Madonna - love her or hate her. Some think she has no talent, while others have named their daughters after her. Some think her career is pure marketing and her fans believe she’s a real trend setter. There has always been a wide range of opinions about this woman, an...

I love her
She is funny and good looking
All I need in a woman
She was great in Laugh-In. That's pretty much how I'd describe last night's political campaign spech before a joint session.
Has everyone been to BG ?

"Sock it to me!"
Didn't see it. I was watching something important: DEREK JETER!
What a Doll. As was said up-thread, she was great in “Laugh-In,” the perfect ditz.
for me it was "So you think you can dance" and "Glee"
There were fewer people trying to pull the wool over my eyes.
"You Lie!"said the Repulican Congressman. Maybe not the best venue, but at least someone has said it directly to the One. Maybe more will now stand up and be heard.
If anything points to the relevance and usefulness of lawmakers and their laws it must be this story I found yesterday. h/t drudge. Can't stop laughing and the comments afterwards are pretty rich too.

Goldie is a hoot! She's a lot of fun to watch when she's giving interviews and just being herself. And every time I see a picture from her "younger" days, I am amazed at how much Kate Hudson looks like her. I mean I look like my mama too, but not that much!
"don't jellyfish me bro"
hahahahahahahahahahah
holy crap that's funny
"When jelly fish are outlawed, only outlaws will have jellyfish" is my new favorite bumpersticker
"jellyfish don't kill people, people kill people"
Ok the coworkers here in cubicleville are beginning to stare at the laughing maniac.
I think everyone laughing at him when he said, "There are still some details to be worked out" was more effective. He wasn't expecting to be laughed at.
Just went and posted a comment. I'm glad I didn't have to sign in again. Acorn investigation. Good stuff.
Just to prove what a huge nerd I am, whenever I hear "You lie!" I naturally want to follow it up with "On Ceti Alpha V, there was life! A fair chance!"
Unfortunately for Mr. Wilson and his wife, some fool at the Huff Pot posted his home phone number and gave his wife's name so that everyone could call them. I also just read that Wilson's opponent raised $100K overnight. I think I need to send Mr. Wilson some support and a few bucks.
Goldie Hawn–one smart ditz! Cute Photo!
Only in American government, now infused with socialism, can a liar be called a liar and then get an apology for telling that truth.
I realize that the venue was not the best, but obviously Wilson is as frustrated as we are with all the Obama crap. Heck, I sit there and yell at the TV screen when Obama, Gibbs or any other liberal is on stretching the truth (as they see it) to the American public. Can't imagine how I would be able to sit there and listen to the crap in person without some sort of rebellious reaction. I have admiration for Wilson's passion to protect us from Obama's attempt to rope us into his questionable policies.

The problem in DC is that all those who hold the same views as the President are liars. They would destroy this country for their ideology. The ultimate goal being to establish a ruling class like Europe. We know they lie, it just makes me sick….I say the only thing the congressman did wrong was apologize. The illegal's are getting free medical care right now and we're paying for it in higher health costs…..when the government gets involved not only will the cost go up, but we'll get less care….DC is so fundamentally warped and have made sectors within our society dependent on them for help that the rest of us can't hardly get by. The government is out of control!!!!!!
What a cutie, I imagine people can't help but smile around her.
Buckwheat, did you hear about the drunk on the beach in Florida who threw jellyfish at people (and got stung in the face) after he fell in the water? This fits in perfectly with the "Don't jellyfish me bro" and the "Jellyfish don't kill people, people kill people" you mentioned above.
Hey did anyone else see that Charlie Sheen is demanding to speak with Obama to express his theory that 9/11 was perpetrated by the government.
I know he's done a lot of drugs and probably still does, but how retarded is he???
He'll probably get right in…..he fits in with the rest of those losers.
THIS IS CETI ALPHPA V!!!!!
I saw that. Not a good move Charlie, nobody gets in to see The One. I really enjoyed Two and a Half Men. Meh, Jon Cryer's the funny part of that show anyway.
I didn't see it either… the Season Premier of America's Next Top Model took precident for me… especially since it is featuring Petite women…
I still think Goldie Hawn is funny and pretty (even though by now she is probably plastic… oh well it's all an illusion anyway)
Mm… he is right up there with Alec Baldwin…. Both Narcessistic and to high stuck on themselves to realize they really aren't all that smart… :/
It's the only thing that gets us cube rats through the mundane day…
Who would have thought this bubble head blond prop on Laugh in would turn out to be a damn good actress but she did and I like her.
John McCain must be senile he still doesnt realize the onlyy time he can get any media attention is when he is ripping Republicans.
Hmm… and yet no one raised hell when Sen. Reid called Pres. Bush a Liar on national tv… :/
is that a different guy? there are two of them? seems a movement is growing.
I used to think Charlie Sheen was a real moron, now there is no doubt……
Hence, why McCain didn't win…
what a bore that was last night …
i love how he spells out what "health care will be"
too bad the bill says something else … time for a re-write?
I notice that "47 million" is no longer the number of "uninsured" quoted by Obama and public option proponents. They have begun using "30 million" as their figure.
See? Just by NOT passing Obamacare, we have 17 FEWER UN-INSURED!!! KEEP IT UP!!!!!
i work for a huge company, union job.
my health care is really very good, i am sure that what they will have to pay
not to insure me will be a lot lower than what they pay to insure me.
i do not have a choice as Obama garantees … my employer has the choice and i will get shafted.
Joe Wilson – "YOU LIE!"
Nancy Pelosi – *Oh, when this is over, someone brings me his testicles*
Joe Biden – *Heh. Good one, Joe*
Hillary Clinton – *Damn right he lied I should be up there not Obama stuck at State stupid superdelegates health care reform was my bag not Obama's hope he fails so I can run in 2012 second coming of JFK more like the second coming of LBJ…*

