Gee we should not allow people time to read the bill before a vote because they might not agree with it, worse they might point out things people in fly over land might disagree with if they know about it.

You mean like the provision in TARP that disbanded OFHEO. The regulator for Fannie MAe and Freddie Mac. The same ones telling Barnie Frank in 2006 that if something wasn't done by 2008 there would be a melt down of these agencies that would affect the economy. The guys Barnie Frank said were being "mean". I guess OFHEO can't testify to what they said and did if they don't have a job, huh!

Sure its just misinformation and distortions. You know silly things like audit reports. Your just doing it for the litle people. If I engaged in Barney Frank's shenaningans at my work they put me in Jail.

From a liberal war protest site about The Cost of War:

To date, $915.1 billion dollars have been allocated to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The national, state, and local numbers we provide are based on the total approved amounts through the end of Fiscal Year 2009.

So amusing to listen to the ignorati boast about their modest intellectual accomplishments. For myself, I graduated with honors from one of the best schools in the nation, went on to get a doctorate; I am a lawyer and a published author. My books have been nominated for awards. The Jacobins, on the other hand, are addicted to such scientifically risible fads as global warming, Malthusian fearmongering, Cargo-Cult economics, and most of all to the idea that a baby in the womb is not homo sapiens--as if species dependent on stage of development.

The Left are stupid people pretending to be smarter than smart people, immortal people pretending to be more moral than moral people. As evidence of their titanic mental stature, they recite fashionable frauds and exploded scientific theories; as evidence of their cyclopean moral stature, they approve of every perversion and antinomian depravity the imagination of Man, or of Moloch, can invent.

These people cannot even speak correct English: they talk a gobbledegook of ungrammatical nonsense-words called Political Correctness. And they seek to be our lecturers and tutors in matters of the intellect? In matters of the conscience?

Leftism is a psychopathology, not a political philosophy.

"sophomoronic" <-- nice.

oh come on now. People will have time to read it. They'll make time. Now, lets not kid ourselves: the party of naysayers will be skimming through it rapidly without a drop of intellectual curiosity to attempt to understand how it actually solves our problems. No, they'll be combing through it with the single minded goal of sniffing things out that they can come up with cheap distortions and truth-twisting misinformation, as usual.

"Barry said "innefficiency" when he clearly meant "efficiency." Let's discuss this! This is why I stopped watching tv!"

Surely you jest! If you don't have some kind of masochistic tendency to suffer stupidity...then why are you here on Breit bart?

This what's her name Democrat woman is a perfect example of a phenomena when arguing with a democrat. They always take some far out comment that is unrelated and use that as the basis for condemning the other side's point. When you respond to this nonsense they find some other unrealted topic and concentrate on that.

They never actually discuss the original point of an argument. Everying is a game of sophistry. It is obviously intentional. Instead of answering a point they deflect it with another. If you pin them down then they go to an ad hominem attack and act offended. It is pointless to attempt to discuss anything because they don't want to debate, I notice that hard core dems are like this in no-political arguments as well. It is an inability to have their points truthfully explored.
