Unless you're "undocumented" and really don't want to learn the English language. Meanwhile, as long as you're receiving government "aid" (aka food stamps, social security, WIC, free tuition or government scholarships) your children, by law, must attend government (aka "public") schools to receive an education (aka social programming).

They're called Czars – which are really just unconfirmed Cabinet Secretaries. He appoints them to bypass the Congressional confirmation process. Does that tell you anything about how much he respects the COTUS. Then there are his remarks about holding people who MIGHT cause trouble indefinitely. He was referring to Gitmo detainees, but that takes his legal powers a step further than even the Bush admin dared to go. Do you remember the targets of the DHS report? Oh yeah, that would be most of us posting here … we might cause trouble someday too. He's given the EPA and the FCC powers to impose regulations that he knows he can't get through Congress.

Yeah, I don't see a whole lot of respect for separation of powers and checks and balances in this guy.

(I have a bad feeling part of the Obama strategy is to make it nearly impossible for competing companies to do business in the US. You think the new emissions reqs apply only to GM and Chrysler? How on earth are Kia Nissan Toyota and so on and so on going to respond? Can they comply and stay in business?)

Government Motors & Chystler will die a slow, painful death thanks to the Unions owning the Democrats & President Obama's privates. A quick death would have been better for the country & GM's future might still be bright. Now, GM is going down the event horizon of an endless black hole created by the Unions & the Democrats.
