‘U.N. Me’ Sneak Peek: Iran Diplomat

Hope you enjoy … ”Iran Diplomat.”
I was granted an interview with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (totally serious). After waiting for several hours with our heavily armed security guard (also not kidding) at Ahmadinejad’s hotel, we were informed that the great leader was retiring early to bed. We were then given another diplomat to interview and that is when the hilarity ensued (for me, definitely not for him).

apparently when i referred to Individual liberties (using words like hum@n r!ghts) the system blocked me. Twice.
Now I have lost my mood to make a pithy post.
The mental calisthenics this diplomat goes through, reminds me of double speak. or blackwhite from 1984. It would hurt if it tried to do it without stretching first.

The UN is a fancy debate society that treats tinpot dictators the same as democratically elected leaders, lives in New York because no one else could, or would have them, mangles every key issue they handle, and is in love with it's own systemic corruption- indeed it considers that it's birthright.
Yet it is still oddly necessary. If it didn't exist it would have to created all over again.
Maybe THAT"s not such a bad idea…

Gays are sent to the "Gay House" in Iran? What is a "Gay House"? And did the diplomat really say that Gay men are turned into women by force? WTH??????
Please tell me the Iranian diplomat was really an actor and that was all a bad dream.
I think if I had to watch this film in it's entirety I am certain I would have a headache afterward. The U.N. as depicted by your clips is full of aristocrats who like to talk just hear their heads rattle. I can imagine a scession at the U.N. as being a cross between the Oprah Winfrey show and the movie Legally Blonde, with a splash or two of Waterboy. Politics to me seems like a never ending game to confuse and stupefy your enemy with useless prattle. I mean really. I could feel my IQ drop as I listened to the Iranian man in the film speak.
Sadly its not a bad dream. Gays in Iran can look forward to forced sex change operations, floggings, and even execution if discovered.
Holy crap. It was like listening to a Chinese friend of mine explain how "right" it is that she wasn't allowed to have siblings.
I can't wait for this film. This will give me plenty of ammo for future debates.

But I am confused, why isn't the US actively supporting the Iranian uprising again? That used to be one of the things we did best–support citizens who were fighting to become free. Clearly, the Iranian people are NOT free and wish to be.

Thank-you Mr. Horowitz. This goes to the top of our must-see/looking-forward-to list, as did Ben Stein's "Expelled" and E.C. Maloney's "IndoctrinateU" months and months before they came out. Will it be screening at theaters or order a DVD? Bet even a limited engagement in the D/FW (Texas) area would do well. We have been shaking our heads in disbelief at the UN for more than a decade, finally a chance to at least have a few grins.

I'm looking forward to this one too. I think it's time that people started fighting back against this garbage.
Jackie Chan said something similar about how it was good that the Chinese government kept people under control. That's called Brainwashing.
I think it's great that this information is so easily available to us because of people like Ami. And that we don't have to rely on the MSM anymore.
So am I. I thought the equation was gay trumps religion. I guess some religions are more equal than others.

Indeed the best way to portray UN Diplomats for the fools they are is to allow them to open their mouths and remove all doubt!
Like the joke goes……..You can't spell "Unethical" without U.N……………..though I prefer "If troubles abound, we'll be nearby doing nothing"………….
Because "our beloved President" is worried that if he would support Iranian citizens rising up against unjust authoritarian rule, it might give some ideas to the US citizens concerning his Reign.
There was the League of Nations, that was torn down and rebuilt as the UN…
Maybe such an organization is one of those things you have to recreate every now and then to meet the needs of the times and keep it being useful. As it stands they provide so much benefit to the world, they could find an old warehouse down on the docks and hold meetings every other Tuesday. Perhaps the US could even get them a deal on some surplus folding chairs, maybe even throw in a bullhorn.
Wilson wanted to disband the world's militaries and replace it with a world-wide air force directed by the League that would bomb any country that 'got out of hand'… easily one of our worst presidents, the Left loves the guy, natch. The UN was, correctly, a much more modest affair. They're just gasbags and petty crooks…

Iran has a famous Persian tale of Kaveh the Blacksmith who freed the Persian people from the Serpent King Zohak. The ancient tale is an eerie metaphor to what is going on today.

System is still fritzing out
I posted a comment placed in Admins and it showed up two days after I thiught they deleted it.
Control-A (mark all) then Control-C (copy), then Submit. If it hits moderation, immediately hit the Delete button. Start doing test posts. Paste it into a text window (Notepad for Windoze), then try posting sections. Delete if it takes them, keep going until you find the one that triggers moderation (then Delete). Keep working it down smaller, you will likely find one word it does not like.
You can test chunks larger than a word by adding an attribute to a single letter in a suspect word. For example, while the system still does not like "Jew" (which I find outrageous) I snuck it in by putting the "e" in italics. It looks specifically for those three letters so it will even reject a longer word like "Mejewica" (which I made up). It is possible there may have been nothing wrong with what you wrote except there is some letter combination it does not like.
And now that I have shown you how easy it is to bypass the moderation beast without resorting to funny spellings or characters like asterisks, you can see how worthless it is.
For appearances' sake.

I have seen the movie in a screening in So Calif. Believe me, you will want to vomit when the
facts about the 'worse than complete failure' UN are seen. It is funny in places, but that's not
what I got out of it. I wanted to nuke the place, the wimp diplomats/bureaucrats.
the UN is an active partner in genocide. it is actually helping countries acquire nukes.
there is NOTHING a country could do to get kicked out – literally NOTHING and the UN
people state as much in the film.
Isreal is basically doomed in my view. THe UN is worse than nothing – it provides some
sense that things can be done to prevent genocide – it is NOT true. They could be raping
little girls in the lobby and nothing would be done. I am NOT exaggerating – "diplomatic
immunity" and "different cultures have different standards" would allow cover for rapists.

in Sudan – the general assembly cannot even brings themselves to agree its murder
("ever country has faults" "its just a civil internal issue") well, the UN was sent as
peacekeepers and they raped and murdered people. The UN was protecting 2500
with tanks and guns against knives when NY told them to withdraw – all 2500 slaughtered.

Ami, this was the best clip yet. Both funny and quite enlightening. It beautiful to watch as you let him take all the rope he wanted to hang himself. You didn't have to do anything but get out of the way.
What is the record for (Muslim) terrorist attacks against UN property? I was wondering if they considered the UN more of a tool of the "Western nations" or "one of their own."

when it suits their own interests they do; Islamic fundamentalism is fascistic by nature and the UN is only useful to them when it is a propaganda tool.
I had the chance to see this film last month when Ami gave a screening of it here in Orange County, CA. I highly recommend it. It is extraordinarily well made, and to the point. Thanks again Ami!
