I'm a fan of many of the shows you have written for, and remain so. I'm also a practicing Muslim. I respectfully suggest that you're conflating a lot of very disparate points. The most glaring, is the conflating of "radical Islam" with the outlook and conduct of Muslims in general.

Keep the insults coming if you have to, man — it doesn't bother me. And thanks, but I'll keep fighting the advancement of political correctness that demonizes anyone that criticizes Islam. People have to start seeing the truth behind Islam, or one day we won't recognize our country. You say Sharia law is "evil" — what do you think Islamists are trying to establish here in the States? There is no separation between the political and the religious in Islam.

You say I'm making the fight harder??? That's hilarious! Every day, Islamists work to push the public against the war effort, and many of our politicians are complicit. Our own president once wrote that the failure of the U.S. to empathize with terrorists led to 9/11. Letting Islam advance its culture here makes your job harder — not me standing up for my country.

And I don't cherry-pick passages from the Quran. Just read the last Sura of the Quran, and see if I'm "cherry-picking." There may be people who don't pay attention to these passages, but it's in the book. — I just wish someone would rise up and reform this "religion".

You illustrate the horrible things you have seen — and that Muslims are being herded and slaughtered. I'm pretty sure Muslims themselves are perpetrating these crimes. You're proving my points. And have you ever read about the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah? I believe there are many Muslims who don't want to wage jihad, but after learning that little passage, it's hard not to look at anyone associated with the religion with a close eye.

As for watching some show on TV, I don't watch crappy leftist CNN. Nor do I watch any of the other drivel that appears in the mainstream media. America is the greatest place on earth, I know because I've seen and lived other parts of it. But I also know that extremism rears its ugly head in many forms, and that includes arrogant ignorance, of the same kind you've read in this piece and the same kind you display when attacking what I said.

Card check(terrible), Cap & tax(terrible), Obamacare(terrible), are left wing theories on improving our nation which happen to be hair-brained at best. None of these bills have cleared both houses yet and probably never will in their current forms.These theories ARE NOT comparable to beheadings, mass executions, and other atrocities/extremism of the sort. We the people still have the power to vote these d-bags out of office and tell them what we feel, as is happening in town halls every day. I've pulled body pieces out of the Tigris river. I've watched as women and children have been SCRAPED off the ground with shovels after car-bomb blasts. There is NO effing comparison. NONE. What a vast majority of the muslims in the world do not have are those very rights I described before. They are held in the iron grip of despotism, ignorance, and the extremism of a very few. Here's the HUGE problem with what you said: Jihad — and Sharia law — is ordained by Allah — it is a Muslim's duty to wage it on the infidel. You can insult and call us "fat" and "lazy" all you want, but I've read a handful of translations of the Quran, and have spent the last eight years reading about Islam. AND if you want stories of Muslims doing good things, turn on CNN — ESPECIALLY its "God's Warriors" series.
