Alfonzo Rachel, raised in Southern California, is a musician, and martial artist. A Christian Conservative Republican who resorted to YouTube as a medium to promote “right minded ideas” with skits and rants. The original plan was to promote these ideas through music, but musicians typically lean to the left, and it was too hard to get players on board. Rachel founded Macho Sauce Productions to create music and movies to help break the spell Hollywood has over America. It’s fitting that his music project is called Twenty Pound Sledge.

Awesome man, totally completely awesome. You rock.
I’ve posted these videos on my blog, and they do, in fact, rock.
It’s such a coincidence… I was talking to my friend about Zo just this morning and she brought the videos up and said “why aren’t the Republicans putting this guy on the air all. the. time? He seems like he’s an angel sent from heaven for them…”
And I said, “I have no idea. He’s smart, funny, and obviously informed on the issues, but still has enough street cred to reach a new audience…”
Yay, Zo! I was wondering if you’d make an appearance here.

The GOP needs someone who can convey their message (once they figure out what it is…maybe they should talk to ‘Zo. He pretty much nailed it in this clip) someone with charisma, speaks in terms everyone can understand, entertains while he informs, someone “cool” (Obama and Democrats by and large have taught us nothing if not that a big chunk of America is stuck in a perpetual high school mentality where “cool” means everything and being “square” gets you nowhere fast) to connect with the people…
THIS MAN is THE man to do it. Serious. Young people (and the afore mentioned “cool is everything” segment of our society) would pay attention to this guy because he’s got IT. (Don’t ask me what IT is, all I know is, whenever I watch his stuff, I can’t stop until it’s done. I don’t stop laughing at most of his clips until ten minutes after they’re done, and I always feel like the core conservative priciples (as well as the rank hypocracy of the Dems and left) have been nailed perfectly and presented in a manner that anyone can dig on if they just think for a few minutes about what he had to say.
I’d buy a car from this man, an AMERICAN CAR from this man! (Just kidding, he’s as great a pitch man as conservatives are going to find out there, but there’s no way UAW or The Rapidly Shrinking Three are getting any more of my money.)
What am I saying? I’m saying we need more ‘Zo and less of what we’ve been riding the last six, seven years or so, because that old dog don’t hunt, and MachoSauce delivers.
Glad to see him back in action and a participant in this enterprise.

I have to agree with every single word posted from everyone elses co-in-mments. It makes me so sad to see how many black and hispanic people are duped into thinking liberals really care ab out them. They don’t want to see black people progress. They try and keep them down and then tell them it’s the “rich Republicans” fault so that they will forever have a base that will perpetually vote for them–and with Obama, they’ve managed to convince more hispanics than ever to cross over to their side. We need more “tell it like it really is” guys like Zo. I wish right now I was French because they say there are so many more descriptive words in that language–I can’t find the words to describe how great I think this guy is.

Thanks so MUCH! This man is stupendous!!! The Repubs (I was once a demo) are asleep at the wheel for not organizing, utilizing this heroic man. But they’d better be careful because the Obamanation haters are probably already readying their attacks. But he, and soon WE ALL will be too tough for them to succeed.
We absolutely need to organize to bring down these vulnerable MSM rags and TV fake “news” organizations which have served their demo compatriots so univerally. Their business/editorial models are ancient (60’s) history. Conservatives can recreate these falling rags into something the WHOLE COMMUNITY can relate to and support. Maybe a successful part would be Alonzo’s commentary in print and video online. So MUCH can be done! At our low point, here, I can feel our resurrection coming, which is ours to build . . . with heroes like Alonzo here to rebuild and create that which is new, energizing, uplifting, giving and Good for ALL in America and the world. I want to thank the creators of this site and Breitbart, too.
We need to target the big dailies and at least one of ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, NBC, PBS, and hundreds of smaller units out there. In one year, maybe 3-15 big dailies could be in civilized hands. Besides Fox we’ll need ABC or CBS, maybe even CNN. Relentless reduction of ad sales will collapse these failing enterprises, since ads sales are their lifeblood! They all are losing ad sales hugely, firing people to survive. W/o imagination they remain locked in service to their marxist god, losing market share steadily from bored liberals as well as most other readers.
It’s not on-line competition that’s killing the papers as much as it’s their bad product that hurts them. In their present state, our message can and will NEVER be presented. In Sacramento, the Sac Bee’s circulation steadily drops despite it’s monopoly. But . . all the small weeklies (w/o online presences) are roaring because they give positive voice to our community. Not like the Bee’s predictably dark-spirited political hacks. People like the Positive, like Alonzo.
Wrecked papers can be bought with their online units which can be made more interesting as these papers are reconnected to the people.
How have I not heard of Alfonzo before now? Great stuff!!

