Day by Day: That Big Sucking Sound

Sounds a lot like the plot for Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged." Blood or productivity, it's all about the same. Of course, "the vampires" that live among us are the self-proclaimed "beautiful people, the best and the brightest."

That sucking sound you hear is the gasp of horror from the parasites at the thought of their Progressive World View being endangered or coming to an end. Go Brown… drive a Red White and Blue stake though their hearts.

SPOILER ALERT: The fun part is at the end of the movie when a cure is found which is transmitted when the "infected" feed upon the "cured". The cured become food for the next round of infected and so on and so on in a a slow motion gorefest. It's a pretty good conclusion to the Progressive metaphor in the comic too.
