In the past, artists fought against big government and heretics, now they lobby for government growth accompanied by a Springsteen soundtrack while sneering at decent people of faith. There is nothing heroic about artists being part of the state.

Artist Scott LoBaido in front of the proposed Mosque near Ground Zero

But the warrior artist is not dead and gone thanks to Staten Island’s Scott LoBaido, who is fighting against one of the most evil groups to come into the light of our culture in recent years: the Westboro Baptist Church headed up by the insane Fred W. Phelps Sr.

Phelps: The face of evil and intolerance.

Phelps travels with his inbred family circus of hate to the funerals of dead soldiers to inflict emotional pain on grieving family members because the God he has created hates homosexuals.

Scott unveiling his art aimed at Phelps.

When I spoke with Scott, he was moments away from round two of his fight for decency, patriotism, and the right for anyone to love whomever they want. Scott had finished a composition titled “The Truth (Welcome Home),” a portrait of the church’s leader Fred W. Phelps Sr. wearing high heels and ladies underwear, sitting on the lap of Satan. Phelps’s daughter Shirley Phelps-Roper was also in the painting. Scott was showing this painting (seen below) across the street form the Westboro Church giving them a dose of their own medicine but with more class, originality, and flair.

If the fight to gain our country back from the Democratic Media Complex needs to come from taking back the narrative in popular culture, then we need to support artists like Scott LoBaido by donating to his cause, buying his art, and plastering it all over America to remind us where we come from and what’s being lost.

Please go to Scott’s website to support this important artist and see what he’s doing for popular culture in America. You can bid on Scott’s Westboro painting on Ebay through his website. Proceeds will go to “Homes for Heroes” and a chosen AIDS foundation.

Here is the original story as reported by Ben Johnson at silive.com

I was expecting a storied narrative simply about a man who stumbles into a career as a political muckraker. What I got was a lesson on the historical framework of how the evils of communism came to the shores of Southern California and now disguises itself as democracy, entertainment, network news and community organizing.

Now I get the part about saving the world.

I first met Andrew Breitbart when he opened the door to his hotel room in Denver; unshaven, barefoot, belt undone and his button up shirt flowing like a bathrobe. Talking on a blackberry, answering emails on his Mac, and looking over a list of topics for the speech he was to give that night at the Independence Institute, he looked up at me and said, “I love that you have a National League stadium here.” If not for my sober state, I could have sworn I’d I walked onto the set of a Coen Brothers film, because it seemed I was in the midst of “The Dude.”

Mr. Breitbart’s fun-size opus so clearly focuses on the lack of civility in the Democratic party and its unholy alliance with the media that parts of the book leaves one feeling dirty after the filthy tarp of bias is removed to expose how the Clintons gave birth to “the politics of personal destruction,” then handed the baby off to the media to raise after the President abused his power and the Oval Office.

The issue to those on the Right wasn’t so much that The President of The United States manipulated a young woman into masturbating with a cigar in the Oval Office. The issue was that The President of The United States lied to a grand jury about it–and if you will lie about having a walking humidor in the Oval Office, you will lie about everything.

The media’s “Rosemary’s Baby” then spoke to the American people in Network coos and Hollywood giggles that when translated all said the same thing: “It’s just sex, everyone does it. Here, look what our donor pornographer Larry Flint and a bunch of Private-Dicks found out about Republican penis in DC.”

Righteous Indignation is a history map of how we got a media so corrupt and one-sided, who started it, who funds it, and how people like Arianna Huffington will change their whole world view on a dime just to be invited to the party. But more importantly, Mr. Breitbart’s book does something most books about culture and politics don’t — it tells us how to go about defeating the Democratic-Media Complex.

Mr. Breitbart points out that Hollywood is more important than Washington; taking the fight into the octagon of pop-culture is more effective than shadow boxing up the steps of D.C. to get a billed signed because popular culture is where the narrative is set. The Right may own the facts, but with the networks and Hollywood in their corner, the Left wrestles the facts away and never lets the truth get in the way of a good story. Mr. Breitbart points to a perfect example of this; Clarence Thomas received a “high-tech lynching” for supposedly mentioning a pubic hair on a Coke can while Clinton got a pass in the media for sexual harassment in the workplace.

