The casting of Robert Montgomery (1904--1981) in They Were Expendable was uncommonly appropriate. The suave, handsome actor made his name in debonair romantic comedies throughout the 1930s, but like John Ford he didn't wait until America was dragged into war before enlisting. In 1940, fired up by the...

Yeah, I pledge MY allegiance to this country, not to anyone person. Im nauseated.
I agree with your concerns over big government.
But, then, are you saying that President Bush should not have increased the government vis a vis Homeland Security?
And the ONLY reason I tend to believe legalizing prostitution might be a good idea is for tax purposes… Those girls would finally have to pay their share like the rest of us (except Geithner)
His movies and TV shows are easy to avoid, he plays the same character in all of them. Uhhh duhhh…dude, where’s my car?…uhhh duhh.
Absolutely fabulous! I couldn’t agree more…
Wow. Well done. Well done indeed.
Nice work ‘Zo.
Man..there is hope in the world. I’m not alone!
Good stuff!
You should go on Red Eye! Gutfield, if you are reading this, get on it!
Well said. Exactly what I thought – why wait until now?
You are awesome.
As for freedoms, you are completely wrong. They have done more to curtail our freedoms than to ensure our safety. You think we are safe when Bush can’t even stop the flow of illegals???? That alone not only negatively affects our physical safety, but has dragged down our economy jeopardizing our economic safety.
Read “The Creature from Jekyll Island.” ALL of this about bailouts is really set at a level higher than the President – the Federal Reserve.
Government makes tons of UNTRACABLE money from the illegal drug trade. They fund illegal programs that way.
freakin.. awesome. I love you, man… keep it up.
Zo, as always, amazing stuff, man! Voice of fact, reason and logic indeed.
Historybuff, of all of President Bush’s loo-hoo-hoo-dicrous (sorry, just watched last night’s Scrubs episodes this morning) federal government increases, at least Homeland Security had a strong basis in the Constitution — provide for the common defense and all. If only the powers-that-be wouldn’t hamper DHS and let them police the borders without both hands tied behind their backs, but that’s a different story.
Another masterpiece! I wish Alfonzo was the Chairman of the RNC. Hopefully the future will only lead to bigger and better projects. Long live Big Hollywood and MachoSauce!!
Excellent. I agree with Dan-o. Red-Eye would be a perfect fit for this guy. C’mon Greg, get busy.
Who watched Ashton? I think it is better to clean a public restroom for free than watching this guy. Oops, maybe he can be punked by monkeys. How old is he? 14? Oh yeah he is because we can tell by his behavior and the way he speaks.
I should have known it would take Alonzo Rachel to get me to finally make a “pledge”.
But then now I’m thinking that was just too easy.
I pledge to challenge myself by adding a celebrity a day that I will no longer pay attention to for the next 30 days.
Thanks for the start up Zo! Yer the best!
I was skeptical at first, he won me over, loved it
You know ‘Zo.. I want to thank you big time.. now I have some arguments to give to my wife (no, it won’t go into fightin!, just political debates
) who even ran for as a libertarian for a State govt. slot…
Got tired of the libertarian groups trying to call for her, they’d get me on the phone and find it necessary to try to convert me over from being a Conservative to being a Libertarian with promises of “shrinking govt.”
Boycott Ashton Kutcher movies? Now there’s a boycott you don’t have to be a wingtard to enjoy.
Count me in!
I’m not “into” younger men. But if I was and a random thought of frolicking in the Twilight or Across the Universe were to invade my psyche, my fantasy would dictate that he at least be smart enough to follow directions…
In a perfect world, Fox would give you your own show, exactly as you do your youtube vids (assuming you could keep quality and originality up on daily basis).
[...] Big Hollywood, he’s shooting fish in a barrel. But darned if he didn’t hit every [...]
I can’t say I agree with you about drug prohibition, Alonzo, but you’re still the man.
I used to be a libertarian. But their absurd definition of separation of church and state, first, and their silly belief in an impossible isolationist foreign policy, second, are what led me to become conservative. That, and their seeming ignorance of most of history.
My natural inclination was always to avoid Ashton Kutcher “films.” Avoid can easily become boycott! Fight on!

