Name this movie: An ace CIA operative, condemned as a rogue and now hunted by the Company, bashes and crashes his way through colorful foreign settings, pursued by heavily armed hit men, while back at Langley headquarters an inscrutable deputy director and one of his top lieutenants are arousing the...

"Can" will eventually trump "Change" perhaps by 2010.
This must be an Obama dream sequence because Obama is nowhere near as competent as Khan.
2010, the year we make contact with the voting booth — Yes we Khan, yes we Khan, yes we Khhhaaaaaan!
Awesome! But, who will die at the end? Dick Cheney as Spock?
I would rather have Khan as president than Can.
At least then, nobody would mess with us.
Chris, you are a national treasure. Happy Easter, and keep up the fine work!
Teenage boys across America are eagerly awaiting the implementation of Palin family values across the USA.
A not so nice jab at her daughter. Although if I recall most teenage boys know next to nothing about politics.
DFTT
That's what your Mom told me….several times.
It's time to throw the Democrats out, on their CAN!
Maybe obama's motto should be "yes we CON".
I like your drawing style. Very effective. I like how you drew Palin. You captured her good looks and intelligence. It's no wonder that the left is terrified of her.

I don't even know what The_Klute is trying to say.
That's what I get for not taking Troll in college.
Ken, most of our trolls never went to college. They just went straight from slinking around the shadows of their high schools, hiding from girls, to living in their mothers' basements, Norman Bates style.
"Klute", which means "turd" in latin, sounds like one of the college trained ones though. They overreach. They try to use big words to explain their little ideas and the whole thing just sounds… well, stupid. The better trolls stay within their limitations. A troll's got to know his limitations.
LOL! Best laugh of the week. Happy Easter, and wishes for continued success!
YES we should CAN them.
They should know their limits, but like true trolls, they always go full retard.
I love love LOVE the strip! Except in REAL life…
CAN doesn't have to ask who's up for oiling his pecs because the press would be right there oiling pecs (and whatever else strikes his fancy) without having to be asked.
Really Ken? I thought it was fairly obvious.
"They try to use big words to explain their little ideas and the whole thing just sounds… well, stupid. The better trolls stay within their limitations. A troll's got to know his limitations."
True. Usually my audience has score paddles to give me instant feedback.
Audience? What are you a dancing clown?
Apparently not. Go refine your technique.
I don't dumb it down for the yokels.
I believe dancing clowns get more exposure than slam.
Chris Matthews would be doing the oiling so he could get that "tingle" down his "leg".
Oh how I wish I could vote thumbs up TWICE on the dancing clown remark! LMBO..
Chris "the leg" Matthews would do the front and Keithy poo Olbermann would do the back.
Nope. I think you have made the classic Troll mistake of assuming that everyone feeds from the same information trough as you.
all we need to do is remember is that beloved leader has little experience, and demonstrates 2 dimensional thinking.
I dunno how it fits, but EVERYONE knows Dick Cheney is Darth Vader.
Everyone knows the pec oiling is Chris Matthews job! BTW, why can't we at least have interesting trolls? They are all rolled out of the same dough. At least when the semi-literate ones post, it is like solving a puzzle guessing what they are trying to say, and gives you something to do. *sigh*
Nice…. excellent use of the source material!
Sarah Palin lecturing Obama on ethics, really got your finger on the pulse, eh, Chris.
Thanks! I strive to entertain. I love your Three Stooges avitar by the way!
yes he does!
Eugenics as the origin of the Obos is like lol, but remember, Khans eugenics were only superior in their own minds, all were actually defective decisionmaking wise; say…like Obi, weird Joe Bi, Matthews ( lets face it, the tingling leg thing is creepy), cow school Keith, Nancy P and "Punchy" Harry, all superior in their own minds. Palin as Kirk, very good.
This is a classic – you must want to be in the limo with the shave-chested obama, larry sinclair, doing the crack pipe, and each other! More power to you and just come out of the closet and propose to the magic negro – mr giggles!
Thanks, I strive to insult, pelosi, reid and obama whenever the oportunity arises.
Well, Khan would.
Obama isn´t Khan – but maybe Chuck Schumer is:

Implement? You´re projecting. Obama is the great social engineer, not Palin. Conservatives defend existing values, liberals "implement" new ones.
"Yours is the superior intellect."
Right.
click.
save.
"Conservatives defend existing values, liberals "implement" new ones."
I wholeheartedly agree – I mean, Strom Thurmond was just defending existing values in 1948!
Oh yes. Chris Muir. Peddle to the metal, baby!
Not so fast. There was no conservative movement in the United States at that time. However, there had been a progressive movement for decades and it was at home in Thurmond´s party – the Democrats.
Anyway, let´s not change the subject. Your inane point was that Palin would somehow force her values on to people when a) her actual values are fairly mainstream if you discount the hateful smears and b) Obama is manifestly acting as a social engineer in the tradition of the authoritarians of the 1930s. No plausible GOP candidate would even dream of dictating to businesses and the states, politicizing the census, dividing the country through class warfare, piling up trillions of debt for little to no economic gain, bypassing Senate approval through the appointment of "czars", using illegal sources for campaign finance, showing general contempt for the country, its institutions and the constitution.
I suppose you're right – if you're defining "conservative" as everything that happened after Kirk and Buckley – which is, of course, when people like Thurmond and his monstrous ilk left the party and joined up with the Republican Party.
"a) her actual values are fairly mainstream if you discount the hateful smears"
I'm curious – were you ever even the slightest bit insulted when she was able to diminutize this mainstream to "Joe Sixpacks and Hockey Moms"? But to the meat of it, the polls would say otherwise – that she is in the mainstream. But I know, I know, liberalmainstreamdriveby media.
b) authoritarians of the 1930s
Still pining for Alf Landon, are we?

"
The coma you were in for the last 8 years… restful?
Your fresh-out-of-college snark will not change the disastrous results of Obama´s social engineering project. There´s a good chance you will pay more than I will.
Insulted? Grow up already. Joe Sixpacks and Hockey Moms are the mainstream. Unlike the average liberal, I don´t despise them and I don´t delude myself that the world must revolve around me. Like many people, I´m out of the mainstream by definition. That´s fine.
But so are you. You are the one equating constitutional originalism, family values and economic freedom with racism. You guys are obsessed with dividing the nation by race, class and gender, not conservatives. We are not using Orwellian speech codes, you are. Because you have to. If modern liberals were mainstream they would not have to lie about being socialists like Obama does. You don´t have to support Palin to see that she is not a radical, but Obama and Pelosi are. It takes intellectual honesty, though.
Still pining for Mussolini?
"Joe Sixpacks and Hockey Moms are the mainstream."
You missed my point. Do you people on the right like being pigeonholed as nothing more than a demographic being to be patronized?
"Unlike the average liberal, I don´t despise them…"
See, this is where it gets fun. Obama won a majority of the vote – my guess your world view of this large block of American society boils down to the 1. sinister mustache-twirling liberals and 2. the deluded sheeple, whereas you (and everyone who didn't vote for Obama or voted for McCain) are this uncorruptible mass of Galtian individuals ready to man the barricades and save everyone from themselves.
"You are the one equating constitutional originalism, family values and economic freedom with racism."
I am? Where? Pointing out the historical fact that Strom Thurmond was an evil scum***k and joined up with the conservative movement does not tar the entire conservative movement – it just establishes where people like Thurmond found a home. But you want it both ways – the Democratic party pre-Truman was a home for racists like Thurmond, but the Republican Party post-Truman was not at all a home for racists like Thurmond. One can except the GOP is both the Party of Lincoln and the Party of Thurmond, but one has to choose between which person is lionized.
"Still pining for Mussolini?"
No, actually. The facist movement is 180 from the modern progressive movement. But then again, I don't stare at the TV, wide-eyed and sweating waiting for the next Howard Beale-ism from Glenn Beck, so maybe I'm not getting the full story.
Strom was an accountable father to a biracial child. . .if that kid had been a Kennedy, she and her mother would have been at the bottom of the Charles River.