The book begins like a novella of Animal House written by Carl Hiaasen, covering Mr. Breitbart’s early days; bad grades, heavy drinking, gambling, girl chasing and working as delivery boy in a car with only an AM radio; where his transformation from feeling like a liberal to thinking like a conservative began. It’s only after his conversion at the hands of Rush Limbaugh that the nonsense ended, because Mr. Breitbart is at war with the Democrat-Media Complex.

He’s not looking to the UN or France for help, and he’s not “The Dude,” he is Neo looking for regime change in a biased Matrix.

Mohandas Gandhi was imprisoned in 1922, 1930, 1933 and 1942. He went on a hunger strike. But because of Gandhi’s stature around the world, British authorities were loath to allow him to die in their custody.

—–

Potti Sriramulu was an Indian revolutionary. He became famous for undertaking a fast-unto-death for achieving the Andhra State and losing his life in the process. His sacrifice became instrumental in the linguistic re-organization of states. In the early 20th century suffragettes frequently endured hunger strikes in British prisons. In October 1920, Irish Republicans Lord Mayor of Cork, Terence MacSwiney, died on a hunger strike in Brixton prison. In 2008 six Tibetan hunger strikers, mostly monks, were taken to hospital by police when they reached a critical situation from their hunger strike over Chinese occupation.

Now in 2011 the musician Moby, who makes sounds come out of a Mac, got together with MoveOn.org to help him with the release of his new album Destroyed by staging a fast and releasing the album’s first video.

Moby’s dishonest and capitalistic reason for this publicity stunt/fast, (juicing in his New York City loft) is that Republicans had to craft a spending budget because the Democrats refused to do their job last year during an election season. He doesn’t like the outcome, and has CD’s to sell.

Moby’s narcissistic exploitation is a perfect example of how the left owns the narrative in popular culture by not letting the facts get in the way of a fictionalized story. What’s worse about this Hollywood stunt is that Moby has asked everyone and anyone who breathes in unchecked popular culture via the Internet to participate in something that can be very dangerous.

Historically a hunger strike is a method of non-violent resistance which participants fast as an act of protest, or to provoke feelings of guilt in others. The only feelings of guilt to be had should come from Moby for this shameless act of self-promotion in anticipation of his May 17th album release.

The Guinness Book of Records lists the world record in hunger strike (without forced feeding) as 94 days. Reinforcing the growth of the state, runs contrary to what artist should be about, which is challenging conformity. But if what Moby wants to see more money taken from Americans and given to government then so be it. I challenge him to stand by this hunger strike and beat the Guinness Book of Records.

Hollywood loves war, it is their glory. War lines the pockets of Hollywood liberals while giving them a forum to moralize their position at the cost of box office totals. And war is what most Hollywood lefties turn to when they dream of marching the streets with blood made of sugar-water and red-dye number three on their phony hands.

In 2002 a group of Hollywood stars met to discuss ways to protest the war in Iraq. The meeting took place in a private swanky home, only an hour or so after President Bush took to the airwaves to announce the commencement of the military conflict.

The group — called themselves Artists United to Win Without War — with merry huckster members Susan Sarandon, Ethan Hawke and Jessica Lange speaking out from the east coast. The Grand Poobah of this rank and file of brilliant geopolitical-analysts was none other than Rob Reiner. The rest of the troops were made up by Sally Field, Blythe Danner, Christine Lahti and husband Thomas Schlamme (director of The West Wing), MASH star Mike Farrell, Dharma & Greg’s Mimi Kennedy, Bradley Whitford and then wife Jane Kaczmarek, writer/director Audrey Wells, producer Robert Greenwald, actress Fionnula Flanagan, TV stars Lindsay Wagner, Daniel Benzali, Sharon Lawrence, David Clennon and rising star Troy Garity, the son of Jane Fonda and Tom Hayden. (This group has grown to over 140 members.) It was announced at the event that the Barbra Streisand Foundation was donating $5,000 to keep the group going. I assume the donation was for the Russian beluga and Crystal served to these wealthy Democrats by the Venezuelan help on loan from Hugo Chavez.

