andrew i watched the video, nice interview. i do think you are alot smarter now after watching the c-span interview. being able to spot the fakes from a mile away, you seem to have rush's senses working. love your web site, and i like both big hollywood, and big government. keep up the good work

Good Interview but really too short. You need to appear on one of thier Afterwords Book Segments in the 3 hour format. It would take that amount of time to fully develope just some of the themes without having to resort to shorthand comments and soundbites. That is one of the problems it is easy to convey an Emotional Message in 90 seconds or less (Much Less) but an intelligent argument takes time to make.
There is no real conspiracy there is just the reality we live in an abbreviated world. The Democrats and Liberals have mastered the Emotional Message which translates well in the abbreviated formats. That is one of the Reasons that Ronald Reagan was such a success is that he could communicate that emotional message. He could also do the long format logical one as well but his popularity was because he communicated emotionaly.

Andrew — it is obvious that the opposition is very worried. I remember watching Barbara Olson was on CSpan with Steve Scully on Sept 9 or 10, 2001 — she had just written a non-favorable book on Hilary Clinton. A vicious woman called in and told her she should die. Barbara was visibly shaken and two days later, her plane was flown into the Pentagon.You should get that video and put it up on your site. This is typical of these callers — they are brainwashed, misused and abused and Lord forgive them and you are the first one I have seen call them out. Good work.

Amazing. I watch this interview, then go to Drudge, where the top headline is how Obama's approval rating has fallen farther faster than any other president's in 50 years.
How could this be? Answer: the mainstream media lied to the American people. They lied about who Obama really was, and they lied about what his true aims were. Now that his socialist tendencies have come out, mainstream America wants no part of him.
Breitbart has never been more relevant.

Great interview. I believe you were in college and liberal during "Iran …" hearings so you would not have taken them on. ACORN issues are so blatant and "in my face" with lies. It is probably the best example of the bias in the media. Keep up the good work.

Through The Drudge Report I was steered to your Website and then clicked on the C-Span interview/sitdown.
It reminded me of why I don't listen to C-span anymore. Oh, not you Mr. Breitbart, you were great. But the Brain dead, idiot, sad, and, as you said repeatedly, "brainwashed liberals who called in with not one iota of a sane conversational engagement. You cannot talk to these people. I was really hoping for the liberal callers more than the Repubs or Indies, but, when they can on they were incoherent. Clarence Thomas, Halberton. It is really sad!
Bad as it may be, Get back on C-span. Some people may actually be listening. Great job at articulation of the conservative mindset!
I relate to your backstory a lot Andrew. I too grew up in a leftist dominated part of the country and was raised to be an ultra-liberal by my marxist environmentalist extremist parents. I devoured Chomsky, the New York Times, etc, and looked up to Chavez supporting Hollywood stars as idols. But then when I went to college in 2004 and had access to cable television for the first time in my entire life (we had an antenna growing up…) I came across C-SPAN and became hooked. I was amazed by hearing conservatives in their own words for once without having to go through the leftist mainstream media filters like you described in your interview. I was shocked to discover that they weren't evil neo-Nazi rednecks but instead made superior arguments and had a vision for how to govern society that was much more sensible than what I used to hearing from the left.
You mean not all terrorists are freedom fighters?
Castro, Che and Mao weren't heroes?
Our soliders aren't evil retards?
Raising taxes to 60%+ on all Americans could hurt the economy and restrict personal freedom?
America isn't an evil empire?
Such radical ideas had never popped into my head before. I started reading more and more conservative literature both classical and modern and in a few months time made the decision to switch political parties and decalre myself a conservative. And I'm never going back now that my eyes have been opened. Does that mean that the right is perfect and right on everything? No. But they sure as hell aren't anywhere near as facist, brainwashed, ignorant and self-destructive as the left was. And I can say that honestly having experienced both sides of the fence. My experience has also convinced me for the great need of people to actually hear what conservatives have to say themselves without being heckled, shouted down and dishonestly maligned by voices on the left. We need more platforms for coservative voices if we're ever going to prevent the slow gradual decline of our great country.
