Isn't it funny that the right criticizes celebrities for speaking out when they don't like what they're saying but a clown like Hannity will have any celebrity he can find, whether it's Voigt or Chuck Norris or, well I guess that's about it, who agrees with on his show and treat him like he's got true validity.
I dvr'd the Fox evening line-up like I always do, watched the latest developments of Obama's regime: the czars, ACORN, STORM(Van Jones, Green czar gang), town halls, never ending dems ramming their destructive agenda though despite the myriad of protests. I sank into the mire that is Obamanation.
Just when I couldn't take anymore leftist crapola, I see that BigHollywood has posted this great video of Jon Voight, with his accurate assessments of our incredible military, Sarah Palin, our country. What a joy it must have been for the folks in that great venue, and how I wish I could have been one of them!! Great speech, Jon!

I remember hearing this man in an interview say that one night he walked in on the hospital set that "Coming Home" was being filmed on and he heard the most grievous tears coming from the corner of one of the off-rooms. He stood there, he said, for about a half hour and listened to Jane cry her heart out over what she had done to Our Boys who had fought and given their lives so she could stand over there on the enemy side and call them baby killers. I wonder if she thinks about it now or has she frozen completely up again….
I think censorship of public political speech would be as much of a breaking point as anything violating the Second Amendment. There aren't any other Amendments that Americans in general hold as dear as those two.

I know he's an actor, but gosh, when I listen to Jon Voight say the things in my heart and mind, I get a little misty. I sure do hope some of the able and marvelous people who are slowly appearing will be running for office. Please, please let this happen! You seem to have conveniently forgotten a few things. For the last ten years the "celebrity liberal" has been such an accepted part of the media landscape that it is taken for granted. (Recall George Clooney's Oscar acceptance speech as a small example.) These individuals feel free to pontificate on their various causes at any time and in any location, whether appropriate or not. Only recently have venues been developed where conservative performers are invited to speak and are welcome when they appear. Persons like you (I apologize for the generalization) notice Beck, Hannity etc. and their guests because they such a wrench from the easy-listening pap put out by MSNBC, CNN and those of similar idealogical persuasion. They are leveling a playing field that has traditionally been tiled in one direction.

While I'm not in the business of making predictions, I think this whole Beck boycott is certainly a bust. The show is still extremely popular, which means businesses have a lot to lose by yanking their ads from that time slot. Being businesses, and therefore driven by profit, I think they will eventually fold.

Right on John! The fight has just begun to keep America the Land of the Free and the Home of th Brave. I took an oath to defend our constitution against all enimies foreign and domestic, and I for one will.
Check out the next jesse jackson, al sharpton and obama(I can't bring myself to capitalize any agitator's name). His name is van jones and Glenn Beck outed him on his show. This agitator scares me more than the three I just mentioned combined. With obama in office it seems only if you're a brotha can you get your foot in the door. And now he has Attorney General holder trying to once again deflect our attention away from health care onto something else. My prediction is if there is an attack in this country like 9-11 ever again while the agitator is in office, he'll be impeached. Look at how he's mishandling the Afghan and Iraq wars now that he's the head agitator…more troops are being killed. I truly despise this man with every fiber of my being. Go to Hot Air or Fox and watch Glenn Beck out this van jones creature. Isn't it sad that if you're against obama, all of the sudden you're a racist. I'd say he's in over his head.
Jon Voight's two best appearances ever in either TV or Film are when he did the Odessa File and then Seinfeld in the mid nineties. His biting of Kramer tells me he's all business. The man is a true Patriot. How many black men or other actors are out their that would take on obama, not many at all. What's sad to me is the older black culture today is still teaching victimization politics to its youth. I think conservative blacks are afraid to speak out against obama because it would be career suicide if they would. Whatever happen to a very gracious and polite politician by the name of J.C. Watts? You don't hear much from him right now because he is probably afraid to speak out against obama for fear of being labeled as a turncoat for the lack of a better word. If Mr. Obama is not stopped we will be living under a dictatorship, and, if things continue to go as they have in the seven months since he was elected, it will not take long. It is encouraging to me that the people of our beloved country seem, finally, to be waking up to his true character. What a blessing he was not able to get his health care through before August 1. Politics will not save us. Our only hope is to turn back to the God of our fathers. Pray for society-changing revival.

I don't really care if Sean Hannity has Jon Voigt on his show because he's desparate to find anybody with if a whiff of celebrity on them who is right wing.