It is in the very heart of Hollywood, as misguided and self-serving as it is, to march in the streets, to make movies about their positions, and to yell like banshees: “War is not the answer!” The problem with Hollywood celebrities shouting anti-war babble is their inability to ask the question, “Without war, where would Hollywood be?”

Make no mistake, Libya is a war. It is the same war as the one fought in Iraq and Afghanistan. When you break something, bomb something, or kill someone it is war — and you own it. Libya is the next phase of the same war. This triptych wars first brush stroke came in 2002 at the hands of President Bush because he knew something the left could not grasp: people everywhere want to be free of oppression first and foremost. That spirit of wanting to be free has now spread like a holy fire throughout the Middle East and into the lap of Hollywood liberals who now sit in silence.

Hollywood’s ruling class of totalitarian liberals cannot choose which war they protest simply because the soft-bigotry-of-low-expectations has put their man in office and the world has now placed him behind the gun. If Hollywood groups like Artists United to Win Without War want to be taken seriously and respected for their anti-war positions they must be consistent. They cannot say this war in Libya is humanitarian. After all, Kurds were being slaughtered in Iraq and women had been treated like animals for hundreds of years in Afghanistan. Hollywood cannot choose what war kills people and what war saves people. Because all war does that, that is its purpose.

Without war Hollywood has no stories to tell, no actors to play pretend hero, and no special effects to blow up balsa-wood worlds. Without war Hollywood liberals have nothing left to fight, and when liberals have nothing left to fight, they have a hard time finding something to live for. Peace is the mirror that walks in front of them that they dread so much. They need war to say, “We are better than that which we do not understand.”

Today, the only group of anti-war Hollywood liberals meeting to discuss the war in Libya are those looking for an angle on how to produce pro-war movies in the name of Commander and Chief Barack Obama. When war breaks out and Democrats are in the White House, Hollywood liberals become warmongers by remaining silent to a cause they acted so passionate about when Bush was in office.

If there is a line to get into hell the man standing at the front is author and habitual literary-prevaricator James Frey. Frey, one of those writers who in their misguided youth got hooked on drugs, stole things, got in fights, went to jail and then wrote an autobiography about it. His was titled, “A Million Little Pieces.” Problem is, most of his story was made up and Oprah’s book club busted him for it.

Meet James Frey

What’s a shameless author to do to get back into the good graces of the New York literary world while hoping to conjure up a Hollywood movie deal? Offer a sacrifice to their godless imagination in the form of a new novel entitled, The Final Testament of the Holy Bible, staring Jesus, an alcoholic bachelor who sleeps with prostitutes and marries gay couples. The other gimmick placed atop Mr. Frey’s inane offering is a limited U.S. print run of 10,000 slip-cased leatherette copies, as well as 1,000 collector’s editions signed and numbered by the author.

Mr. Frey said in a 2008 interview the book is his “idea of what the Messiah would be like if he were walking the streets of New York today.” His Jesus — or Ben Jones – is apparently a drunk who impregnates a prostitute, smokes pot and fools around with men. “It doesn’t matter how or who you love. I don’t believe the messiah would condemn gay men and women,” Frey said. Judas, meanwhile, would be the “same as he was two thousand years ago”, a “selfish man who thinks of himself before the good of humanity, who values money more than love.”

A writer should only write about what he knows; yet Mr. Frey clearly sees himself as the Messiah in the spinning of his yarn. Though upon a closer examination of the author’s choices in life, and the release of this gimmicky offensive novel, exposes Mr. Frey as being more in the vain of Judas, a “selfish man who thinks of himself before the good of humanity, who values money more than love.”

Only those shrouded in the pop-culture-ruling-class applaud artist as groundbreaking when they pee on Jesus, paint him with elephant dung or depict him in a novel as a typical liberal living in the West Village. However, those who have more respect for people’s faith simply find this sort of art cowardly and uninspired, created by artists who see the media spotlight as their ticket to a worldly heaven.