I believe we have achieved the “best of both worlds”. We eliminated a tyrannical dictator who buried his own people by the hundreds of thousands. We stopped his sons from raping at will any school girl of their choosing. Abu Garib was a creation of Saddam’s, torture rooms included. They did more than humiliate their captives. And we have not been attacked since 9/11. I do not find that a disconnected coincidence. As far the Israeli’s killing school children. If you are a conservative you must believe in personal responsibility. If they hide out and shoot from schools and churchs while they are occupied with non-combatants then they are responsible for the deaths that occur. But it seems to have achieved the results they were willing to risk said lives for, manipulating your reality.
Amen! A voice of reason amidst liberal insanity. Thank you. Thank you.
Zo, I enjoy all your videos. Fox News would be blessed to have you join their roster.
I too thought of Red Eye first, but I think you might fit better as a weekly video rant on Hannity’s TV show like Dennis Miller used to do. By better, I mean more exposure for you and more viewers to benefit from your cheerful conservatism.
Keep the videos coming. Thank you, Zo!
Zo/Palin 2012
Wait… This is very confusing. This is an American black man that is not worshiping Obama. What’s happening in this country when a black man uses common sense and doesn’t jump on the Obama soultrain? Who does he think he is supporting a whitie president more than a brother? What is most confusing to me is that Demi Moore is white and she’s cougaring Ashton Kutcher who also happens to be white… Did anyone inform Demi that Black guys are the way to go now for all women… that any guy with color in his skin is way better than some skinny white boy? Someone get Demi a People magazine and educate her on the newest trends for white women. She’s behind the times, and we have to keep fighting to breed out the whites in this country. GO OBAMA!!!
Alfonso’s not gonna make into Obama’s new social military if he doesn’t get with the program. Iran, the Taliban, and most of the terrorists love us now all because of Obama. Obama is a god!!!
A plausible Fox News format for Alonzo would be something like Miller Time on The O’Reilley Factor. It’s ostensibly an interview, but mostly it’s just an opportunity for Dennis Miller to rant, which is the real entertainment, not O’Reilley’s pace-breaking interjections or butchering of Miller’s references.
Something like that. Porting the video monologues over with minimal changes.
I hear ya Alfonzo. Perhaps psychologists will find a name for the entitlement syndrome that is sweeping the nation. These people are proving that if you play the victim long enough someone will be willing to assume the role of victimizer. Enter the government…stage left. What these people don’t realize is that they are not getting something for nothing. They are in reality selling their freedom.
Has Ashton ever really make any “films” worth watching? I LOVE all your posts, keep up the fantastic work. Annoy Hollywood- think for yourself!
i’m a recovering liberal and i ADORE you! have followed you for several months. please run for office!!!
You inspire me! Love your passion!
I agree. Ashton Kutcher is a no-talent jacka$$ who couldn’t act his way out of a community theater play. Worse still is the fact that Nikon, manufacturers of arguably the best camera equipment around, chose that bozo to be a spokes-dork for them. One question in cinema persists: who is worse Ashton Kutcher or Adam Sandler? Critics will debate this for generations.
Great stuff! Only issue is that the 50% divorce rate thing is a myth according to Michael Medved. Otherwise, great post. Please keep getting the word out, or “spreading your hate.” I look forward to more posts!
Hate to say it, but A Lot Like Love continues to be the best generic rom-com of the past few years.

I LOVE YOU! Just so you know. you are one talented man. Keep it up!
Yeah, I pledge to STOP WORKING TO SAVE ENERGY.
I’m GREEN AND ready to become one of the MANY to be taken care of by the few and ALL those bleeding Heart Hollywierd liberals.
Ashton? Where’s my check?
E-mail me, I’ll tell you where to PUT IT!
Um, Mr.Sauce (is that right?) I’m a Christian Conservative Republican too. As a Lutheran, I think I may be more of a minority than you (contextually speaking). My church actually thinks Hamas is a community organization.
I’ve watched several of your presentations (rants?), and all I can say is DAMN! You are the most sane person I have listened to in waaaay too long a time.
Thank you for your declarations. You are proving so many points, chief among them that group think is not required, and unique voices most certainly are. Don’t stop. Please. We need you.
Kermit
Say it baby! You get it.
Keep Bringing it Son!! I just got my Macho Sause T-shirt. I love it. Everybody go out and get yours too. Let’s support our Christian Conservatve Brother who’s on the front line.
“I wish to have no connection with any ship that does not sail fast; for I intend to go in harm’s way”.
(John Paul Jones 1778, father of the modern U.S. Navy)
funny critique of that silly kutcher vid and it’s circular logic. but then after bashing circular logic you dove into it feet first yourself. “Legal drugs will mean big gov’t programs for addiciton” ? “legal prostitution will mean more government funded abortions”? ridiculous. worry about what’s right first. your body = your right to get stoned and shag for cash. keeping the gov out of the freedom AND the responsibility is where the fights at.
AMEN!!! From CT over here, catholic conservative republican, surrounded by liberals who think Obama is going to save the world, and people who think Bush was the worst President to date. It is nice to see a younger American with my views, at least I know I am not alone. Obama scares me, I have said it from the start, I dont like him or his regime. People are so naive and influenced by the liberal media to all believe that McCain and Palin are idiots and that Bush was the worst President to ever serve when that is far from correct. Bush kept us safe, and we had to be in the Middle East. Obama is going to make some changes, and people will eventually realize the mistake they have all made. Calling it right now, there is something about Obama I do not trust. I dont feel safe with him in office, and I wont feel safe until he is out. Keep preaching the truth, you are like a breath of fresh air man
Great video Alfonso – god bless you leading our youth to abundance, prosperity and pride.
Christian Conservative Republican – in that order, baby!
You’d be good on Red Eye. Greg Gutfeld? Get working on that!
I LOVED this! Thank you, Mr Rachel, for your common sense and for speaking the truth.
I have known so many people who spout the ‘legalize drugs and prostitution’ argument. Heck, my stepdad used to say it all the time. Just for the tax purposes he said.
But like you said, that would just mean way more government so how is that good???

