While no President is everything to everyone, what you got with W, was a man who was deeply rooted in his convictions. You could not fault him for that.

The difference between him and obama is, that if you dropped your wallet, at least W would return it with the money in it.

This reminds me of a comment I saw on Amazon about one of the plethora of Anti-Bush books that came out after he won the 2004 Elections; I can't remember the title but it was a collection of 'apologies to the World' for Bush's having won the election—The reviewer/commentator was from Denmark & he said that even though he disagreed with much of what Bush did, that book gave him the impression that at least 'the grownups' won the 2004 elections.