At some point in a writer’s life one must decide whether he’s hanging on the cross for his work, or pounding in the nails. With Mr. Frey’s latest book, he’s clearly chosen a nail gun and aimed it at Christians. It’s not even a brave literary choice. If Mr. Frey really wanted to be edgy and expose a burden in today’s society, he would have written a novel about Muhammad the cab driver in a post 9/11 New York seeking peace by contemplating a conversion to Christianity.

In May of 1994, I walked into a Hollywood chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous for the first time; while waiting for the meeting to begin I watched as an Academy Award-wining actor swept the floor. It was his humbling little task. It’s what kept him sober, he told me. I haven’t had a drink since. For that I am truly grateful.

In 2002 I walk out of my last AA meeting because the culture of recovery in Hollywood had changed. It had become a production of hip, slick, and cool. It had lost its shame. Hollywood sent recovery into the mainstream by putting a camera in the room, and turning the shame of hitting your bottom into a chance to be seen on TV.

When realty shows like “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” put a camera on an addict, it rewards them for bad behavior and puts off the chance at solid recovery. (Dr. Drew himself calls it a media intervention.) But it’s the financial rewards of Nielsen ratings that are helping to slowly kill actors like Charlie Sheen.

Hollywood paparazzi and media outlets flood the public with the comings and goings of troubled souls like Lindsay Lohan, plastering her image everywhere like a car crash you can’t stop rubber necking. Young actors in Hollywood and the MTV crowd see this stupid behavior and the limelight that goes with it and say to each other, “That doesn’t seem so bad. Let’s party.” It’s within that mode of exposure that the addict get’s lost inside the lens of Entertainment Tonight. Most addicts are at some level narcissist. Couple that with being an actor, and you have Siamese twins gazing blood shot into a reflecting pool of flash bulbs.

Hollywood’s long lists of addicts are simply egomaniacs with low self-esteem. However, once the actor/addict gets sober, most are just not that interesting in public and the media looses interest. The upside of this personal discovery are people like Robert Downey Jr.; who has flourished as a performer and person since he really “got it.”

A troubling new trend has taken hold of Hollywood’s production of addiction. The mixture of reality TV and recovery, taking regular people in deep despair and shining a light on their fall from grace so shoes and sugar-coated-cereal can be sold at commercial breaks.

One such show currently playing on The Learning Channel is, “My Strange Addiction.” In one episode the camera follows a young woman who is addicted to eating couch cushions, that’s right, couch cushions. The camera followers her through her day while she snacks on small bits of yellow foam, kept hidden in her handbag. A family member confronts her and they send her for a free therapy session with a doctor who asks, “So how old were you when your father left?”

There’s no follow up that proves handling her addiction on camera is helpful, so for all we know as viewers, she may be halfway through the living room furniture while waiting for the cameras to return so she can get motivated to do something more about her addiction.

It doesn’t matter what the addict is addicted to, it all acts out in the same way, the endless craving for more. For some, Hollywood has made that endless craving all about the fix of getting more media to cover their own demise.

Shame used to be that place where a person openly cowers in passive emotion while being in a public place. Now with the production of recovery in Hollywood, hair and makeup is put on a person’s shame before they smile for the camera and say, “Look Grandma I’m on TV. Can you Paypal me some money?”

There is no right or wrong way to get sober. There is only the quiet reach of the person who digs within for sobriety because they want it, not because they need it, and not because they want to be on TV. Capturing footage of that process for profit is something only Hollywood could tell the public is good for all involved.

Somewhere deep inside Charlie Sheen is a humble man that desperately wants to get out and sweep the floor. But as long as Hollywood keeps him in the limelight for his deplorable behavior he won’t “get it.” And if he manages to die from his addiction he’ll end up like the rest, a t-shirt or coffee mug sold on the Sunset Strip… A movie of the week at best.

The 2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner recently hosted a dinner for the man who’s holding the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize winner in prison. The Hollywood community and their human rights lobby were oddly silent on this event. Could it be because Hope and Change has been placed over all those “Free Tibet” bumper stickers in Hollywood?