If you want more of Alfonzo, like I do, we need to change the Good Ol’ Boy network running the G.O.P. These gifts are presented to them time and time again and they manage to waste what they are given.
Case in point Sara Palin. Half of the established heads in the Republican Party hated here as much as the democrats did. She upset the status quo. She was a hick with a small school degree who hunts, fishes, and raises kids. What does she know about America?

Speaking as a happily married conservative Christian adult male, I can honestly say that I now have a man-crush for Alfonso Rachel.

As another Conservative republican male (Of Color), I have given up on trying to explain myself to black folks. All the things that Mr. Rachel said in his video have been said to my face and I just can’t care anymore.
The conclusion I have come to is a saying that I heard from EDS when Ross Peroit used to run it.
“Eagles don’t flock, You have to get them one at a time”
Mr. Rachel is an Eagle, both in the personal and the patriotic sense.
If the republican party is going to attract black or any other voters they will have to do it “one at a time”.

He is right about minorities. I have to tell you that most Hispanics I talk to vote democrat, yet they are conservative at home, are religious, and are sick of the immoral behavior portrayed on TV and movies that are suppose to be directed to kids.
I keep telling them, ‘Why do you vote democrat when they promote this stuff?’
They reply, ‘Oh, you’re Cuban so you’re already a republican by birth.’ Excuse me?! Yes I am a republican, but the party represents everything I live for and the freedoms I appreciate in this country.
The ones that seem to be living as if the democrat party represents them by birth-right is Hispanics and Blacks. The republican party does not need to pander to these groups. They need to espouse that their values are the values the republican party stands for.

I was hoping to see more of Alonzo after the elections. His is a voice that we need to reach so many people and open their minds to conservatism.
Yay! IMO, Alfonzo was one of the few bright spots for conservatives in the last election, along with the emergence of Sarah Palin and the realization that we need to dump the deadwood RINOs (McCain et al) STAT.

Alfonzo, that was one uplifting, truth-be-told rant! I am heartened by your honesty. I am completely heartened by the existence of this website. I’ve been starving to hear people like you, Alfonzo, and all like-minded people here. Sometimes I feel lost in this welfare state I live in now aptly called ILL-ANNOY, and believe me, we know, those who’ve run this state into the ground are on their way to do the same to our Country.

I had the true pleasure of seeing Zo’s videos a short while back, before the election, and was totally blown away by his intelligence and charisma. This man & his conservative message needs to be put in the forefront. The fact that he’s African American and young reaches far and wide. Conservatism DOES make sense. If only the message would get out & explained the way he does it, more and more people would see the light. God bless this man.

Way to go, ZO! Life is almost as bad for a white conservative blues musician such as myself as it is for black conservatives. I get funny looks and snide remarks occasionally and have lost some gigs due to my political leanings. I’m a little more guarded about my politics than I should be, but then again, your real friends won’t hold it against you for too long.
Music is all about the quality of the “conversation” between the artist and the audience. It doesn’t matter if the artist is black, white, or any other color. Just ask any musician. Kinda like being an American.

This guy just articulates exactly what I’m thinking on so many issues. I am a former Democrat who took a while to learn he fallacies of welfare and socialism.
