Will Ferrell is like Jim Carrey….you can only watch their kind of humor so long before it becomes not funny. And Ferrell's time was over a long time ago.

No movie he has to carry is any good. The only movie of his I can sit through start-to-finish is "Stranger Than Fiction," and that's not a "Will Ferrell movie."

I actually really liked Stranger Than Fiction. It wasn't exactly a comedy though. Some funny parts and some serious parts.

Ewww, you said Pauly Shore and Prez in the same sentence. Yep, SNL started… okay but was tanking after the original cast left. This guy http://s297.photobucket.com/albums/mm228/stem50/?... saved SNL in the 80s and they had a great cast from around '87 to '94. I really have no idea why this show has remained on the air since then. I guess it's due to the idiocracy we've become or maybe people just want a few laughs but don't know where else to look.

While I agree with the reference to Martin Lawrence (yet another unfunny comic – there is a boatload of them), I'm being further specific with regards to Ferrell…Anchorman did make me chuckle, however, it wasn't due to anything Ferrell did on screen. Funny movie – somewhat. Funny due to Ferrell being in it as opposed to say, A drunken elephant – I wouldn't have noticed a difference.