Most notably missing on the current subject of China’s human rights record is Richard Gere, a man who has championed the Tibetan people for years and one who I believe to be sincere in his cause. In 2008, Mr. Gere took to Washington and said this about the Bush administration and Tibet:

But the Bush administration was not silent on the subject and did more than just show the public where Tibet could be found on a map. In 2007 Bush hosted a very public event for the Dalai Lama (also a Nobel Peace Prize winner) and awarded him one of the highest U.S. honors and called on China to open talks with the exiled Tibetan spiritual leader whom Beijing reviles as a separatist.

In 2009 the current administration snubbed the Dalai Lama before Obama’s trip to Beijing, later holding a private meeting with the exiled leader in the Whitehouse Map Room away from the press and then sending his Holiness out the back door.

Hollywood activist like Richard Gere who only speak out on human rights when they’re able to position their cause through a prism of righteous indignation over a Republican administration and not governments in general, let more people die while they wait for their boogie man to return to the White House. What say you, Mr. Gere?

Every year we regular folk are blessed with wisdom from Hollywood’s elite: how to vote, worship, eat, what to drive, raise our kids, who in corporate America is making too much money, and who we should love and who we should hate. All while stars gorge themselves on private jets, third homes, and shaped tofu holiday dinners at 5-star resorts.

While we at Big Hollywood are quick to point out that celebrities can use their soapbox to do some good, but each time they open their mouth to tell us how to behave, they run the risk of losing the magic of their screen persona. So to help remind you who spoke up on behalf of “all people” this year, here is a rundown of the 10 most asshat celebrity comments of 2010:

———-

10. When Whoopi Goldberg went on O’Reilly to discuss her reason for walking off The View (i.e. plug her new book Is It Just Me?: Or is it nuts out there?”) rather than defend her position about the world having a “Muslim problem,” the two also touched on the issue of whether a Jewish kid or a Muslim kid is more likely to be bullied in the US because of his religion. O’Reilly had the facts but like most good, Hollywood liberals, Whoopi just said, “I don’t believe it.”

———-

9. Mel Gibson finds himself on the list for having a long history of racist rants, drunk or not. He gets an extra asshat mention for not checking for a wire when being honest in the face of a Russian.

———-

8. When Hollywood leftists cannibalize one another as if they were a bunch of Troglodytes forced into an out of control Kubrick film, it sends a spool-of-drool to my mouth like a Pavlovian dog. In April, Sigourney Weaver served up this little dish about her showbiz sister Kathryn Bigelow while in Brazil promoting Pocahontas… I mean Avatar. “Jim didn’t have breasts, and I think that was the reason,” she told told Folha Online, a Brazilian news site. “He should have taken home that Oscar.”

———-

7. After apologizing profusely throughout 2010 for grabbing Taylor Swift’s spotlight at the 2009 Grammys, Kanye West did an about face and complained that, after he dissed her onstage, he was disappointed that Taylor Swift “didn’t have my back.” Why would she have his back? He’s the one who humiliated her!

———-

6. After doing what all celebrity women who can’t maintain a healthy relationship do–buy a child–Sheryl Crow got back up on perch to tell Katie Couric about it for Glamour magazine last June. After Crow complained in the interview that Americans have become too blasé about politics and that nobody has taken to the streets to cause “a riot or a revolution,” Couric correctly pointed to the Tea Party as an example of modern day activism.

“What do you think of the Tea Party movement? Because that is the specific sort of group of people who would say we’re out there, we’re getting involved in the process…” asked Katie Couric.

“I appreciate the fact that those people are out there and that they are fired up,” responded Crow, before adding that Tea Partiers “haven’t educated themselves…they’re just pissed off.”

“My main concern is that [the Tea Party is] really fear-based,” said Crow, a cancer survivor and environmental activist. “What’s coming out of the Tea Party most often, especially if you go onto YouTube, and you see some of the interviews with these people who really don’t even know what the issues are, they’re just swept up in the fear of it and the anger of it.”

“They’re not sure what they’re angry at,” Crow continued. “[T]hey don’t understand what’s happening on Wall Street.”

This from a woman who every year tours the country in custom buses so people can hear music inspired by Eric Clapton, Don Henley, Owen Wilson, and Lance Armstrong.

