OK Bill… I read through the document the link took me to. There are a few who flat out state (assuming their quotes have not been modified) that it was an inside job and the WTC towers were blown up… "it just didn't seem right they would fall that way". Well..ok.. that's just their opinion. None of them are qualified to make a credible judgment on the topic because to draw such a conclusion one would need to have an extensive background in structural engineering, building demolition..etc..not casual observers.

From my own (limited) experience seeing (on TV) buildings being demolished with explosives, they blow up from bottom up. The bottom being the foundation and having the strongest part of the building goes first to bring it down. The WTC's crumbled from the top or more precisely from the point of impact where the those F-ing planes hit.

The other observation I made reading through the doc is that most of the complaints are about what's not in the 911 report… that not all of the facts were dealt with and that they essentially went through the motions. No big surprise here.. it's the government..what did you expect.. full disclosure??

It is conceivable that at the time of the creation of the report, including certain known details may not have been in the best interest (at least the administration at that time) of the war we were engaged in… or nations we are friends with… many, many other possibilities. Things like this happen all the time. I have read things about my company from analysis and industry experts that were just flat wrong because they simply didn’t have all the facts… they couldn’t… they were not there… I was… it happens..

As a parent, one of the things that's really made me question modern liberalism is the very bizarre attitude they have to children – to give a few examples – ranging from the way the Palin children were treated during the campaign ; Letterman's jokes about raping a 14 year old; Acorn's latest scandal in trying to facilitate a brothel for under-age prostitutes. You are quoting the opinions of 41 people who worked at the very agencies that the commision blamed in large part for 9/11. Those people are – SURPRISE!!! – not too pleased with the commision's report. I never would have seen that coming.

The very first one – a Foggy Bottom employee – immediately jumps into areas he knows nothing about and starts spouting non-sensical engineering falsehoods. Here he is in his own words:

If Charlie were to come out with a serious letter in favor of some conventional opinion, say that democracy is awesome, some people would nontheless call him a boob. Tell him to "shut up and sing". But not as many. It's the issue.

People keep bringing this up, as if it couldn't have been a consequence of the planes, but never mind, let's assume it had to be demolished. Wasn't it a big waste of time, since no one remembers it, and therefore it's not useful in any plans to trick the world into letting you conquer foreign nations. Why would such a brilliantly subtle and successful plan, perhaps the smartest thing any government did ever, include something so irrelevant as collapsing a third building hours afterwards?

Little do they know, conspiracy nuts write most of assassination books because they're the only ones who are still interested. Everyone else, save the ones who are reacting to the nuts, has moved on. That's why you'll find conventional scholarship, and all prominent historians, laugh the theories off. Because so far as we can be sure of any historical truth, so far as we can be sure anyone killed anyone, we can be sure Oswald killed Kennedy and acted alone.

If the government was brilliant enough to make two controlled demolitions look like they were caused by airplanes, why didn't they fly a plane into the third building? The Warren Report was flawed and, as such provided grist for the rumour mills for decades. Magic bullet? Pshaw! Modern forensics show Connelly was sitting lower and to the left of Kennedy and the bullet traveled a straight line. So in our view it proved Oswald the shooter. The 9/11 Truth Movement remains the "third rail" of American politics, and you have largely the Bush/Cheney Administration's obstruction of justice and veil of secrecy to thank for that. Anybody who wants to have a viable social, political or business life in American asks questions at their peril. It is career suicide. Polls illustrate a substantial number of Americans want a new investigation of 9/11. The 9/11 Truth Movement is not composed of radicals or even mostly liberals, it is largely a right of center movement. STFU. Back up and check yourself before you wreck yourself. Do we really want to make this some form of litmus test of one's patriotism or lack thereof? So while you defend THE BIG LIE, substantial number of American side with Sheen.

You forget one important fact, there was indeed another trial after the Warren Commision in which it was determined that indeed there existed a conspiracy to kill Kennedy, and that the evidence presented without a doubt the existence of a conspiracy to kill Kennedy involving other people besides Oswald. Thanks to public pressure a new investigation was granted in that case, why not in this one.