You rock !!! Great post !!!
First of all, I would like to state that I am neither a liberal or a conservative, however I am a man of God and tend to side with the right for the most part. That being said, I’d like you to please think about what I’m saying, as I think this might be very beneficial for what almost seems like the anger you seem to be harboring.
Now, I’m just going to point out a few things here, even though I could go on for quite some time. I just think that ultimately this video is more of a turn off than anything towards the right. First off, you’re talking about Will Smith, a decent human being, as if he was handed his fame and fortune, as if all the hard work that he did to attain his fame had nothing to do with anything.
So he’s proud to be an American for the first time? Who isn’t? You can say everything you want to about George Bush keeping this country safe for the past 8 years, but when it boils down to it, we’ve been far less safe and more economically unstable than ever before. 9-11 happened on his watch, how can you say he’s keeping us safe when one of the largest terrorist attacks of all time happened on his watch?
I’m actually glad that we have Obama as president now. I disagree with him on a few minor points, but for the most part he is much more articulate than George Bush ever was. I was just listening to a speech Obama was giving where he actually mentioned respect 12 times in twenty minutes when commenting about his attitude towards the middle east. I don’t understand why it is such a hard concept for people to grasp, that aggression towards others only brings out more hatred.
For once we have a president who is talking about negotiations and trying to reach middle grounds. And as far as you saying that all these Hollywood celebrities have been wasting time, the same could be said about you wasting time editing that video together. It’s not as if the right doesn’t send out just as many fliers and propaganda as the left. You need to see that before you’re sucked in just as bad as they are.
Why do so many Christians spend so much time protesting abortions and concerts of heavy metal when they could be spending their time helping the community? It’s the exact same concept as you are professing, and I only point this out to make you wiser. The more you can see from the enemies perspective the more understanding you will truly have of the situation. Please try not to be so narrow minded, for you are making a bad example for the rest of us God loving people to live our lives truly caring about EVERYONE.
THIS MAN IS A GENIUS! A true conservative artist.
“You know what? I could’ve killed you” funniest line I’ve heard all month.
Interesting fact:
Kutcher’s IQ and Demi Moore’s bra size?
Same number.
Before she got the implants, that is.
Want to learn more about how Kutcher’s IQ is related to human anatomy?
Go to your local library and read all about it.
Sam Hillis:
I was just listening to a speech Obama was giving where he actually mentioned respect 12 times in twenty minutes when commenting about his attitude towards the middle east.
If Obama really respects the middle east [sic], and he really wants to show it,
clap your hands, he would have mentioned respect 37 times (or 40 times if you round up to the nearest 10)in twenty minutes. What’s up with only 12 times? That’s not even a baker’s dozen.[...] And it looks like ‘Zo. [...]
Jindal/Rachel 2012!
On the order of ‘not trusting Obama’, I have the opinion that he is a perfect candidate for the Anti-Christ that we have all been warned of…think and pray about it…
Been a fan for a long time and am glad to see I have a great portal now to get your vids…….Thank you Andrew for including Black and White on the Grey for those that don’t know and those that want to keep knowing….
After my initial post, I scrolled up a bit and saw a post by SAM HILLIS…..
WOW! You are a short minded (fill in the blank). I read many blogs and posts and normally pass over the kool aid mantra crap due to the fact that many like you are just unable to think outside fo your collective mindsets.
With all of that being said, I only wanted to respond to your question of, “So he’s proud to be an American for the first time? Who isn’t?’…..hey sparky, MANY OF US ARE PROUD TO BE AMERICANS NOW JUST LIKE OTHER TIMES IN OUR PASTS….
Your boy Barry is not the start of pride….got it?
I was raised as a Military Brat. I lived in Berlin Germany as a kid during the 80’s while the wall was still up. 300-400 yards out my bedroom window was the Berlin Wall with armed Russian Soldiers. I never gave it much thought then, and was definately not very deep mentally at that time. I recall a time though when a certain movie came out – “Rocky IV”. (For those that don’t remember this “stellar” movie; it was the one with the Russian Boxer “Drago”)
