Name this movie: An ace CIA operative, condemned as a rogue and now hunted by the Company, bashes and crashes his way through colorful foreign settings, pursued by heavily armed hit men, while back at Langley headquarters an inscrutable deputy director and one of his top lieutenants are arousing the...

Am I missing something? I really look forward to Iowahawk's columns. Is it here, and I'm just not seeing it?
Me either LawHawkSF. You know the blank screen representing nothing could actually be it!
LOVE Iowahawk! Without him, none of this would be bearable. The man is seriously hilarious!
This is the true picture! I get it! Nothing plus nothing equals NOTHING! Is Nothing Scared?
capitalism is politically diffident- it has nothing to offer for 'social problems'. Those are up to the people and their local communities to deal with, so the question is an intellectual dead end. The 'culture' of capitalism isn't important either, just the result- and free men with open minds and free markets can make just about anything work.
What doesn't work is cradle to grave socialism- or 'guaranteed outcomes'…
Better than a cesaeran root canal! I want to run into one of those little gems in my ol' chevy pickup sometime and see what happens! Can it be during the Obama/Pelosi test drive? Now that the Chinese own Hummer, will it be remamed the Humdinger? Or Gummer? Or Bummer? Government Motors! Get in, pay loads of cash then go bankrupt and sell everything to the Chinese at pennies on the Dollar. Makes alot of cents! What a plan!
I believe that if short term success is seen by nationalizing our major industries (which I highly doubt anyway), Americans will be encouraged toward socialism, which is long term failure anywhere its been tried. Which basically means, I believe the failure of Obama's socialist agenda is beneficial for America.
WRONG CAR.
IT SHOULD BE THE 2012 PELOSI SUX-A SS
You ever seen a real ghost town? We are about to create a whole bunch of super size ones!
And for those of you who want to know what SUX A SS stands for….
Sport Urban eXtreme Alternative Super Scooter
I'm in CA. It doesn't matter what cars any company builds. Due to the increase in sales tax, registration fees, etc. I won't be buying any new cars for a long, long, long time.
BTW, are we gonna provide Ford, Honda and Toyota 50 billion each since they now have to compete against government subsidized companies. Just to keep it fair.
Abdamalutely outstanding!!!!
If those freaks that this parody is skewering see this, I would gleefully hope for suicide attempts……
I understand this will be the last Iowahawk column for awhile. The 31 year-old genius running GM has requested he come onboard for an important project at an undisclosed location.
Personally, I think that Genital Motors (or Gimme More, or Gone Money – as you prefer) will be about as suck-cess-full at making the La-Di-Da cars that the Obuttface administration wants as it would be making …..
the DILDOCOPTER!!!!! See it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQXyedzW8Ps
Beans to flatus. Get real, people.
I am recovering from some funky disease my nephew gave me, and this just launched me into one heck of a coughing fit! LMAO! Plus, Iowahawk owes me a new Apple from spewage!
Thanks for turning something so horrific into something funny! I needed a laugh!
Can't. Stop. Laughing. I loved the MAMA MIA dancers (or was that Rahm Emmauel?) in the background.
WATCH THIS VIDEO FOR A SNEAK PEEK AT THE VEHICLE GENERAL MOTORS WILL BEGIN PRODUCING IN 2010:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQXyedzW8Ps
Watch this 30 second video CAREFULLY. The vehicle interrupts an important press converence about 10 seconds in.
Hmm… if the means to the end equates to "temporarily" Nationalizing corporations… then yes I do hope all this crap fails… I don't want anyone to fail, but they are the ones setting themselves up for it… We didn't become one of the most powerful and influential countries on the planet by following France's example now did we? We can succeed again if we got back to the basics that made us great in the first place.
SEE THE U……S……..A……………IN YOUR P…E..L…O………..S..I…A………………..AMERICA IS SELLING ROLLER SKATES……
Aha! The video magically appeareth. I think it's the GM tinfoil car I described in a couple of other posts. I'll have to look closer. Is this the sedan or the sport hardtop?
I am. What has the government done that is successful that is business related? Nothing. We're on our way to the US version of the Yugo. If it's socialism, and it is, then I will be popping champagne when it fails. The premise that America fails because Obama/Dems/Government/GM isn't one that I take seriously.
Why does a corporation HAVE to do anything social? They produce products or services that you and I use. From what we purchase from them, they employ people who get paid so that they can take care of their families. Why does the government or a corporation HAVE to provide something social? Ford's taking the right steps knowing that GM's going to be making government mandated greeny cars that no one will want and filling in that gap. I'm not a Ford guy, but they're taking the right approach that is available in freemarket capitalism. This is of GM's doing.
If they go bankrupt, they're held accountable. So are the other parties. What happened for mutual responsibility from the UAW and GM? GM gave people jobs. GM is a business with risks associated with it. The primary purpose (and I'm not trying to be condescending) is to make money. First and foremost. If there is a social contract, which I don't think there is, it is the jobs that are created for people who can make a living. If those people, including myself, sinks myself and doesn't prepare for a possible loss of job by learning some other skill, then who's fault is that? Not GM's. It's mine. When I walk out that gate, I'm responsible for me and my family. Not GM.
I don't think your question is dumb, but we've come to expect everyone else to take care of us and that only welcomes disappointment. – confucius (or his cousin)
That was perfect Iowahawk!
I don't want Obama to fail. I want Obama to see the light and embrace the free market. That it can work for the auto industry, the health care idustry, the isurance industry, the banking industry and all the companies who will be card-checked into oblivion. I also want Obama to treat Iran, not Israel, the enemy. To treat Israel, not Iran, as a friend. I want Obama to pick judges who are constrcutionists. And I want Obama to reduce the spending of a out of control government.
Alas, he will not see the light. So I guess it doesn't matter what I want him to fail or not, by going the liberal what that has failed before, he will fail.
As said before by many, I would love to see him succeed without destroying what this country has been built on. If he and the congress continue to pursue a socialist/ultra-liberal agenda, then I hope they both fail. It will be better for us as a whole. If they succeed in this nationalization of private industry, then I hope they go down in flames.
The operative word is "FREE"
I like it. Clean and economical. And looks very roomy. And as so many of us baby boomers were conceived in the back of Chevy's and Fords'…this should help reduce the population a bit. And if there's an accident, the entire car can simply be lowered into the grave in one piece, saving time and energy.
See…I'm thinking GREEN.
I would love to see GM, Chrysler and Ford come out of this smelling like roses. But not if it takes propping up a failed business model for another inevitable problem in the future. I'd equate it with bailing out your problem child everytime they get in trouble. If there's no consequence how can they learn? Sometimes failure can be the best motivator.
the poor results of recent vintage have their basis in government meddling going back to the 70's.
Capitalism is a simple economic mechanism, it is only in the land of the Looney Left were everything is political (when you don't believe in God politics is evrything, as it is to your sort) that somehow an economic system must be judged in emotional terms. You have never really brought any intellectual heft to your arguments- ergo the hiding in plain sight- and just repeating our assertion as a question is specious as well…
Suffice to say that you do not believe in free men and free minds and have done with it. For you never offer anything else other than tired DNC talking points…
GM is a mess- but the UAW is now, thanks to the taxpayers and Speaker Pelosi, well funded.
It matters not if they sell another car for their legacy costs are now amortized for the next 20 years.
You need to understand that this is now a branch of the US government and profitability is neither achievable nor desired…
IF Obama is a socialist as many claim, IF he does not intend to return to free markets as many claim then Yes. Seems like a good idea to me. A bad idea failing is almost as good as a good idea succeeding..
IMHO, one of these should be required transportation for every registered democrat. The republicans can buy what they choose or can afford based on free market principles. Within a few years all our problems will be solved.
I hope you got to see it! It's hilarious! Scary. . . but hilarious!
Yeah brother, Think Green!
boy, I can't wait to be seen in this groovy number!
Hell yes we want the dumb SOB to fail!
This is a lot less satirical and more scary than it was the first time you posted it. Reality is catching up.