———-

5. Gwyneth Paltrow said that losing her baby weight after the birth of her second child, son Moses, in 2006, was “by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done,” the Huffington Post reported on July 11. “It was really hanging on. It was not easy…but I really was seeing results so it motivated me to just work through it,” Paltrow said. She added that her celebrity trainer, Tracy Anderson, helped her lose the weight by having her work out for two hours a day. Two hours a day! I don’t know any mother with small children that have time or energy to work out for two hours a day. Oh, but it gets worse. Paltrow explains: “Every woman can make time–every woman–and you can do it with your baby in the room. There have been countless times where I’ve worked out with my kids crawling around all over the place. You just make it work, and if it’s important to you, it’ll be important to them.

———-

4. As reported by Hollywoodland, Ben Affleck on NPR said, “The banks shouldn’t — people shouldn’t make such a giant profit off just moving money back and forth. And CEOs’ pay shouldn’t be 200 times the average worker. It used to be nine times.”

NPR didn’t ask whether that sentiment about overpayment counts for movie stars that make $250,000 for simply showing up at a casino grand opening.

———-

3. When not backing homophobic and misogynistic rappers on their latest “art” and winning awards from the Gay and Lesbian Community, Pink is thinking about beating her unborn child. “It’s a great idea to spank your children!” And she’s not just talking about a light tap on the butt, either: “I think parents need to beat the crap out of their kids,” the 31-year-old pop star said to Access Hollywood. “Yes, I think the whole spanking and how it’s all gotten P.C. is just for the birds,” says Pink. Apparently Pink herself got paddled on the butt a time or two as a child by her dad. “Oh, he put me through a wall,” says Pink. “It’s the only reason I’m still here. It’s the only reason I’m still alive.” Thanks Dad.

———-

2. In her self-made YouTube PSA, Kathy Griffin reaches out to young gay teens the way tobacco companies hope today’s youth will bum a “fag,” light up, and pay their future bills. In it, Kathy sympathizes with gay kids stuck in a Bible-belt closet because of evil Republicans practicing trickle-down homophobia. Because Hollywood knows what’s best for everyone, Kathy also reminds us of how wrong Prop. 8 was and how the courts must overturn it. Laws only apply when they favor Hollywood’s agenda; when the law doesn’t and sides with the majority, Hollywood bullies everyone with a differing view. Days later, hosting VH1 Divas Salute the Troops, Griffin decided to bully Bristol Palin about here weight on “Dancing with the Stars,” shedding a light of shame on all young women who struggle with weight issues and don’t have access to personal trainers.

———-

1. Watching The Joy Behar Show on Headline News is akin to watching dead tuna dry in the sun–and the only thing that squashes this tuna melt more is when her guest is the man who inspired the term “jumping the shark.” I’m not sure what tank Henry Winkler’s been swimming in since he starred in that hit movie Heroes in 1977, but I wish he’d stayed there. Winkler, on the show to promote his children’s book that deals with dyslexia, felt the need to debase an American family that’s done nothing to him other than be different. In the clip, Winkler says this about Sarah Palin and her family: “I do know that she is the most articulate person in her family.” He and Joy then go to criticize Palin for living the good life they have enjoyed for many years.

The President and his clan are all tied-up-in-knots over not being able to raise taxes on those they deem rich. When Democrats don’t get their way they loose all rational thought like teen-girls suffering a case of front row “Bieber Fever.” This latest flood of emotions has left Democrats and Obama feeling as if they’ve been taken hostage by the GOP. So rather than just handing over pizza and soda to Republicans so they can feed their captors on the hill, I thought it more instructive to send them five of the best hostage films on DVD during this trying time.

“Dog Day Afternoon”: This Sidney Lumet film starring Al Pacino ranks as one of the best, and actually does comes with pizza and soda. When Sonny robs a bank to pay for his boyfriend’s sex change operation, things go horribly wrong and the first-time robber ends up with a bank full of hostages (Democrats).

This film is the perfect framework for Democrats to work their victim identity while trying to sneak in a pork-barrel project that gives members who lost in the last election a sex change before heading home for the holidays.