While this movie left much to be desired like most of the Rocky movies regarding deep content and/or acting…the theme was pretty clear.
There was a theatre for Americans on the Miltary Base and back then, the Star Spangled Banner was always played and everyone stood accordingly before every movie played. As we all did what was expected and then watched this movie (with real armed Russians surrounding our homes) the energy and pride began to build with every badly acted punch. The movie began to spark more and more cheering during the build up and eventually ended in a crescendo of screams and cheering like I’ve never witnessed before.
I recall walking out as people were smiling and strangers slapped each other on the back feeling (as a dumb preteen) my first clear and undeniable pride swell up in my heart and mind.
So when you ask who isn’t feeling proud to be an American for the “first time?” My answer to you pal is many of us. The same people who have believed in “Hope and Change” for a long LONG time before it became a popular T-Shirt slogan.
Shame on you.
god is dead
by the way, someone should shoot this Alfonzo homo in the head and rape his family
I love god
How does President Alonzo Rachel sound? This the REAL deal.
Jesus, how about I shoot you for being a REAL racist?
I have really enjoyed your youtube videos throughout the election. I really hope that you are able to get more exposure. I agree with everything that you have said. Keep up the good work!
Whoa, dude. Awesome. I have ADHD and usually can’t watch 10-minute videos. I’m cured!
The best thing about Machosauce is that no argument is left unanswered – which means there really is an answer for everything, because this guy has reached his conclusions via reason and respect. I’ve heard people spout the same ideas, but I get the idea they don’t REALLY understand what it is they’re saying. ‘Zo gets it.
in regards to the post left by SAM HILLIS: he’s right. he asked you to only listen to what he said with an open mind. he didn’t insult or demean any of you or your beliefs. the irony is that YOU all proved his point for him. your reaction to an honest post was anger and name-calling. is this middle school again? george w. bush didn’t keep us safe the past 8 years. he messed up everything he touched. he was the president with the shit-madras touch. he had all the info he needed to prevent 9/11, and he chose to ignore it. that isn’t keeping anyone safe, that’s just plain irresponsibility. he left this nation divided and in a shambles. i couldn’t care less if you don’t agree with me, because i’m right and history will prove me right. now i, too, am finally proud of my country for the first time in almost a decade. america is still the stalwart of democracy and we need to act in a manner that inspires others to negotiate and promote diplomacy. we cannot continue bullying other nations we don’t agree with. we cannot appoint ourselves world police. we will only further demonize ourselves internationally. we will make more enemies and inspire further radical terrorism and violence. i think president obama said it best when he offered america’s reaching out to any country willing to unclench its fist. there is no honor in shooting first and asking questions later (or not asking questions at all as bush’s administration was want to do.) diplomacy is a noble and honorable path and americans should rise above simple revenge as a motivation. think for yourselves. question authority.

This is a really good link that is similar to what Alfonzo posted, although not quite as animated.

to Sam Hillis, I have know idea what you think you are talking about. You need to just think before you talk. This country was founded on the ideals of Jesus Christ, our Lord and savior. How can you possibly want to destroy all of that on a whim by just changing to a president who doesn’t adhere strictly to the word of the lord? You just make no sense, I suggest you take a look at this link. It might make you think a little bit.

This guy is great!! when I first started posting my satire vids on YT (liberal media tube) I found this guy and fell head over heels!!!
The only think Kutcher’s done that impresses me is “Beauty and the Geek”. It showed “geeks” that they can be popular without changing who they are and showed beauties they can be smart and still be popular. Now that’s good TV. The rest of his stuff…not so much.
Love you Alphonso! Keep telling it like it is!
Maybe all of Americans are drug addicts?
God bless you and this is going on my blogspot.
