment himself. Yes, the President admits to enjoying “Two and a Half Men,” writes Charlie. And here I thought Martin was the delusional one in the family.
-the mental masturbation. When it comes to truther obsession, the questioning will always be – as Sheen confesses – “bottomless.” See, that`s the joy of conspiracy – it`s like an endless bag of Doritos, except instead of chips you get comebacks like “that`s what they want you to think,” and “open your eyes dude.” It`s so funny how people like Sheen can dismiss all beliefs but their own. Maybe it’s not that funny.
-the inherent contradiction found in accusations of a cover-up. Sheen claims that “9/11 has been the pretext for the systematic dismantling of our constitution and Bill of Rights”. He says this without realizing that since 9/11, not a single person has stopped him from babbling this nonsense. By spewing relentlessly about crap, he`s done more than anyone to prove there is no cover-up! Christ, I wish the government would silence him, or at least get him a haircut better suited for a middle-aged man.
But look, I love Sheen simply being Sheen. He is a man unencumbered by self-awareness. Think about it: The world’s most famous clueless druggie, gambling-addicted whore-banger thinks he’s uncovered a conspiracy – and we should all believe him.

Excuse me but the family members of the 9/11 victims support a new investigation into the events of 9/11. That is not to say they all believe 9/11 was an inside job but rather that the 9/11 Commission report didn't answer most of their questions. Even six out of ten 9/11 Commissioners say that the Commission was a whitewash and a fraud. The official conspiracy theory of 9/11 has too many holes in it. For example, former FBI translator, Sibel Edmonds, has recently stated that Osama Bin Laden had worked with the CIA up until the day of 9/11. Bin Laden has always been a CIA asset. Why don't you ask for boyfriend and ex-CIA agent Mike Baker about this.

I implore you to look into the events of September 11, 2001. Demand a new independent investigation. Until this happens no one will accept the current data. It is a schism that is dividing our country- over 35% of people interviewed think something was amiss. There is so much empirical data on both sides that this, like the Kennedy assassination will remain a corrosive on our body politic for decades.
So, investigate away- and let the chips fall where they may. We don't buy into this, but people we know and respect- including in military and intelligence circles- think at least some malfeasance occurred. We seek the truth in all matters.

Everything's Sheen has said has been addressed, over and over again. He's the one who doesn't want to believe the truth.
And the truth is that nobody in government is capable of keeping anything secret. If the government (re: Bush) was responsible for 9/11 we would have found out about it by October 11, 2001 because somebody would have blabbed by then.

For me to believe the official story of 9/11 I would have to conclude that the laws of physics were inexplicably violated on the morning of 9/11. WTC buildings 1,2, and 7 fell at free fall speed and onto its own footprints. This is impossible unless the buildings were rigged with explosives, i.e. a professional, controlled demolition. A plane striking a building will not cause it is fall like a professional demolition. Period. And building seven wasn't even struck by a plane! And btw, scientists have found nano-termite in the dust of the world trade centers, and have published their findings in peer reviewed scientific journals, proving that the buildings were brought down with expolives.

I guess I am pretty naive. A year or so ago I made one of my rare trips to downtown Austin and saw a picketer standing by the Capitol Building with a sign saying "9/11 WAS AN INSIDE JOB", It took me a moment to even realize what that meant. My first reaction was to burst out laughing — was there some kind of prank going on? Was I missing Alan Funt's camera crew? It slowly dawned on me that she was serious. Then a bus drove by and the driver gave her a "thumbs up".
Had the whole world gone mad? Well maybe not the whole world but a good chunk of it. I came by that same spot later in the day and instead of one picketer there were dozens. Makes you want to cry. Why is Charlie Sheen wasting his time trying to get Obama to reopen the investigation on 9/11? Doesn't he realize that Obama is the smartest man in the world (at least that's what the media and most of Hollywood keep saying) and if Charlie knows it was an inside job, Obama also knows. But, Obama isn't doing anything about it except he got rid of Van Jones (Truther) from his administration. Okay, just to get it straight, when you said "numerous credible sources aside from Mr. Sheen," you weren't including Charlie in those "credible sources," right? Right? Ai-yi-yii…the trolls have been busy today. Incidentally, I have not watched American Idol in about two or three years, except when some of the auditions are going on. After listening to conspiracy theorists like yourself spout their notions, I have to improve my mind somehow.

Whore-mongering aside, Sheen's proven himself to be a susceptible toolbag in the past. Back in 1991 he caught a bootleg tape of a Japanese horror video called "Guinea Pig" and was so shocked that he contacted the Proper Authorities to report it as a snuff film, but of course it was just trashy torture porn before people knew what torture porn was.

From what I read on the net, from what I can tell the people demanding an new investigation know the 2 party system is a fraud, and so is the left and right paradigm. Left and Right. Good over Evil. It's all about pick your side, and devide. Which is why nothing ever gets done. Whatever! Just re-open the dang investigation and do it properly this time. Why are all these people afraid of a new investigation anyway? Surely all of em are not convinced that the government is 100% truthful to them.
Does nobody here think that a real investigation would shut the truthers up??… Why do you not want a new investigation? Just wondering, as it does pay to have numerous investigations at times. I guess it`s almost like deciding on whether or not to get an AIDS test. Do you really want to find out? The thought of what your going to do if you did catch it…would you kill yourself?
