I am so sick of this anti-Jewish stuff. GO ISRAEL – GOD BLESS YOU AND DEFEND YOU FROM YOUR ENEMIES. I pray that the craven anti-semites will look at a map of teeny Israel some time and will check out the vast, gigantic arab nations surrounding it, all with the determination to destroy Israel. WHY – because the Jews do not behead people, or cut off their hands, or kill their daughters if some fellow creatures rape them, while having no problem with the perpetrators.

Having thankfully never seen a Michael movie I believe I can still come to a conclusion, when I hear that he has a bunch of bad guys in the movie with Jewish names, that he is anti-semetic. What "obvious statement"? would saying "the majority of the people behind this BS Banking/Real Estate bubble really WERE JEWISH" make you anti-Semitic? Obviously, because you felt the need to mention their ethnicity when it had nothing to with it.

And what's the proof of the validity of that statement? Timothy Geithner and Henry Paulson weren't Jewish, and they came from Goldman Sachs. No one named "Goldman" or "Sachs" has been running that company for a long, long time now.

By the way David, as you stated Bankers are "anti-people" who in the " not to distant past would have been thrown in jail for usury" . Remember, in the not too distant past, people who did not pay their bills went to Debtors Prisons. To blame the banking industry for this whole mess is just too simplistic. It is a natural outcropping of an entitlement mentality that is creeping to the core of our society. Nobody wants to pay for basic services and needs anymore. Someone else has to. The problem is there is not enough "someone elses" to do it.

These morons that overbought with an ARM come back to complain. I don't know if your brother is a moron, but lots of people bought houses they normally couldn't afford in a lifetime with ARM's. Then went on a spending spree to get a nice, expensive SUV, boat, plasma's, etc., knowing damn well the ARM was going to adjust in 5 to 7 years. Neglected to change it to a fixed, then complain that it was the bank's fault because they were so busy living high on the hog, that they forgot to convert the loan. NO SYMPATHY!!!! But of course, with liberals, it's ALWAYS someone else's fault that they were irresponsible. If I could give you 2 thumbs up for a great example, I would.
