“I’m Geert Wilders!”

Saturday, I saw the most honest and courageous politician on earth give a speech about Islam’s threat to the civilized world after a screening of his short film, “Fitna.” It was just another reminder of how important strong leadership is in a dangerous world. In light of that, it is disheartening to see that the greatest and most powerful country in the history of the world, The United States of America, goes small against jihad and big against its own citizens, post 9/11. And further, that Washington P.C. is led by the weakest leaders it has ever had at a time when it needs the strongest.
Geert Wilders is a man who comes off as if he cannot tell a lie and his stand against the Islamization of the Netherlands has been so effective that his political party, the Freedom Party, has become the most popular political party among his countrymen. The above drawing is in support of Wilders, whose own country is prosecuting him for telling the truth about Islam in his film. The film dramatizes Islam itself (key passages from the Koran) via the words and actions of Muslims animated by this ideology.

I support Geert Wilders. He seems to be one of the few world politicians (yes, you heard me correct, WORLD) who has any cajones. He is definitely a beacon of hope in the fight against radical islam and terrorism. You go Geert!
Saw Fitna several months ago. Should be required viewing by all non-Muslims around the world. Very scary, yet eye-opening.

Mr Wilders is voicing what hundreds of thousands of Europeans feel- namely the Islamification of their countries by executive fiat… there, as here unelected bureacrats and judges are allowing incrementalism to codify Islamic mini-caliphates within the country. The UK and others have started allowing some basic tenets of Sharia law to be practiced; ironically mostly considerations of women as property in these supposedly 'enlightned' nations.
This is all nonsense, and dangerous nonsense to boot…
Islam is a conversion theology- there are others (Mormonism) however no one threatens life and limb if you do not return to 11th century practices. Which is of course, why Mr Wilders is not 'welcome' in these so-called open and free societies…

The first time I saw Fitna, it struck me how simple and direct it's message is. There is no spinning, no twisting, no apologies. it uses Islam against itself. There can be no defending it. And the fact that Mr. Wilders' own country is prosecuting him is dusgusting.
We should invite Mr. Wilders here to the USA and elect him to office ASAP.

I couldn't agree more, Bosch. I, along with fellow Big Hollywood contributor Charles Winecoff, saw Mr. Wilders speak the following morning, and he's truly a charismatic, compelling speaker and courageous politician (a phrase we would ordinarily consider an oxymoron). I think he's on his way to becoming the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, which would be a great European victory against the Islamist tide, but then he would be an even bigger target for them than he is now.

As in the ‘30s when a great peril was fomenting people tended to just wish it away, as a self protective mechanism. Geert Wilders is analogous to Churchill in the ‘30s let’s hope that it doesn’t deteriorate to that extreme?
Geert Wilders is indeed a courageous man…And I mean possessed of the actual physical courage required to speak the truth about Islamic radicalism, especially in Europe. Keep him in mind the next time some Hollywood navel-gazer yammers on about the "courage" it took to stand up to the Bush tyranny.
Now let's hope Wilders is remembered as a visionary, and not as a martyr.

I saw it when it came out, and it's scary as %&*). Should be required viewing in school. If they can teach kindergarteners sex education, they can teach 6th graders about terrorism.
Anyone who has seen Wilders speak knows he is not a hater. He is simply direct and has common sense – something which US citizens are becoming more and more disconnected from on a daily basis. Enough is enough.
The truth hurts. I have yet to read or see any islamist take Fitna and refute it point by point. Coversely, beyond the trademarked moniker, "Religion of Peace" I have yet to read or see any islamist explain exactly how/who/what/where/why it is a religion of peace. Must be tough with all the constant islamic "man-made" attrocities they commit.
Fitna is not by Geert Wilders. It's by Theo van Gogh and Ayaan Hirsi Ali. I agree with you on your post. More power to Geert and his companions in their efforts to expose how insidious Islam's invations of the west has become.

Fitna IS by Geert Wilders, while the film 'Submission' is by Theo van Gogh and Ayaan Hirsi Ali. And to be even more precise, the film Fitna is by Islam and Muslims, as edited by Geert Wilders.
Yeah, being a natural born Citizen is a constitutional requirement for the presidency.
Query: Which is the greater danger to Wilders? The threat of murderous jihadis attempting to silence him, or the threat of formerly free nations banning his speech and/or his mere presence?

I saw Fitna a few months ago when Wilders was "banned" from the U.K.
Very well presented, and condemned not for mischaracterizing Islam, but characterizing it correctly.
I would stand with Geert Wilders anyday, anytime. I'm certainly not an expert, but I have read enough of the Qur'an and Hadith's to know that Islam is everything Mr. Wilders say it is; and more. The case against Islam is so overwhelming that is is incomprehensible why democraps and liberals would sweep it under the carpet. .
Geert Wilders is my hero and he should be yours also. He has sacrificed his safety and wellbeing to bring out the truth about a violent and destructive cult "parading" as a religion, Islam.

To my mind the Useful Idiots are more dangerous in the long run that the actual terrorists are. Yes I know that terrorists can kill thousands of people, so I'm not marginalizing them or giving them a pass, not one bit of it; but the Useful Idiots are often the ones that decide policy, shape opinion and dictate media attitudes which in the end means that you wind up in situations like Muslim Lords of Parliament threatening mobs on the streets to combat views that go contrary to their vision about Islam. It's Brownshirt tactics pure and simple. So the more that people in power are allowed to obfuscate the real goals of the Islamists while at the same time put pressure on those that try to get the truth out, the more unsafe all of us are. In the long run it will wind up diluting any response to any further attacks, while at the same time allowing for more entrenchment of counter democratic ideas in Western nations.
It is absolutely vital that men like Wilders and Spencer are preserved and their works passed on. Islam in its current form is an absolute threat to the Western world. Islam is indeed a religion of peace. You will either rest in peace or all the world will only practice Islam and thus there will be peace. It doesn't leave much room for freedom.
I hate having to say that knowing full well that there are plenty of Muslims who truly do just want to live their lives, but when they drink at a well of spiritual poison, it makes coexistence difficult.