“Die Hard”: The first “Die Hard” film is also one of the best action films of all time and full of holiday hostages. Detective John McLane single-handedly saves a tower full of captives at his wife’s Christmas party from thirteen Euro-trash thieves trying to steel $640 million in bearer bonds.

Democrats will love this one because it’ll give them more ideas about robbing Wall Street to feed their base with food stamps and no income, no asset, home loans. It gives Republicans the chance to show Democrats what life would be like if they behaved like European socialist.

“Speed”: A great film that should have never had a sequel. A bus hurdling through Los Angeles unable to go below 55 mph or all the hostages go boom!

This is a Democrat favorite because of its earth-friendly-mass-transit theme and melting pot of Americans riding a bus while a disturbed white guy threatens their lives. In this film Democrats will most relate to the bus driver/hostages because they fight on the side of big unions to raise pay, health care benefits and pensions for government workers that make things go forward, backward, left, and right. Republicans hate this one because they drive cars.

“Misery”: “Misery” is one of the most eerie portrayals of forced captivity in a psychological hostage thriller. Famed author Paul Sheldon’s car drives off the road, and sweetie nurse Annie Wilkes (“his #1 fan”) takes him in. Anne, clearly off her meds hobbles her hostage to keep him from leaving.

Democrats will not identify with the hostage in this film because he’s rich, and writes books, not tax laws. However, “Misery” will send Republicans cringing at the memory of voting for Bush’s Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act, because the crazy bitch in this film has gone off her free meds and left them with a hobbled economy.

“Air Force One”: Bad guys know they’re in trouble when their target is played by Harrison Ford, not Will Smith, and their hostages are his wife and kids, not fellow Scientologist. In “Air Force One” President James Marshall (Ford) defeats Russian Terrorists mid-air, disarms a bomb, and exclaims, “Give me back my plane.”

This film is a Democratic wet dream because the terrorists are white Russians not Iranian Muslims holding their President hostage. Republicans relate to this one because they know Reagan would have sent missiles into Iran if they’d not let our hostages go 20 minutes after Jimmy Carter left for Palestine.

So if you open your door this holiday season and spot miserable carolers getting out of a bus shouting, “Attica, Attica, Attica!” instead of singing “Silent Night, Holly Night,” you know Democrats have been set free from the Republican tower and they’ve come to say “Give me back my money!”

When overweight girls start committing suicide will Kathy Griffith stop bullying them in the name of comedy? Only in liberal Hollywood can someone as washed up and discarded by her own personal life be considered a human with a moral cause.

When overweight girls start committing suicide, will Kathy Griffin stop bullying them? Only in liberal Hollywood can someone as washed up and discarded by her own personal life be considered someone with a sense of morality and cause. Because her next paycheck is dependant on Leftists, including and especially those Leftists in the gay community, following her from tramp-show to drag-show, Kathy Griffin feeds them what she thinks Leftists want, a steady diet of hate. Hate of anyone who doesn’t see the world through a rainbow prism of race, gender and left-wing politics.

In her self-made PSA below, Kathy’s reaches out to young gay teens the way tobacco companies hope today’s youth will bum a “fag,” light up, and pay their future bills. In it, Kathy sympathizes with gay kids stuck in a Bible-belt closet because of evil Republicans practicing trickle-down homophobia. Because Hollywood knows what’s best for everyone, Kathy also reminds us of how wrong Prop 8. was, and how the courts must overturn it. Laws only apply when they favor the Hollywood’s agenda, and when the law doesn’t and sides with the majority, Hollywood bullies everyone with a differing view. The only poetic justice in the clip is when she admits, “As you know, officially I’m not a parent.”

—–

Leftist Hollywood shows open contempt for those who don’t tow the liberal line. They dismiss all others as dumb, foolish, evil, or just fat. I’m baffled by straight celebrities such as Kathy Griffin who take up gay causes in the name of moral equality while making a buck off keeping their base fat with hate and the exact same kind of bullying.

I applaud anyone, even Kathy Griffin, for wanting to help today’s youth make it through what has become an increasingly difficult world. But you can’t take the noose off one group people and place it around the neck of another just because you feel the way they live is wrong.

That’s just being a bully, Kathy.
