Bybee >> [Special Review CIA, released last Monday] I read on page 88 "This Review did not uncover any evidence that these plots were imminent". Jay S. Bybee pre-authorizes torture.
But Jay S. Bybee assumes at least some imminent plots without proof & evidence.
All training-camps in Afghanistan & Pakistan were construced either by the
U.S.-Secret Service or by the Pakistan-Secret Service. And Al-Kaida is a term
the Interrogators in this Special Review say about:"The Agency lacked adequate linguists or subject matter experts and had very little hard knowledge of what particular Al-Kaida leaders – who later became detainees – should know"[ loc.
cit. page 83]. Please draw Your own conclusion if the CIA tortures somebody why
he was at the wrong time at the wrong place.

The CIA has been the Dems whipping boy ever since the 70's and when there needs to be a red herring to give the libs cover (i.e. an unpopular healthcare bill) they always return for more mischief. National security by its very nature is a tough sometimes dirty business and makes a convenient target politically. Lets face it, the lefties are a bunch of wimps anyway. What else explains them getting their panties in a wad over blowing cigarette smoke in a captives' face. Oh, the horror of second hand smoke!

Obama and his henchman Eric Holder are out to destroy the CIA. Once it is done and the US is hit with a major terrorist attack, they will be blamed for the disaster and run out of office. They are both treasonists.