If it's making you laugh, it must be Robert Gibbs just after one of his "hilarious" briefings. Too bad the MSM doesn't understand the 10 laughs per minute is the press laughing AT Gibbs and not WITH Gibbs.
Seriously, when I saw those "guys" flitting around the stage I couldn't help but think of our own Treasury Tim G.
Awesome video! I LMAO.
This was hilarious a few months ago when he first wrote it.
It kind of depresses me now, even with the dancing europeans.
"…you could survive a 45mph collision even if the GTxiSS/RT were capable of that kind of illegal speed." LOL
"You'll never miss a segment of NPR again". Now that was too funny.

Those are some really hip cars. Can't wait until the new dealership opens in my area. Will we all have to dance as groovy as that as well?
This was priceless! It also comes with a supply of Janeane Garofalo's Oscar winning movies. LOL.
***Loved the Barney Frank inclusion.

I was looking for something by Iowahawk– I was concerned that maybe something had happened since the " Guess you had to be there" article. This " sportscar" is great– I wonder how it's going to work out here in the Hinterland when it's 80 below windchill and 15 feet of snow. But hey, who am I kidding– we're out in a flyover state– we're just shooting it up and reading our Bibles– just some disgruntled hicks. Washington isn't going give a rip about what happens out here. We can ride mules or walk. I would just like Al , Nancy, Barney and a few others to have to be in a survival show with Sarah Palin– I think it would be great and we can probably all guess who will be the last one standing. Thanks again for a great laugh– good to be able to laugh when the rest of the news makes you weep!