That seemed to be the theme of BHO's recent visit to Europe. The libs feel bad that the US has left the world behind in so many areas, basically because of the freedoms that we enjoy, that they have the urge to apologize to the rest of the world and do whatever they can to make us all "equal" by bringing us down to their level.
Same thing that is happening at the national level is at work on an international level.

When the leader of the freest country on earth bows in symbolic submission to the king of the most totalitarian regime in the world which happens to be the center of Islamic insanity, you know we are in The Twilight Zone. Even Rod Serling could not dream this up.
Back in the day when Mo loved Jews, after all he stole most of the Koran from his poorly comprehended notions about the Jewish tradition, it was a Religion of Peace. For about ten minutes. Then when Mo tried to convert local Jews and they laughed at him, all the peace and love passages became abrogated, annulled. So you could call the Religion of Abrogated Peace. Wowee Zowee.
I'm bummed I didn't get to see him in person. I found out about the event too late. I disagree with him about banning the Koran, but I do take his point that if 'Mein Kampf' is to be banned for "hate speech" then so should the Koran. We must support brave men like him.

I wouldn't be so sure he's still a Muslim. From what I know he converted to Christianity, and I see no convincing evidence to suggest he's still is a Muslim anyway. It would be very hard to convince enough people to impeach him right now, plus, he hasn't actually committed any crime. He's just being a pathetic excuse for a president.

Men like Geert Wilders and Robert Spencer, and you, Bosch, are on the front lines of a culture war. You are battling misinformation, lies, political correctness and vicious attacks on freedom of speech. Our very liberties are at stake in this war.
It's crucial that we win this war and get the truth out there. We must not be silent, and we must follow the example Wilders has set. The Islamofascists will never stop trying to destroy our liberty and our very lives, and those on the Left will never stop trying to destroy our liberty and give "special" rights to these bloodthirsty savages.

We banned him from entering the UK because his film was termed as 'Hate speech' Yet we let these mad Mullahs preach death to the west from mosques all over the UK, but are to scared to stop them in case othe Muslims are "offended" (I get "offended" when they blow themselves up on the tube!). I don't say this often being a proud Englishman but I was ashamed of my counrty when we sent Gert home. I makes me weep it really does. I have not seen the film but would like to. I think the fact that it is de-facto labelled as hate speech tells me it is worth watching. When the radical Islamists want to skirt the issue of their views, they always toss up that line.
It is almost an assurance that the film has value.

LW/Saul/Ken, remmember the Sbrenicia atrocity where the Dutch ordered their troops to allow the murders? The troops wanted to do their duty, and if the Serbs had defeated them the troops at home's "Remember the Alamo" reaction would have ended Milasovic. By having the Dutch Gov screw the troops, they demolalized their own troops and the Bosnians, leaving the bad guys with a costless conquest.
I had the pleasure of hearing him in Wash. P.C. Inspiration. I was not surprised when he recently led his party out of their political floor in protest to the party in power not allowing amendments on stimulus. Love him!

As a Dutchman, and voter for Mr Wilders Freedom Party (PVV), I am very pleased to see so many Americans recognizing the true message Mr Wilders is so hard trying to get across over here in The Netherlands. Our small country behind the dikes has a population of about 16 million people, of which at this moment numbers about 1 milion muslims. Thats about 6 %. The big problem ofcourse, is that most muslims are living in our bigger cities, and there, they amount to about 30 to even more then 50% (Amsterdam).

Not all muslims are radicalized ofcourse, but a growing number of them tend to go 'that way'. It's really becoming a major problem. Our general way of life (which was pretty loose en easy up till now) in the Netehelands has changed dramatically in the last 10 years. Crime en islam-related problems (womens rights, sharia-type law indications, clothing, honour killings etc) have taken an enormous leap. Many of our streets and neighborhoods are becoming less safe, and much of this has to do with islamic youths being aloud to stay up very late at night. Many Dutch are now for the first time realizing what is happening and are getting more and more concerned. The present poltical parties are not doing enough or are looking the other way. That is one of the big reasons why Mr Wilders' party is growing so fast.

Americans must realise that our country has never had anything to do with Islam up to the 1970's. The enormous growth of islamic immigration in our country is very recent and has been triggerd by the oil-embargo in the 1970's. At that time there was a big war going on in the middle east between Israel en her neighbours, the Arab countries. After the 1973-war the Arab's were beaten for the 3rd time, and from that time on, the united Arab countries changed there tactics. They firs started an oil-boycott against countries that supported Israel. The Netherlands was one of them. Eventually, through the European Union, (secret) deals were made between Europe in general, and the oil-exporting countries, where, in short, oil was again streaming to Europe in exchange for Europe opening its doors for Arab-islamic immigration so that millions of muslims could emigrate to Europe.

Anybody who seeks more background information on what has happend to Europe in the last 40 years, I recommend this book. Anyway, this mass-immigration has resulted -up to now- to about 40 million immigrants of muslim descend to our European shores. The big problem of muslim immigration in Europe is that they assimilate very poorly. That has to do with their economic and social backgrounds, which is -generally speaking- low. Also, the often very generous social schemes a lot of European (and especially the Netherlands) have does not stimulate people to work very hard (or at all for that matter).

I agree with Wilders on some points, but in a less extreme way. Wilders has some good points, but sometimes he sounds just like Hitler, with the same ideals.