I don´t think you understand my worldview – you couldn´t care less – but you certainly have all the clichés at hand.
An acocuntable father marries the woman and acknowledges her publicly as a human being – he doesn't schutp her, get her pregnant, and then pay hush money to keep it quiet because it'll harm his political career.
He doesn't make scummy jokes about "having deep roots in the black community".
"Accountable father…" – that's the first truly offensive thing I've read here at Big Hollywood. Bravo.
You brought up race, no one else did. I guess I could bring up Byrd and Ike and RFK and debate the role of the conservative movement in the GOP and that I don´t watch TV but what´s the point? You´ve turned out no different than a thousand other left-wing commenters: no matter which button I push, the output is always some variation of racistsexistbigot. You don´t know me but I know that much about you now and I heard it all before. You guys cannot defend your seizing of freedom and property, so you change the subject. I´m not playing.
You know what? Have fun paying off our soon to be doubled national debt.
No, I'm very curious about understanding why I'm the enemy – why a political difference makes me no better than a facist. I made a joking reference to a failed presidential candidate – you swung it around an enemy of this country, indeed, an enemy of humanity- and I am genuinely fascinated by that.
I'd say that he/she/it is still in college and is infinately frustrated that they can't get laid. This leaves such lonely souls nothing better to do than troll blogs and parrot their professors.

Your real point is not that Palin is a less than ideal guardian of family values, constitutional originalism or free markets or economic freedom in general. You are against all these things. As are all progressives and most variants of fascism and communism.
But you don´t say so. You don´t like to talk about debt, about Obama dictating to businesses and undermining federalism, and all that. You like to point your finger. You evaded the issue of Obama moving control of the census to the White House. You bring up Bush, even though the last census was in 1999. The truth is, these are things you are FOR as long as your side gets to do them.
You are aware of it, are you?
Am I not your enemy? I´m hardly making more assumptions than you are.
Forgive me naivete, but no, I didn't think you were – Americans can debate without descending into a neo-Gettysburg.
"Your real point is not that Palin is a less than ideal guardian of family values, constitutional originalism or free markets or economic freedom in general."
To your points:
1. She is not an ideal guardian.
2. I believe she is a very strong adherent to Constitutional originalism – I believe it's a living document (as do apparently Glenn Beck and Clarence Thomas with their believe in a Bill of Responsibilities).
3. I believe that she does support the free market system.
4. This means nothing – economic freedom is a buzzword like "intelligent design". It's a wedge. There are outrageously wealthy people in China, Europe, and Africa – none of these places would fit the definition of aving "economic freedom", I imagine.
"As are all progressives …"
Hey, way to generalize.
The reason for the census grab is clear, the reason for "immigration reform" is clear, the reason for bailouts is clear. It's all about future elections, the dems want to make sure that THEY get the vote and by doing all of these things it's a sure deal that illegals are going to forever be voting democrat same way with business' who get the bailouts. As for the census, nothing like knowing who votes what, when and how.
Of course I am your enemy. I don´t like the public sector when it neglects its constitutionally mandated tasks in favor of inventing ever new jobs for itself, regulating and sucking the lifeblood out of the private sector. I don´t like "progressives" tearing down social institutions and values, replacing them with identity politics and speech codes as a prelude to inserting themselves into our lives as arbiters of how we must live, and then calling those who oppose it extremists. This has been going on for decades. Obama, with his enemies list, divisive hectoring and primitive class-warfare economics embodies the intellectual decadence that "progressives" already brought about. We are living Tocqueville, Chapter VI. Nobody is talking about Gettysburg – I hear people got killed there – but don´t expect me to shut up and make nice while you enable it.
Now that´s the mother of all non sequiturs. The presence of rich people in poor countries (Europe is a different case) means that economic freedom is unimportant? See, that´s exactly why "progressive" idiots shouldn´t run the country. No wonder you think Obama is smart.
Then there are a lot of black men that aren't accountable fathers now, are there. . .and I don't see you running out to condemn them, eh?
(PS, I'm black.)
