I won't waste any time and energy leaving an intelligent, well-thought-out comment, as only an intelligent, well-thought-out article would warrent such a thing.

You are simply asburd, and are completely incorrect in virtually every assessment you make. You go on at length comparing liberalism to the Jim Jones cult, but you, sir, are the one who has drunk the neo-con Kool Aid.

Reagan was once a Democrat too. He turned out to be quite possibly this country's greatest president.
His party left him. Kinda like mine is in the process of leaving me.