I tried to check it out, but all I got was a blank screen.
Come on now, no reason to insult dogs!
*lol*
Ok how about a chihuahua? They are barely dogs… hell, my cat is bigger..
Gorgeous in Foul Play with Chevy Chase.
Harry Reid – "Oh look! A squirrel!"
My dog picks chihuahuas out of his teeth.
German Shepherd, 6 months old, 70 lbs. and growing!
Best Goldie Hawn film? My vote goes to "Crisscross"; a subdued slice-of-life flick from 1992 where Ms. Hawn plays a woman works days at a hotel and strips at nightto support herself and young son. Not much happens other than the fact that Goldie's character learns that she has to make the best of what life has given her and that there will be no white knight to make it all better. Ms. Hawn was probably 48 when she made the film and looks freakin incredible. She also shows she can act playing a sad, vulnerable and believable character as opposed to her usual lovable ditz routine.
"I did join the army, but I joined a different army. I joined the one with the condos…and the private rooms…" LOL!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ma_Y6dhAdVk
Always loved Private Benjamin. Kate Hudson has truly morphed into her mom.
But let's not forget the TRUE big story of the day!! Ellen will judge Idol!! OMG! OMG! Tweet! Tweet!
Ahem.
Anyway, anyone who lives in Los Angeles–while I normally despise hipster trends like this, the roving Kogi Korean BBQ truck really puts out delicious food:

Also, BH needs a smartphone friendly App for on-the-road-scanning. Just sayin'.
I don't seek out her films, but when I see one, I am always entertained.
OVERBOARD is very funny…and 5 bucks at Target!
I saw SWING SHIFT when it came and though it was billed as a comedy, but was really a drama, I still enjoyed it.
And going way back – CACTUS FLOWER. She's working in the ultimate product placement record store – everything in the entire store – LPs and 8-Tracks – are all Capitol Records distributed labels.
Watch out for those eels.
Did you see the headline on Page Six of The New York Post regarding this story? Charlie Sheen: Two and a Half Screws Loose
Yep, I heard that 2012 is the Hillsters year…stepping down from Secretary of State to run for Gov of NY.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't imagine what Jon Cryer must be thinking on the set……
Yup, saw that. Wilson was a tool for blurting that out.
He was correct, but that was not the way to do it.
So you think you can dance/Glee vs. President Obama's speech: Personally, I'm hard put to say which of those would have displayed the least intelligence. I spent that time period flipping back and forth between GAC, something on HBO I don't remember, and a History Channel special on whether Nostradamus predicted the Antichrist. That's how bored I was.
If they have caller ID at home, maybe they can give the numbers out and we can start relentlessly calling THOSE people.
Seriously, though, I wish Wilson hadn't said that. He's right, but there is something to be said for (at least publicly) respecting the office and dignity of POTUS. By doing that, he's made the issue about the GOP, not the Dems (at least until the next big thing comes along), and taken Obama off the hook a bit.
Maybe he can have Van Jones' job.
You mean there's an opening at the tin foil hat factory?
Overboard is a funny movie.
Cost guard capt to ensign: What do you see out there? Nothing, there's a fat guy in the way.
Butler to Goldie just before she jumps in the water near the end: Really madam, you should play harder to get.
If Medicare and Medicaid are so full of bad management that billions of dollars can be saved, then why haven't we done it already?…Aren't they Government programs?
Her daughter is hot too.
Thats what I call thinking outloud
Hahahaha
Have you tried getting on Joe Wilson's Congressional web-site? I tried and failed because it's too busy. Chances are overnight contributions to Wilson will be a whole lot more.
And the scene where she has simply mentally overloaded and can just sit there going "buhbuhbuhbuhbuhbuhbuhbuhbuhbuhbuhbuh"…..Hahahaha!!!
And she looks at the husky kid and guesses his name is "Roy". Hahaha.

