Janeane Garafolo says the tea parties were a gathering of racists.
Strange, that these racists would welcome a black man to speak at their racist gathering at the state capital.
I wasn’t expecting to speak, I just went up to get some footage for PJTV, but the organizer of the Tea Party found out I was there, and requested I come up and say a few words. How racist!!!
If you’re a right winger and are tired of the media painting you as racist, spread this vid and watch the left downplay it and expose themselves even more as the true racists!

You're missing the point. Jeanine understands more about being black than you could ever hope to. Seriously, how hard a concept is that to grasp? Liberals only care about your well-being. I just had one tell me the other day that being black was a disability that had to be overcome (so we should give them whatever they need to succeed).

Hah, I ended up speaking at my tea-party, too. Some kids from my college were supposed to speak, but they never showed up. I didn't realize why they were asking for reps from my University and told them I went there. So they asked me to speak. I haven't done public speaking since Senior year HS. God, it even wound up on youtube, which was cool cause then my family got to see.
Nothing major, just spreading the hope that despite the bias, despite the profs, students are beginning to wake up to reality.

Leftists love conservative minorities because they think they can really speak their minds about people of color then. That's when you see their true face. Because honestly, if they weren't racist, why is it that they have such an arsenal of hate words to throw at people like Michelle Malkin or Michael Steele? Why would they say those things to any person unless that's what's really in their hearts?
The only reason you don't see more minorities at tea parties is many of them haven't realized the tea parties are not political or right wing. They are about people being sick of the lies.

Not to take anything away from Alfonzo, but he was not the only black man to speak at a tea party event. Alan Keyes was the keynote speaker at the Pittsburgh Tea Party. I'm sure there were others besides.
(And I don't care whether you like Keyes or not. If you were going to pipe up about that, you're no different from your average liberal who can't follow an argument. The relevant fact here is that Alan Keyes is black.)
Truth be told, Blacks, Latinos, and Asians hold conservative views. I am not sure why people of color blindly support the democrats. They really don't care about us. They just need us to achieve and maintain power. The same could also be said about Republicans and the social conservatives.

I was there watching you making that impromptu speech to 10,000 people in SacTown. (Without a TelePrompter I might add.) When you were finished, I tried for over 30 minutes to find you in the crowd over by the PJTV truck, to have a photo taken with you and my little guys.
It was impossible to find you through that crowd.

I'm so tired of being called a racist when I am anything but. I responded to an Austin American Statesman letter to the editor questioning why their were no black people in the photos of our Austin Tea Party.
In response to Mr.Schwarz's Letter to the Editor questioning why he saw no black tea party protestors in the photos, the fact that over 90% of black voters voted for President Obama's vision of big government should be a huge clue why most did not join our anti-big government protest. I'm tired of being called a racist because I believe in a small and limited government. Insinuating that we are racists is a juvenile tactic aimed at lobbing insults without addressing the facts. However, please ask a black conservative how they are treated by both black and white liberals. They are condescendingly called Uncle Toms and/or victims of Stockholm Syndrome and ridiculed for their political ideology. You can't beat us into submission anymore by using the "R" word because we now know it's just the liberal's favorite argument to conservatives: "Shut Up!"
When you stack it up the Democratic Party’s positions on race relations are atrocious even when they are supposedly helping them. Want to confuse a democrat ask them how come HUD housing projects are not segregated. If they try to tell you only minorities are poor explain that according to the census welfare recipients are 40% white, 40% African American, and 20% Hispanic and other. Ask them why a HUD housing project is not forced to be Black White Black White Other. Listening to them give the reasons why this should not happen from violence to riots to whatever will be one of the funniest things you'll hear. Trust me though the liberal will never agree to simply apply the segregation.

Funny how I haven't seen much in the way of pictures coming from the T party in Atlanta. I saw quite a many ppl of all ethniticities there. True, it was mostly white, but there were plenty of Latinos, and Blacks, too. The crowd was HUGE! There were people lined up for 5 blocks, and well over 20 thousand, no matter what the media says.Oh yeah, ZO ROCKS!

Basically, if you spent one million dollars a day every day since Jesus was born, you'd still would have spent less than congress just did.

I got an answer that Ronnuy somehow gave us a great economy! and that many economists dislike heavy spending. I will thus stick with the nobelo economists, Krugman and Steiglitz, who maintain that not spending will not do anything. Tax cuts have been tried. they have not worked.

Frankly, I think middle class blacks are in a difficult position. Like most of us before we caught on to the media being just the Mouthpiece of the Democratic Party, they believe what they read in the various news outlets. I've thought for a long time that Middle Class blacks are afraid if they leave the liberal plantation, they won't be welcome in white society. Their history is one of not trusting us and the Lefties have played on that like a double stringed harp. Plus, they see what is done to those who stray off the liberal plantation by their fellow blacks (Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton) and by the mainly white media (the treatment of Clarence Thomas, Condoleeza Rice).

you are absoluteley correct in your assetion; minorities exist for two reasons- one they are easy to control, just throw money and cheap drugs at them, and two, collectivist policies need a core constituency. So, it's better to keep them poor and stacked on top of each other with easy access to meth or crack because that way you have a reliable Democratic district rather that preach individual responsibility and complete equality with a shred stake in the American dream. Nothing is more 'racist' than that…
In Jackson, Mississippi the opening speaker at our Tea Party was black. Two of our seven speakers were black and got the best response of any of the speakers from the "racist" audience.

I think that a lot of people here have touched on something about liberals that I find disturbing and I really don't understand it. Why must I have a quota system for my friends? How did America get to this point? I have actually had a liberal try to "expose" me by making a point of introducing me to gay people, and explaining that I taught Sunday school. As if I were some kind of mutant, and I wouldn't like these people once I found out they were not exactly like me. What do these people have against individuals? Why can't a black, gay, hispanic man/woman want less taxes?

The part of Texas I'm from has been voting Democrat for at least 50 yrs and I can't really say that things have improved for people much down there. Anyone wanting to make a better life for themselves leaves that area and never goes back.
