The LA Weekly ”…only thing missing is the noose.”:
A new poster depicting President Obama as a version of Heath Ledger’s Joker character in The Dark Knight has appeared in Los Angeles[.]
It has a bit of everything to appeal to the drunk tank of California conservatism: Obama is in white face, his mouth (like Ledger’s Joker’s) has been grotesquely slit wide open and the word “Socialism” appears below his face. The only thing missing is a noose.
And yet, this is the same LA Weekly responsible for this cover during the previous administration:
Only thing really missing is intellectual consistency.
You may find it interesting that the same celebrated artist responsible for the iconic Obama “Hope” poster also drew this cover depicting President Bush as a blood-thirsty vampire.

I've already bought my bumper sticker and will proudly display it right next to my "Don't Tread on Me". This entire government has become a joke.

This morning I ordered one of those obama joker face shirts. The bottom caption reads: Why so socialist? I can't wait to get it.
Mikulan's actually a friend of mine and did me a solid when the mother of my son tried to kidnap my son. He used his mad skills to find her so I could serve her with a subpoena.
I also worked @ the Weekly when that cover of Bush came out. I couldn't say anything then, but I'll say it now. I was embarrassed for my fellow workers. Everybody thought it was sooooo hilarious. It wasn't. It was childish.
To my friend , Mik, I can only say, there's nothing racial about the Obama as Joker poster.

The joker was a white guy, in every movie so far. This is hardly a racial issue. It is an evil jokester trying to damage the nation.
The reason you don't see obama/biden stickers anymore has become apparent: They traded them all in and bought new cars. I got screwed out of 8k by buying a house 5 days before last years tax credit and go figure, I just traded in my old car a few months ago, no clunker credits either.. I suppose next I'll get cancer a week after my health insurance is voided by the government and they'll offer me assisted suicide as an alternative "medicine".
Hard to make somebody to look like the joker without using white face. Historically, with the joker that is, they are always white and always in whiteface. hardly a racial thing now is it. But LA liberals do love playing the race baiting card.

Funny how it was ok for the left to go batsh*t over Bush, but when the other side wants to organize against Obama the left throw out the race card.
This is the best spot on portrayal of this ersatz president. It is perfect because he is indeed a joke but he's a very dangerous one. Kudos to the artist. I love it. I hope it is produced as a bumper sticker. These lefties and their knee jerk racism accusations are so tiresome. The poster is just emphasizing his white half.

A few months ago, you didn't see a single Prius without an O sticker. It was as though they came that way from the factory. Now, they're hard to find. I feel like taking this as a bumper sticker and slapping it on every Prius I see.

I have NO ISSUE with that…… I would say that the constant putdowns on Bush has casued this and will only make it worse for ANY administration in the future….. I made a bumper sticker that says do not blame me I voted for McCain……. I love this and think that if anyone is up in arms about this it is the LEFT… which only enflamed the fire over the last few years with how the described Bush and his administration….

I love it that the Liberals have their balls in a bunch over this. I guess they thought it was ok to mock the previous administration but to do it to this president is unacceptable? What makes this mockery of Obama signifigant is that Obama has a 51% disapproval rating and getting higher by the day. So when the Obamabots cry foul this time instead of being supported more often than not no one cares or thinks it is "Fair Play" (something liberals don't understand).
So the tide has turned and the paradigm has shifted. It will be hard over the next few months for the Obamabots to start accepting that Obama is going to be the villian now. All presidents become the villian it seems only people accepted it before (Clinton was a villian, same with Bush(s), Reagan, Carter, Ford, Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon). Now the difference is that they just can't handle it. And their cries of racism no longer hold water.
The Honeymoon is most definitely over and now we only need to plan when we will divorce ourselves from this person. I mean how will Barack Obama in four years claim he brought change? How will explain that no jobs were created in the stimulus and deserves re election? What will he say? He inherited it? Good luck with that one in 4 years.