/pigs are flying everywhere
Did anyone else notice during the speach that Pelosi's head bobbing upstaged Teh Barry's big show? It was like she was singing along at a concert.
Obama seems to think we can save money by spending it. That is so laughable it has become a cliche. "Since I bought it on sale I actually saved you money."
The destroy it to save it thing might work for Ras AlGul, but Bush tried to save the free maket by destroying it and that is a colassal failure. So will be this health care mess.
Thanks!
Best line of the night.
Oh, I thought she looked like a dog waiting to be fed after not eating for a few days… I was waiting for her tail to pop out and start wagging and hitting Biden in the face with it… :/
But her face to Rep. Wilson was priceless…. I expected death rays to shoot out of her eyes.
I got so tired of seeing the Rep. Tax Cheat though… :/
I wonder if it's BYOTFH (bring your own tin foil hat) in the Oval Office?
Goldie Hawn was a great role model for young girls who wanted to grow up to be stereotypical, airhead blondes.
Rudy Gulliani is seriously debating tossing his hat in the ring for Gov of NY. That is a real game changer.
Conventional NY wisdom is Patterson is a dead (politically) man walking. So the only question is which democrat the party would replace him with. Smart money was on Andrew Cuomo, setting him up for a White House run. That's what Elliot Spitzer did, and why he failed. He was watching Washington, not Albany.
Gulliani won twice in NYC. If he can win that, he can win upstate, where I live. Not saying he will run, or if he does will win, but he can. And that fact changes everything for the democrats. That means its no longer basically an appointment and the only decision is who's resume gets it. That means its a race.
Probably had no choice. The MSM can't deal with reporters who tell the truth.
I like Stossel, I consider him a moderate libertarian, despite the apparent oxymoronishment of that statement.
I haven't today, if you're speaking to me (sometimes I can't tell who these arrows are coming from), but I heard that Wilson's opponent's contribution had already gone from 30,000 to 100,000 to 200,000. Wilson needs help.
I agree it probably wasn't the best time to do it, but If I'd been there and heard that speech in person, I probably would've screamed out loud too.
Wilson said what needed to be said and when and where it was needed to be said. I frankly am tired of being ignored by this administration. And let's face it the look on Pelosi wicked botoxed face was worth it!
Oh and I didn't watch the speech, I watched comedy central's Kevin Hart 'big little man', hilarious!
at the risk of losing my limited vision, I observed Nattering Nancy quite closely, she spent most of the speech making sure her subjects were head-bobbing and jumping up and down with the proper enthusiasm at all times. There were times where she was shooting absolute daggers at the opposition when they were not doing their best to be bi-partisan. She appeared to be quite uncomfortable when Beloved Leader trotted out his lie about including tort reform, more so when all the Republicans gave the lie a rousing round of applause.
And your problem with …"stereotypical, airhead blondes. " is what ?

I have not found a link to http://biggovernment.com/ on any one of these sites
A little self promotion is not a bad thing
Did you actually read the text? Did you look at the evidences? Of course not, the TV guys tell you to not to. Tell you to not to think, to not to question anything. Then you come saying sh1t like this.
Best thing about Goldie Hawn is her squeeze, Kurt Russell. An awesome guy and a true libertarian. As for poor Goldie, I like some of her movies but when I think of her and politics in the same breath, I remember when she and a number of Hollywood libs made this big show about traveling to DC to visit the Congresspersons about some lefty issue. Goldie was being interviewed in a press conference when–and this is not made up–one of the reporters asked her who her Congressman was. She didn't know.
That's always summed up the Hollywood crowd's knowledge of politics for me.
Goldie Hawn! mmmmmmm. I remember watching her on Laugh-In, dancing with body paint, in a bikini.
I actually started getting wood in the room with my parents right there. Had to control that. What a beautiful woman.
yeah actually I did and the whole truther nonsense has been debunked. If you're still holding onto that sh1t then that's your problem, go get another coloring book or something….
Hi there!
This site came up when I looked up "Charlie Sheen 911"
So, if you want a LOT of attention, how about RESPONDING TO ONE OR 2 OF CHARLIE SHEENS QUESTIONS WHICH ARE VERY WELL RESEARCHED AND THOUGHT OUT?
Pick one or 2 and do a real honest debunking job. Not, "What is the mind set of a 911 Truther?"
CONSIDER THIS A CHALLENGE.
BUT YOU WON’T DO IT.
BECAUSE YOU CAN’T, CAN YOU?
BECAUSE YOU’RE OWNED.
IT MUST SUCK TO BE YOU
AND HAVE A NICE DAY
PEACE FREEDOM TRUTH JUSTICE
D
You may want to actually look at the 20 points that no one has addressed before you name call.
THANK YOU CHARLIE!!!
As for me, I AM PROUD TO BE A TRUTHER!!!
Take a look at these military hero's and intelligence officers who also KNOW that 911 is an inside job.
http://www.opednews.com/articles/genera_al&hellip...
http://patriotsquestion911.com/Counterterr&hellip...
Try telling some of those people they're nutjobs?
And, how about responding to a couple of the questions Charlie Sheen asked? Isn't that what news reportage is about?
Consider this a challenge:
Refute 2 of Charlie Sheen's actual QUESTIONS to Obama. YOU CAN DO IT!!! YOU'RE SO SMART!!! COME ON MAN DO IT!!!
PEACE FREEDOM TRUTH JUSTICE
